- Gerardine (5/5): It was convenient location but I won’t stay again. - The location was good for my reason for being in Rockingham The bed was comfortable The shower needs a re tile, a better shower curtain & upgraded cabinets, the air conditioner was noisy & very old. I would have appreciated the air conditioner being turned on prior to my arrival given that I had confirmed my arrival & it was an exceptionally cold afternoon. This small gesture would have made a difference to my stay & my opinion. This particular room (48) needs a must needed renovation.

- Jeanette (5/5): not the best - DearSir/Madam, I recently stayed at your hotel,I booked this as a surprise for my husbands birthday however We were really disappointed on the condition of the room,Carpets were stained really badly,shower unit was very dirty,shower tray was cracked,Curtains marked and not hung on rail correctly,Wall's were marked quite a lot Whilst my husband was in the shower on Monday morning there was a very loud siren that went off and lasted about 6 minutes. we were unsure if it was a fire alarm as when we checked in we were not told if there was going to be a practice fire alarm or even where to go if the fire alarm sounded Please could you reply to this complaint Regards As above

- Claudia (7/5): - The location was great. It was just a short walk from the beach. It was clean. It is advertised as a hotel but it is a motel and this should be mentioned. It is very old and tired. There are no ports or plugs points suitable for international plugs and reception does not offer convertors. The bar and restaurant were closed over the Christmas period.
