- Chami (7/5): Not a bad place in central Katmandu for an affordable stay - Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Food from the restaurants is Yummy!!!! Tried Chicken Mo-Mo, BBQ chicken wings, Biriyani and Fried rice. They were very tasty, cheap and had a good portion size. Hotel provides all the necessary toiletries and tea/coffee making items. Rooms also contains a mini fridge and a safe (did't use it) Location is quite central. The hotel is bit dated. Carpets, walls, etc. are can use some TLC. The bedding is clean, but shows its age. Charged 10USD for airport pickup that was advertised as free (But, gave ample warning about the additional charge via email and also 10USD is nominal for that service) There is some nearby constructions, sometimes making it bit noisy.

They facilitated my taxi trips, so I felt very safe as a solo traveller. They were willing to accommodate my requests and did so unobtrusively. Nothing worth mentioning.

- Lesley (5/5): Passable - The rooms are a good size and have a fridge. My booking was for a Deluxe King room. The first night I was given a room on the 6th floor. I arrived after midnight, so with minimum unpacking I went straight to bed. It wasn't until morning that I realised the "Window" was merely an internal window, no natural light. The shower had no tap. I contacted Reception and was immediately offered a different room without even having to mention what my concerns were, so they obviously knew there were problems with the room. The new room on level 3 was much better.
