They made a big noise in the passages of the hotel in the morning (8am) waking me up. I ordered room service which was brought in cold but the guy delivering was so grumpy I didnât want to ask him to take it back.

In de kamer waar wij eerst kwamen zat er schimmel in de badkamer. We zijn verhuist en in de tweede kamer waren de voegen op lichaamshoogte allemaal vies met diepe aanslag. Onderhoud van de kamer zou goed zijn voor een 3 sterren hotel, maar hier verwacht ik beter voor de 5 sterren en de prijs die we betaalden. Zwembad zag er goed uit maar na 13h geen zon meer vanwege de ligging op het zuiden. We hadden ¨Fast Internet¨ bij de kamer, echter bleek die geknepen op 4Mb up en 4Mb down. Op beide kamers waar wij gezeten hebben was er 1 klein flesje shampoo en op de eerste kamer was deze zelfs nog maar halfvol (dus al eerder gebruikt)

- Raki (10/5): - The safe was the best We choose Al Carte Menu at Jeera , we had to wait to be seated after 6 and with a kid that is too late for supper. We only got seated after 630 and our food took too long to arrive. It was my child's pre birthday celebration so he was very tired , restless and hungry by the time supper arrived. He did not like the chicken strips either and we paid R100 for a bronwie.

- Navina (8/5): The staff made our stay a total joy - also welcoming to my family when they visited me - I had a problem with dirty sheets and dirty bathroom & toilet. When I complained, the staff were so gracious and sorted us out immediately The sheets were filthy - I cannot understand how the housekeeping staff thought it was okay to leave BLOODY sheets on the bed!!!!!

- Sayed (2/5): No privacy. No value for money. - Very clean room. Most ridiculous design of the room. No privacy going to the toilet or shower only a frosted glass separating from the room. I would definitely not rate it even 4stars. Its a total rip of for the price paid. Theres always been bad reviews about the room design and still no improvement. Just goes to show that management does not care and lets wait to hear whats their reply. They not interested in improving anything. Its all just about the money.

Liked the fact that the casino was so easily accessible to the hotel. And it felt so safe. Room where clean, housekeeping staff was great with their quick service for a blanket. Checking out was a breeze. Thank u. 1.Where where placed on floor two. And the carpets had a very bad strong stench of urine. And each time we had to walk past an area to get to our rooms was just disgusting.. 2. Room cards took ages to be printed. 3. The walls of the rooms where so thin, everything could be heard into the next room.. 4. The stench of old cigarettes in one room was horrible for a non smoker. The other room was perfect.

- Thamesh (6/5): Honeymoon stay gone wrong - The views from our room. The room itself was very nice The staff were not very efficient. On arrival I asked for ice 4 times before it was delivered to my room. Additionally, the room had no towels and I had to request twice before getting the towels. The 1st floor leading to the Casino accommodated some guests who were smoking and drinking and having a party in their room with the door open which I found unacceptable. The lifts didn't work or took forever when they did work. I waited more than 30 minutes for eggs Benedict at breakfast. This stay was booked for my honeymoon and I asked the hotel if they didn't anything extra for the special occasion and was advised that there will be a card and cake in the room. This was not the case at all. I would probably not stay here again.

- Ayesha (6/5): Fair - Location, food and staff were wonderful and always ready to help. They were also efficient when putting any requests through. The quality of the hotel has deteriorated since we last visited. We were promised an interleading room (confirmed on email) which we were told, when we arrived would not be possible. The staff did everything they could to accommodate and ensure our stay was pleasant but ended up in separate rooms. The lift was not working which made wait times long, no hot water for one day, bath plug in the tub was not working so the water kept draining, showers were leaking floors were messed with water. There was something wrong with electrical wiring for the hairdryer in the room so this is clearly not checked. Certain channels were not clear. The staff saw to everything promptly but for the price we paid, we were not impressed.

I loved the peace and quiet. What I didnât like about the property is the system of cards to access the floor in the elevator of the rooms which is a bit frustrating.
