• Ray Charles (9/5): Great stay at the Ramada, I would recommend this to any visitor to Addis. - My stay was exceptional. Facilities were very clean and well kept, and the location was excellent, along Bole area. Staff were also very friendly all around. I stayed in a Junior Suite and there was mention of "Access to the Executive Lounge" in Booking.com, however this Ramada facility does not have an Executive Lounge, and this is misleading and should be updated / deleted on the services available.

I loved everything. They could consider using the Indian restaurant also for the other menus. The seating area of the restaurant is lovely and it is a shame you cannot use it also for pizza and the other food available on the menu.

• Mahad (7/5): Overall, we enjoyed the great location, staff and the comfortable room. - The hotel’s location is excellent, and the on‑site restaurants offer very good dining options. The room was spacious and well lit, providing a comfortable stay. All additional services requested during our visit (such as floral arrangements and the shuttle) were handled efficiently. The hotel staff was consistently attentive, always listening to our needs and doing their best to accommodate them. Some services such as late check‑out were priced at a full night (even if we did not sleep). Although the hotel staff was generally excellent, we occasionally felt the need to follow up to ensure our requests were being handled. A few items in the room, such as the hair dryer, stopped working at times. However, the hotel first attempted to repair them and then replaced them when needed.
