- Sonja (6/5): Sehr schöne Umgebung zum Spazieren gehen. - Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Das ein und auschecken ging reibungslos. Die Mülltonnen waren sehr gut zugänglich. Ab abends war es sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Die Unterkunft war nicht die die man mir angezeigt hat bzw. welche ich mir ausgesucht und gebucht habe! Die Hundewiese war fürchterlich überall lag Code herum. Das die Hundebesitzer das nicht weg machen ist mir unbegreiflich, zumal ein Beutelspender und ein Mülleimer direkt am Eingang war. Der Hundestrand war auch nicht wirklich gut. Die Bett Matratze war sehr durchgelegen, die müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

- Mag (3/5): Locație greșit aleasă - Locatia Nu ni i s a dat cabana din poza cu ponton,nu aveai de unde cumpăra mâncare,...doar tonomate unde se terminau repede si aveau program aiurea! Nu aveai unde sa bei o aveai,sa cumperi o apă! La restaurant...mai nimic..pozele sunt frumoase dar realitatea alta!

- Korchak (1/5): Наш худший отдых 🥺 - Будьте очень внимательны бронируя в этом отеле. Мы первый раз приехали в Голландию, в парк отеле впервые. Приехали позже заселения ( в 19.00) Нам не оставили ключи , как утром! Оказалось что нам дополнительно затребовали оплатить ещё 140 евро мы так поняли за постель и моющие, которых не было. Не забудьте взять шампунь и мыло с собой, а также полотенца, иначе вам прийдеться это купить...Вот мы переночевали в машине....так как все телефоны и связь с этим отелем отсутствует после 17.00. И по приходу персонала на следующий день на рецепции услышали объяснение что нам не оставили ключи потому что мы не заплатили за постель!. Но мы это сообщение получили в день заселения в 15.05 часов!!! В это время я ехала за рулём , и конечно не читала сообщения! И понятия не имела что я ещё что то должна оплатить!. Ужаснее положения я ещё не испытывала с моими детьми...Почему они мне не прислали эту информацию раньше хотя бы с утра. Остаётся загадкой.... Но это опыт для нас. Советую взять с собой нож, потому что ножа не оказалось. Природа красивая Но ужасно злой персонал на рецепции. Мебель старая В номере было не чисто Посуда также была грязной
- Simon (2/5): Schöne Lage und gepflegte Anlage, jedoch stark beeinträchtigt durch erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und - Die Unterkunft überzeugt vor allem durch ihre sehr gute Lage (Pavillon 4). Der gesamte Park ist äußerst gepflegt und schön angelegt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die kleine Gastronomie sowie das Freibad, die den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufwerten. Auch der vorhandene Supermarkt bietet alles Wichtige für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt – rundherum gibt es viel schöne Natur, die zum Entspannen und Erkunden einlädt. Bei der Übernahme von Pavillon 4 wurde ein deutlicher Ameisenbefall festgestellt – sowohl an mehreren Stellen im Innenbereich als auch großflächig auf der Terrasse. Dadurch wirkte insbesondere der Boden im gesamten Haus stark verschmutzt. Zudem war ein unangenehmer Geruch durch offenbar ausgetrocknete Abflüsse wahrnehmbar, sodass diese zunächst von uns selbst gereinigt bzw. durchgespült werden mussten. Auch der gesamte Boden musste eigenständig gesaugt werden. Die genannten Mängel, insbesondere die verschmutzten Böden, wurden an der Rezeption gemeldet. Als Maßnahme gegen den Ameisenbefall wurden uns lediglich Köderfallen ausgehändigt. Diese waren jedoch aufgrund unseres mitreisenden Kleinkindes nur eingeschränkt und mit zusätzlicher Vorsicht einsetzbar. Eine weitergehende Reinigung oder nachhaltige Problemlösung erfolgte nicht. Darüber hinaus machte das Inventar insgesamt einen abgewohnten und teils beschädigten Eindruck: verschmutzte Couch, fleckiger Teppich im Wohnbereich sowie draußen ein defekter Sonnenschirm und beschädigte Stühle. Im Badezimmer waren zudem Flecken bzw. Spuren von Undichtigkeiten an den Armaturen erkennbar.

