• Paul (10/5): We extended our stay. Twice. - We extended our stay. Twice. That pretty much says it all, but let me elaborate. We booked a 2-bedroom villa at Coastal Escape for what was supposed to be a few nights. We left significantly later than planned, and we have zero regrets. This place just gets under your skin. There are only 4 villas on the property, which means the service feels genuinely personal rather than transactional. The staff remembered our names, our preferences, and what we liked for breakfast. Speaking of which, the cooked-to-order breakfast included with the villa is not an afterthought. It's a proper highlight of the day. The food here is so good that we found ourselves skipping outside restaurants altogether for several lunches and dinners, choosing instead to eat either in our villa or at the on-site restaurant. We tried. We genuinely tried to find better food elsewhere on the island. We couldn't. The chef is a serious talent and a big reason we kept extending our stay. The villa itself is right on the water with a private pool, beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean every single day. Free bikes and kayaks are available whenever you want them, and if you're keen to explore further, motor scooters are available to rent right on the property, which is super convenient. But honestly, what elevates this place above anywhere else we've stayed is the people. Saii, our host, was extraordinary. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, she and her team made us feel like welcome guests rather than room numbers. Their English was excellent, which made everything effortless. Koh Yao Noi is already a special island, but Coastal Escape makes it even harder to leave. Five stars without hesitation.
• Jeffrey (10/5): Relaxing - Amazing staff that picked me up from the pier and greeted me upon arrival. Check in occurred in the villa, and was quick and easy. Nice restraunt -- they asked about allergies and worked around my shellfish allergy without having to be reminded. Great beach. Small resort with just 4 units and as many as 18 staff. Stellar experience.
• Tom (3/5): Location is amazing, facilities are nice, too many issues though. - There was a mice problem in the villa during our stay (at least 3 that I know of were caught inside the villa). They kept a mice trap in the attic which involved a lot of noise once mouse was caught. This was generally a bad experience and you do not expect to deal with something like this during a vacation. In one of the bedrooms AC didn’t work, it took over a day to improve but still it didn’t properly during our entire stay. We got a 20 % discount for a one night stay and a complementary boat ride which is not a proper compensation in my view. You can’t charge over 500 USD per night (a high end resort rate) and have such problems

• frederic (1/5): Déception - Mon probleme avec cet établissement est le manque de clarté dans la description et l’emplacement de ce qu’on loue sur cette application où d’habitude tout est très clair Cela a été une source de grande déception sachant qu’il s’agit de montants importants par nuit C’est un groupe de 4 villas 2 en première ligne 2 en seconde ligne en diagonale avec vue mer partielle à cause du restaurant et de l’autre villa de chaque côté J’ai réservé « Villa - Côte plage » Ce qui dans mon esprit voulait dire 1ere ligne avec un nom qui sous entend d’autres villas «  côté jardin » ou « côté restaurant «  etc … Et en outre nous avions échangé en direct avec l’établissement pour d’autres dates et qui m’avait confirmé 1ere ligne Au final je me suis retrouvé en seconde ligne vue partielle. De la master la vue est même plutôt décevante par rapport à la promesse (voir photo) Je voulais annuler mais j’avais déjà payé et l’établissement a refusé Solution : il serait simple et honnête de préciser sur le texte descriptif que vous pouvez vous retrouver en 2eme ligne également de montrer la vraie vue en 2eme ligne ! Ou alors pourquoi pas avoir 2 prix différents pour 2 catégories ? En plus le jardin de ma villa numéro 3 etait traversé par deux accès depuis le restaurant / piscine à travers les plantes pour accès à l’autre villa de gauche Donc pour l’intimité et tranquillité c’est raté sur quand vos voisins sont une famille plutôt mal élevée Alors que cette famille pourrait marcher 10 mètres de plus pour ne pas traverser notre jardin Enfin à noter pour les amoureux de plages celle ci est grande calme et propre mais … beaucoup de rochers qui coupent les pieds… attention … Conclusion pour moi je n’y retournerai pas

