Pamela (9/5): Great value and location. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely revisit. - Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location and spectacular view of Cinco de Mayo parade. Very clean. Hot shower (took time to figure out how it worked). The in suite coffee maker and daily coffee provided was really good and so convenient. Bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed there was no laundry service as advertised. Breakfast was underwhelming, but not all options were tried.

LUIS DANIEL (8/5): Buena ubicación, oportunidad de mejorar en limpieza y ruido. - La comodidad de las camas, el aire acondicionado, las regaderas y el baño La tele de uno de los cuartos no se podía conectar a internet y no supieron solucionar el problema. El agua de la regadera y lavabo esta tratada con algún químico que reseca mucho la piel. Las toallas aunque no olían mal tenían manchas oscuras o de bile de usuarios previos. Mi habitación (408) estaba debajo de un ducto que hacía ruido de máquina de manera constante, pude dormir por que tengo el sueño pesado, pero no creo que la mayoría pueda conciliar el sueño.

El hotel se ubica en una avenida principal con mucho tránsito y en las habitaciones que dan a la calle se alcanza a escuchar un poco el ruido. La cama no es muy cómoda.

Luis Enrique (9/5): Estadia en Puebla, centrica y buena. - Me gusto que la habitación es suficientemente amplia, tiene cable, netflix y la mia tenia balcon que daba directo a la catedral, ademas esta ubicado en el centro lo que lo hace ideal para caminar en la noche, las camas son comodas y es una excelente opción para descansar. No me gusto que el estacionamiento se cobra aparte, son $250 y que aunque cuenta con gimnasio, son 5 maquinas de cardio, varias mancuernas y 1 banco pero hay para tomar agua.

Christine (8/5): It is iconic. - Breakfast (included) was great. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was a great place to watch the city and volcano from. Location was convenient. to walk to the market, and Zocolo. Probably not the best choice if you are a light sleeper (5 de Mayo is a very busy street 24/7) if you need steady wifi or you are mobility challenged. Otherwise it is great.

Gabriela (9/5): Hotel bonito - El hotel es muy bonito. El restaurante muy rico. El agua de horchata deliciosa. Que la litera rechinaba cada que te sentabas, era muy molesto. Le faltaban patas a la litera (que como sustituto tenía un tornillo en una pata y del otro lado ya no estaba el tornillo), por eso , después me di cuenta, sucedía todo el ruido al acostarse o sentarse, ojalá lo arreglen. El escusado no estaba bien aseado cuando llegamos, lo reportamos y lo asesaron de inmediato. El wifi funcionó muy bien. La habitación era un poco pequeña para tres personas... Para dirigirse al zócalo de la ciudad hay que cruzar una avenida amplia y me pareció un poco peligroso el cruce por el tránsito de vehículos, pero eso, claro, no es culpa del hotel

Creo que no hay la higiene requerida ya que por la madrugada a mi novia le salieron varias ronchas y a mi también en el cuerpo y es por falta de limpieza en sábanas o toallas almohadas. Lucia (10/5): Excelente relación calidad/precio - La ubicación es excelente; solo atraviesas la avenida y te encuentras en el centro histórico de la ciudad, así que llegas caminando 5 a 20 minutos a todos los atractivos turísticos del centro histórico, y te evitas la aglomeración de vehículos que hay en las bonitas pero estrechas calles del centro. El restaurante tiene buen servicio, la comida muy rica y viernes y sábado hay música en vivo, un dueto que el chico toca muy bien la guitarra y la chica canta muy bonito. Si en las habitaciones cercanas hacen ruido fuerte se escucha... y me tocó que había otros huéspedes que llegaban en la madrugada gritando y cantando.

Las cortinas no cubren por completo las ventanas y en la noche entra la iluminación de las lámparas de la calle. El ruido externo de los vehículos es muy molesto.