- Lutz (10/5): Der Frühling in der Veluwe lässt sich dort perfekt genießen - Eine tolle Anlage mit modernen Bungalows und schöner Lage am Veluwemeer. Unser Grundstück hatte einen ordentlichen Zaun, damit der Hund frei laufen konnte. Etwas wenig Besteck in der Küche

- Janine (6/5): Ich habe mir mehr versprochen! - Das Restaurant, der Pool sowie der Strand mit Sprungkissen für Kinder sehr zu empfehlen! Die Sauberkeit des Hauses hätte besser sein können. Bei Ankunft waren alle Gläser und das Besteck dreckig. Auf den Schränken war viel Staub und die Heizung funktionierte nicht.Die Fenster waren total dreckig und an einem Fenster war das Fliegengitter kaputt, sowie im Badezimmer gar kein Fliegengitter vorhanden. Der Hafen war total verkrautet, so das man mit dem Boot nicht fahren konnte. Das Fahrwasser von 0,50 m ist nicht vorteilhaft und nur mit einem Schlauchboot nutzbar. Der Trailer Parkplatz nicht gut erreichbar, da Blumenkübel den Weg versperren so dass man Slalom fahren muss.

Dat we geen WiFi hadden de eerste dag. Tweede dag werd de internet box vervangen. Wc was verstopt. Jammer dat hier ons tijd in ging zitten. Zou fijn zijn als even alles van te voren was gecheckt. Buiten voor het huis was er een vijver. Jammer dat er geen hek om heen zat. Voorzienigheid. Er was een kind verdronken. Dit heb ik moeten mee maken. en mijn gezin. - Kristin (7/5): Gut geeignet für ein paar ruhige erholsame Tage - Die Lage des Parks und des Hauses waren sehr gut, nur ein paar Schritte bis ans Meer und zum Shop , Restaurant. Der Ofen im Haus ist klasse , wärmt sehr schnell das Haus auf. Sehr freundliches Personal. Eine sehr saubere Anlage. Das Sofa und die Kissen waren sehr durchgesüfft und mit vielen Flecken versehen, geht eigentlich gar nicht so . Wäre schön gewesen wenn das Restaurant häufiger geöffnet hätte als 1x pro Woche und dann am Wochenende.
- Marit (9/5): Es war sehr schön und familiär. - Wir hatten zu Dritt ein kleines Chalet gemietet. Die Unterkunft war top, nur fehlte leider der Wäscheständer, der eigentlich zur Grundausstattung gehört und auch nicht nachgeliefert werden konnte. Deshalb gibt es einen kleinen Punktabzug, aber ansonsten waren wir überaus zufrieden. Es ist ein toller Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen. Vor allem die Zeit am Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Und auch ein Tagesausflug nach Amsterdam, Rotterdam und sogar ans Meer sind machbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Um den Park ist alles ländlich und auch super mit Rad oder dem Auto ist die Umgebung in wenigen Minuten zu erkunden Auch das Frühstück am Wochenende im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen und mehr wie eine tolle Auswahl für den Preis Leider war es sehr wechselhaft Wetter :( aber dafür kann der Europarcs nichts ;) Das Personal war sehr nett, konnten Deutsch verstehen/sprechen

Neben der unbequemen Betten war die Sauberkeit in und an der Unterkunft ein Manko. Die Terasse wurde sichtlich längere Zeit nicht gefegt, sodass überall Dreck angesammelt war und die Sitzgelegenheiten mit Spinnweben und Vogelexkrementen belegt waren.

- Janine (7/5): Tiny en heel basic - Het was heel knus, heel Tiny Ik miste wel een oventje, helemaal toen ik de eerste ochtend broodjes wilde halen en het brood om half 11 al helemaal op was. Dan moet je gelijk in de auto stappen en op zondag best een stuk rijden om aan je broodjes te komen. En de bank was heel vies met vieze plekken en kringen.

Sehr kleiner Bungalow, keine Klimaanlage, Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Es war zudem kein Backofen und kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand.

- Kyla (4/5): Disappointing - The cabin we got was nice, but not what I booked Booked and paid for a 3 bedroom, staff put us in a 2 bedroom- didn’t even bother telling us. When we went to inform them, we were told that we got a free upgrade that they decided not to give us and that we paid for a 2 bedroom, which was not true, they were just lying. Spoke to the manager the next day and she confirmed that we did book and pay for the 3 bedroom, but somehow were allocated a 2 bedroom and they were full, so nothing they could do. I told her I would like a refund of the difference and they gave me a partial refund of the difference. I paid almost €1000 for 4 nights to sleep on a sofa.