• Michał (8/5): Bardzo dobry na krótki odpoczynek i relaks. - Absolutnie rewelacyjna lokalizacja i cały ekosystem tego miejsca. Kompleks czterech willi jest świetnie zaprojektowany, każda ma swój fajny basen, a dostęp do morza jest bardzo wygodny. Teren sprzyja totalnemu relaksowi, są wygodne leżanki, parasole, zadbana trawka, więc każdy bez problemu znajdzie intymny kącik dla siebie. Wnętrza są bardzo czyściutkie, a widoki z willi po prostu przepiękne. Śniadania a la carte trzymały wysoki poziom, były smaczne i z dużym wyborem (poza jednym dniem wszystko super). Bardzo miłym akcentem był welcome drink i owoce na powitanie. Jednak na największe brawa zasługuje tutaj OBSŁUGA. To ludzie tworzą atmosferę tego miejsca, są przemili, niezwykle pomocni i otwarci. Można z nimi porozmawiać na każdy temat, czuć się zaopiekowanym, ale nie przytłoczonym. To właśnie dzięki nim chce się tu być, bo nadrabiają uśmiechem i zaangażowaniem wszelkie niedociągnięcia techniczne obiektu. Niestety, polityka zarządzania usługami dodatkowymi i dbałość o detale techniczne mocno kuleją, co przy tej klasie obiektu nie powinno mieć miejsca. Największym rozczarowaniem jest łazienka – prysznic miejscami zachodzi grzybem (nawet w pojemniku na mydło!), a ozdobne kamyczki wokół niego są brudne i wyglądają bardzo nieapetycznie. To wymaga natychmiastowej interwencji, bo psuje cały efekt czystości w pokoju. Same wille też proszą się już o lekką renowację. Druga sprawa to podejście hotelu do usług "extra". Masaże są drogie, a ich jakość jest bardzo przeciętna – nieadekwatna do ceny. Organizacja wycieczki to logistyczny koszmar: ustalenia trwały 12 godzin, podczas gdy sama wycieczka tylko 4 (choć finalnie była udana). Najbardziej jednak irytuje kwestia skuterów. Hotel pośredniczy w wynajmie z wypożyczalni oddalonej o 400 metrów, dolicza swoją prowizję, a w zamian podstawia najmniejszy, najtańszy i niewygodny model. Jeśli gość płaci premium za pośrednictwo hotelu, powinien dostać sprzęt lepszej klasy, a nie najtańszą opcję. Takie "oszczędzanie" na gościach zostawia niesmak. Do tego trochę dokuczały komary.

We were greeted at the entrance by the entire team, a gesture that made my mom and I emotional and served as a gateway for what was to come. The views, the room, the spa, our massages; the food was ALL exceptional as was every staff member we came across. We were checked on daily to ensure we were comfortable and weren't short of anything. The setup of the four villas allows for a personalized experience and I couldn't have asked for a better place to rest and relax. The rooms were in immaculate condition as was the beach which was a few steps away. We are so grateful for the entire team. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the beautiful memories!!!

• 792jitenders (10/5): A Hidden Paradise !!! - Staying at Coastal Escape Koh Yao Noi was one of the most memorable travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning setting — a peaceful bay framed by turquoise waters and spectacular views. The villa itself was pure luxury: spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern comfort and tropical charm. My private pool overlooked the ocean, and waking up to that view in the morning felt awesum. Situated on a relatively quiet part of Koh Yao Noi, with great sea views and less crowd compared to more mainstream resorts. Even the resort has only four villas, and the treatment is very personalised. Mr. Film, the Villa manager, is an outstanding, affable person and an epitome of hospitality. He took care of every small need and made our stay very comfortable, He also took care of our pick from Phuket & drop to Krabi. If you want to explore other nearby islands, he would arrange the tour & the speedboat wud pick you up right from the resort. Or if you want to explore the island--wish it & Mr. Film would arrange transportation. For self exploration, the resort has bicycles. The staff, including Bar, Faais, Tan, Wun & Kong, were incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They took care of any request we had. Breakfast & food were fresh & flavor full. What I loved most was the tranquility — no crowds, no noise, just the sound of waves and nature. It’s the perfect escape if you want to slow down, recharge, and experience the beauty of Thailand in a more authentic, serene way. Coastal Escape really lives up to its name — it’s a hidden gem where luxury meets peace and genuine hospitality. We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of coming back.

