• Eric (6/5): - The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor.

• Cordelia (6/5): Disappointing, not keeping up with maintenance. - I love the dead end road with the beach a short walk away and the marina at the hotel. A lot of what I like about this place has sadly changed. Their water pressure is still good (once we got maintenance to come and change the shower head which was completely blocked) The restaurant view is beautiful. Their beds are very comfortable. I've stayed here a few times and it has gone way down in quality. Food is still good, particularly breakfasts and lunches. My Dinner came seared on the outside and ice cold on the inside though my friend's burger was good. They are in a fishing village and they had NO local fish to serve either day we were there. The rest of the food was lukewarm. Staff was extremely friendly as always. In our room, the pictures were crooked, they hadn't checked if the shower functioned. There was old mouldy coffee in the coffee machine and they forgot to replace the coffee cups. There was no liner in the bin. When we asked for bedding for the pull-out bed, they brought sheets and a pillow but no blanket. Bathroom was mostly clean but honestly.. not good enough.

• David (2/5): Terrible location and beach. We left early. - The room was as pictured. This hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. The beach is terrible. It is covered with conch shells and seaweed. The day after we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We had to walk down a dirt road in the pitch dark to eat at the buffet of the all-inclusive resort nearby. The staff was indifferent. We left early.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful spot - The place was beautiful, the staff were really great. Fewer amenities than expected (they have a store where they sell most things). There's no phone in the room, but they will deliver to the room if you have a phone to call the restaurant. The pools are cold. Google maps are very off in this area, and finding the hotel was quite difficult - if you're driving make sure you know how to get there, especially if you're driving at night.
• Blanca Patricia (8/5): Carencias en el hotel - Tengo una observación muy importante. Se menciona tener Club de Playa, pero no hay tal cosa. En mi estancia me transportaron a una playita, con 5 camastros, no hay palapa, sombrilla ni ningún servicio. Realmente eso fue frustante. Esa playa sin ningún mantenimiento. Otro problema fue no tener agua en la habitación una tarde. Tardaron más de una hora en arreglar. La mañana siguiente sin agua caliente. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. Nada agradable porque el clima estaba muy fresco por un frente frío. Es un hotel hermoso y cómodo. Pero hay estos detalles que incomodan mucho al huésped y te sientes un tanto defraudado.

• Juan (9/5): Great place to chill out and enjoy some great food. Would visit again. - Food is awesome, each room has multiple air conditioning units, hammocks and a great view. Staff is very helpful. Has three small pools that are cleaned regularly. Peaceful and quiet spot. Overall very nice. Hotel is understaffed at night and far from big towns and ports. Lightning hits very close during storms and is likely to disrupt WiFi. No room cleaning service.
• Walid (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent resort, exceeded expectations, room was very spacious with amazing views of ocean and lagoon. Private beach was secluded, quiet perfect and secluded. Restaurant and pool area very professional and felt like a 5 star boutique resort. We enjoyed the foosball and ping pong area, highly recommend.

Great place to stay and stock up on groceries because the kitchen is ideal! It also has a nice pool area and the servers are all so sweet ! Front desk always ready to help! • Paula (10/5): Tranquility - This is a newer facility which is located next to a Laguna. If you like fishing it is a place for you. If you want to just escape the hustle and bustle it is perfect. Merida is only about an hour away. The staff was amazing. Each day we got free breakfast, anything from their menu. We had 2 patios and hammocks.