- Katy (7/5): It's okay but could be better - The park itself is really lovely. I like that we have our own outdoor space where we stayed with a table and chairs. Didn't have any interaction with staff as we got there late and checked out early The cabin we stayed in wasn't very clean. Especially in the bedrooms on the walls. They ask for you to clean the kitchen and sweep through before you leave but don't really supply you with much cleaning stuff. There's also no Aircon or fans so it gets very hot even with the windows open most of the day. The bathroom also has water everywhere when you shower as it leaks out of the door, no mop or anything to clean it up with. We had to buy a lot of supplies as we were only given 1 and a half used toilet roll between 4 of us for 6 days, a tiny bottle (less than 10ml) of washing up liquid and 2 dishwasher tablets.

- Alice (3/5): Disappointed with facilities. It is nothing as what you see on the pictures. - the peace and morning singing birds. The chalet was not properly clean (windows had all the finger tips on, the mirror was smudged, the cabinet closet doors were not cleaned at all/fingertips all around). Luckily I had some cleaning wet disinfection wipes to clean it all before we moved our things in. The sheets were clean. Another thing that absolutely disappointed me was the location of our chalet, it was completely out of the main camping area, so to get there we had to walk very busy fast driving cars road, no pedestrian lane and we almost got hit by car. Dog area was on completely opposite side taking us 40 min walk to get there. No kids playgrounds in our area, basically nothing at all for entertainment. We felt like stuck there not being able to leave unless we would take a car and drive to the city center which was kind of nice. Restaurant was very basic but didn't work Tuesday-Wednesday so we had to order food from the city nearby.

We had weeks old bread in the kitchen cabinet and a dirty floor. Coffee machine didn’t work, we did laundry but it wasn’t fresh, dryer didn’t work and needed to do it again in another dryer. Staff did not offer any refund.

- Ashok (1/5): Not good for family with friends. - Only the staffs are friendly There are no lock for the bathroom or toilet. Door closes only with a magnet. Lots of mosquitoes 4 bed cottage is too small for a family with 2 kids. Need atleast 6 bedroom one i believe. Swimming pool is outdoor and very small one. There is board near the beach that no one should swim in the water due to some algae So in the end it is good for wasting your time and money.

Everything is made cheap and poor, beds are terrible, kitchen dont work properly and poor cleaning every time. Last booking the house had a long list of faults, they spent 4 days to fix some, didnt allow me to change house or refund. I just booked an hotel instead, even I didnt use the house they wanted to charge me at checkout for house not to be cleaned… Ridiculous company…

- Elham (7/5): Beautiful resort, a bit noisy - The villa was nice and properly equipped, we enjoyed the beach and swimming pool a lot. It was in general child-friendly and nice for families. The staff were friendly and helpful and cleaniness was ok. Our Villa was beside the swimming pool and playground and it was pretty loud. The ball of children was constantly falling into our yard and the children jumped in to pick it up. This was annoying for us, especially after 9 pm. A higher fence may dissolve this problem. The other thing was some of our neighbors were trespassing our yard all the time to go to the beach instead of taking the public route. Further, we were not informed beforehand about the restaurant being closed!

- 0218 (9/5): Amazing location - Beautiful situated resort ideal for family vacation. Facilities are fully equipped for longer stays and have a lot of interesting activities as renting a bike and visiting de Duif windmill that's located nearby. Extremely kind stuff that made us feel at home, great neighborhood and everyone we met was friendly. Towels were not included in room service, no market nearby as the mini market wasn't working.

The location of the chalet was outside of the resort, in a new area, so it was too far from the restaurant, swimming pool, and no direct access to the beach. It would be good to have had access at least by car, but there was a barrier, so we had to leave the car in the parking lot and then walk through (my mother couldn't do it)

Weder beim Fleisch noch beim Service. Das Angebot innerhalb der Anlage ist etwas mäßig und ist stark ausbaufähig. Alles in allem würden wir auch nochmal in den Park fahren.

Der Bungalow war gedacht für 6 Leute, dafür viel zu klein. In einem Schlafzimmer war nicht mal ein Regal , Stuhl oder Haken an der Wand um seine Kleidung aufzuhängen. Das Personal war freundlich und gab sich Mühe.

Al bungalow no le faltaba detalle y estaba decorado con un gusto exquisito. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia, explorando los alrededores cada día y volviendo a nuestra «casita» cada noche para disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad.
