- Ajda (8/5): - Very nice style of hotel. Rooms are equiped with old fashioned furniture. It looks very luxorious. Breakfast was also good. We had some issues with lights but hotel stuff solved it imediately.

- Melih (8/5): Central location - Good Price for Decent Service - The hotel is at a central location, where you can easily reach to the historical center, river bank and main shopping streets of Adana. The hotel staff was friendly, they provided a free upgrade to our room. The style of the hotel is a bit too classic for my taste, the rooms are equipped with classic items and furniture. One thing about the hotel was that there were a lot of idle items in the corridors of the hotel, like spare beds or furniture that was not in use. This causes an unpleasant look and not a good impression. The provide an acceptable breakfast service. Overall compared with the price level it can be evaluated as a decent price performance hotel.

- Kelly-aust (10/5): So “OTT”Loved it! - This hotel was so euro trash! I absolutely loved how OTT it was. Having spent weeks in Rubbish, overpriced resorts all over Turkey, we dropped into here at 1am. The room rate we got was great. The room itself was Fabulous. My husband thought it was tacky and ugly but I adored it. It was very clean, staff friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The only negative was that the room smells like cigarettes. I know it is hard to get the smell out but even the bed head smelt. Other then that, you must stay here at least 1 night when you go to Adana!

Eleştirebileceğim tek şey ekstra yatak ücreti alındı çocuk için ama yatak kalitesiz idi ve hemen iki büklüm oluyordu.Çocuk normal yatak da bizimle kaldı. 2 kişilik aile iseniz rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz. Yürüme mesafesinde yer here gidebiliyorsunuz. Özetle Kaya Premium Adana'da kalınabilecek bir otel ve tavsiye olunur.

- Muzaffer (6/5): - Oda dizaynı güzel banyo tarafı biraz daha iyi olabilirdi sıkışık wc duş,Resepsiyon personel güler yüzlü ve yardım sever.Bize verilen odaya gidiş yolu ilginç resepsiyon arkasından 1 kat aşağıya inip bir kat yukarıya merdivenle ve eşyalarla çıkılması zorladı yola yakın olması ses yalıtımının olmaması yoldan geçenlerin ve yan odadakilerin sesi yanınızdaymış gibi rahatsız ediciydi dinlenemedik açıkcası yada internetten ayarlayanlara orasını veriyorlar yine bir ayrımcılık olabilir.

- GEORGI (6/5): Good hotel with characteristic furniture, not quit - Somewhat unusual furniture, not very functional for small spaces.
- zengin (4/5): Poor meeting room - We had a meeting for the whole day and the room we had for the meeting was below standards. It actually is just a big room in the basement, where there is not enough space for a "classroom" setup as we asked for. Instead our guests had to sit on chairs next to each other and with no chance of taking notes etc. The air conditioning was poor, as there was just one indoor A/C at the back of the room, which makes the back freezing while the front of the room is still hot. No windows, poor light and barely a sound system which was enough for us. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lunch is par standart, nothing special. Hotel is decorated with Ottomand style decoration and furnitures all around so it may feel a bit funny if you are not used to that kind of decoration.
- Ecze (10/5): I definetely suggest. Tavsiye ederim. - The hotel is in the city center and very close to everywhere. The room was very clean and comfortable. The saff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was generally clean and convenient. If I come to Adana again, I would stay here. Great place. Gerek sehir merkezinde olmasi, gerekse otel odasinin temizligi ve konforu yildizli pekiyiyi hakediyor. Otel personeli oldukca nazik ve yardimci. Otel genel olarak cok temiz ve konforlu. Tekrar gelsem, gene burada kalirim.
