• ‏Nada (8/5): Good location, good room ( i am satisfied) - Location is too good, i recommend it Room is same on photos Near to bus station and to Astoria Mall and minuets walking to tram station Findikzade That i must request water and some one to clean the room but at all it was nice hotel comparing with price.

• Mohamad (4/5): Not happy. Could have paid the same amount for better service in other hotels nearby. - The decorations were nice. The location was good. The room was not clean. Dust and crumbs on the floors. Bad odours in the elevator and in the halls, smells like sewerage. The booking included breakfast but the staff told me at check in time that there is no breakfast. wasn’t going to rely on this anyways so I didn’t argue with the staff but this is completely unacceptable. The room was decent but the mini fridge was broken and there was no toothbrush/toothpaste in the bathroom.

• Maria-Eleni (1/5): Unmöglich und Menschenunwürdig - Gar nichts.! Es war dreckig, verschimmelt und aus dem Badezimmerschrank lief Wasser aus. Wir haben das personal öfter drauf aufmerksam gemacht aber nichts wurde unternommen. Wir haben uns deshalb Handtücher aus dem Schrank genommen um uns nicht das Genick zu brechen.

• Róbert (10/5): Antik bútorozott hangulatos hotelszoba - A hotel remek központi elhelyezkedésű és minden tömegközlekedési eszköz akár pár perc sétával gyorsan megközelíthető A foglalást perceken belül visszaigazolták, mégpedig úgy hogy éjszaka felszállás előtt foglaltam, mondhatni az utolsó pillanatban. A személyzet, és különösen a tulajdonos rendkívül kedves, és segítőkész, nagyon elégedettek voltunk, ez egy szuper szálláshely Istanbul-ban, csakis ajánlani tudom, köszönjük! Nem volt ilyen.

• Tatiana (9/5): Love it we will come back - Perfekt belægning tæt på busstoppested, metro og train spare os messer tid guidning af hôtel personale især Hakki Oran, som har anbefalet mange gode steder og hvordan er bedst kan man nået der til. Meget hjælpsom og velkomment Super! Da var alt hvad vi har brug for- hotellets mødes os guider i hotels regler- da altid tilbudt hjælp og rengøring hvis da var behov. Varm og søde mennesker. Tæt på travlt vej men AC på værelset og lukket vinduer kan ikke høre støjen.

• B (1/5): Never again, worst hotel experience ever. - Nothing, rude workers. Dont even get me started on the disgusting rooms. Super unfriendly staff, disgusting rooms they stink. Rooms had mold and the ac has a cigarette like smell coming from it. I booked 6 days with them but i left after the first, i couldn’t handle it.

• Genevieve (8/5): Excellent budget accommodation - Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely big room and good bathroom etc. Quality wifi too. I'd selected this venue as listed on Booking.com as close to Gayrepette. This is not close to that station so then needed to book a taxi etc at extra cost. But this was well handled and worth the price

• Rami (1/5): Shitttt - Nothing There was a very very bad smell coming out of the bathroom, I had to change room but even the other room had smell. We were 2 people and they only gave us one keycard and when I lost it and asked for another one the perceptionist was really rude and he told me I need to pay 10 euros if I need a new keycard. Wifi is just baad If the perceptionist goes to the bathroom or somewhere else he will look the main door I had to wait at the door few times It was really ridiculous…

They can't even speak anything but turkish....i spent all night the night i arrived looking for a hotel and luckily i found one.. i couldn't stay for even a few hours.....it should be off booking.com...
