- Zdeňka (5/5): Ubytování se nachází na hezkém místě a doporučuji ho i pro ty, kteří nehrají golf. Dojezdově na výlety fajn lokalita. Pe - Ubytování na hezkém místě, dojezdově na výlety ideální. Na pokoji chyběly župany, personál v resturaci (večer, obsluha) neprofesionální (záměna jídel - tzn delší čekání a poté jsme nestihli další chod, zapomněli přinést objednaný drink aj. - kompenzace žádná na to, že se tváří jako luxusní restaurace). Tenké stěny - vše jde slyšet.

It also has a huge area and is a great place to visit with a dog. However, there was no AC in the room, and it was extremely hot at night. Also, the property refused our request to change the reservation dates (cancel one night). I understand their policy, but it was the first time a request like this was rejected on Booking.

- Tetiana (10/5): Супер отель со спа- центром - Отличный небольшой бассейн, сауна и джакузи. За доплату супер спа-центр. В выходной день очень мало людей, комфортно. Номер чистый, пушистые полотенца, чайник. Панорамные окна, восход прямо из окна, потрясающие виды. Большая территория. Хороший завтрак, фрукты, овощи, яйца, сыры, колбаски, выпечка. Окно полностью не открывалось.

- Yana (10/5): - We absolutely loved the style of the hotel. The spa was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything throughout the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the views of the golf fields and mountains were truly breathtaking. We felt very safe, relaxed, and well taken care of during our stay. We really loved the hotel and had a great stay overall. Just a couple of small details that could make the experience even better. When we checked in, we needed to ask for bathrobes and slippers at the reception, which might be more convenient if they were already provided. Also, in the sauna, there wasn’t any water available to pour over the stones and maintain a comfortable level of humidity, so we had to step out and bring some in plastic cups ourselves. With these little improvements, everything would be perfect.

Obrusy wygniecione, chociaż to tylko aspekt wizualny, to nie zachęcało do przyjemnego spożycia posiłku. Ciasta i naleśniki jakby zleżałe, stare. Plus za puddingi, które były smaczne.

The reception manager was not particularly welcoming, and it was disappointing to learn that additional payment was required to access more of the sauna and spa area—especially since the steam room was out of order, which made the extra cost feel unjustified. After we explained that we had understood full access to be included in the price we paid, they eventually granted us full entry. However, the lack of clarity about what was included, combined with the unfriendly attitude at reception, was not the best way to begin our weekend.

- Magdalena (9/5): - Fajny hotel, było wszystko czego potrzeba. Mieliśmy 2 pkoje 2 i 3 os. Okazało się że tyllo 3 osobowy miał w pakiecie wejscie w cenie na basen, za 2 musieliśmy dopłacić. Nie jest to starszna wada ale wolałabym mieć tą kwotę doliczoną do noclegu a nie latać i załatwiać dodatkowe karty. Ale to tylko moje zdanie. Tak naprawdę żaden kłopot.

Slyšeli jsme tedy i rozepínání kufru, bylo slyšet přesně o slovo od slova o čem si povídají. Naštěstí šli spát stejně jako my.

Sauna i basen dodatkowo płatne , przy hotelu 4* jest to już w cenie. Brak wody w pokojach, jest w barku dodatkowo płatna. Brak kosmetyków hotelowych , był tylko żel pod prysznic i czepek, brak szlafroków, kapci.

Sehr entspannter Silvesterabend mit Buffett, Spielen und Feuerwerk. Dankeschön! Diese Veranstaltung war im Preis inbegriffen, obwohl bei der Buchung gar nicht angekündigt. Da gibt es nichts….

Die Sonnenblumen Kerne haben ranzig geschmeckt . Das Obst war schon etwas angesäuert . Die Auswahl war auch sehr überschaubar. Schade

Ogólnie hotel Grund wart uwagi tych co chcą odpocząć od zgiełku miast i miasteczek nafaszerowanych turystami, naprawdę cicho i spokojnie. Warto przekonać się samemu :) Może więcej owoców na śniadaniach

- Sevak (4/5): would not stay there again - cleanness price did not match the value. water in the indoor pool was cold. breakfast did not match the price. main wellness zone was closed, and we had to pay extra for the open wellness, although the room price was already too high.