La limpieza, el olor tan rico de nuestra villa, la comodidad de la cama y las almohadas, la comida preparada al momento y exquisita. Film siempre atento para solventar nuestras dudas y facilitarnos nuestras gestiones con la excursión a la isla, masajes, transporte. Podíamos pedir la comida y bebida a la villa. El último día, todo el personal nuevamente nos dio la despedida, fue emocionante. Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo por el lugar: un auténtico paraíso y por las personas maravillosas. • Eveline (10/5): Einmaliger, wunderschöner Urlaub - Wunderschöne Villa auf einer fast einsamen Insel! Es war ein Traum! Vor allem aber ist der Service absolut einmalig. Boom, Film und alle anderen Angestellen sind wahnsinnig gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ob proaktiv beim Restaurant, dass wir fürs Nachtessen ins Auge gefasst hatten, nachfragen, ob sie offen haben oder das Zusammenstellen eines leckeren Picknickkorbs für den Schnorcheltrip… Es war einfach immer alles perfekt! Uns fehlen das Coastal Escape Resort und die lieben Menschen, die wir bei unserem Aufenthalt kennenlernen durften, jetzt schon. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ist etwas laut, aber da ich auf Reisen sowieso immer Ohrstöpsel dabei habe, kein Problem.

• E270HAnigels (10/5): Best island escape - We stayed for 6 nights at this resort and wished we could have stayed longer. Location is fabulous with pool and beach access on the villa doorstep. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well presented as well as large double ensuite bathrooms. Food at this resort is absolutely amazing with a good selection of local dishes as well as a choice of western dishes on the menu. A 5 minute walk will take you to the nearest shop which has a good range of items as well as having an ATM across the road. Staff at the property are second to none, a big thank you to Boom and Film and all of the other staff for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We’re already planning to go back to this property for our next trip. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

• Louise (10/5): Amazing and unforgettable honeymoon stay - Service was the best we've ever had anywhere we've stayed in the world. Film, Boom, Tan & Wun were very welcoming and helpful, as were all the other staff we met. Beautiful, luxurious villa absolutely spotlessly clean. Plunge pool and larger shared pool fantastic, amazing view of islands. Idyllic beach next to villas. Food and drinks were exceptional and reasonably priced. Lots of extras on offer such as paddle boarding, kayaking and renting a motorbike. Some good bars within walking distance. Stayed for our honeymoon and the staff really went the extra mile to make our stay special. We will never forget our time here and would love to stay again one day. Nothing, cannot fault anything.
• k4itwh1te (10/5): Perfect. Didn't want to leave. - A perfect paradise. The villa was huge, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. Both bedrooms had fantastic views. The bathrooms were a decent size with good showers. There were lots of different areas to sit outside, and the plunge pool was fantastic. The main pool area was stunning, with very comfy sunbeds. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You can hire bikes, paddleboards and Kayaks free of charge. They can also arrange boat trips to near by islands etc. Or you can just chill by the pool. The food at the hotel was great, but we like to eat out too. There were a number of restaurants around a 10 - 15 minute walk around the coast. This really is a hidden gem, off the usual Thailand tourist trail. • Kait (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect paradise. The villa was huge, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. Both bedrooms had fantastic views. The bathrooms were a decent size with good showers. There were lots of different areas to sit outside, and the plunge pool was fantastic. The main pool area was stunning, with very comfy sunbeds. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You can hire bikes, paddleboards and Kayaks free of charge. They can also arrange boat trips to near by islands etc. Or you can just chill by the pool. The food at the hotel was great, but we like to eat out too. There were a number of restaurants around a 10 - 15 minute walk around the coast. This really is a hidden gem, off the usual Thailand tourist trail. • Odilon (10/5): Peaceful and magic scenery ! - A lovely place if you want to enjoy beautiful views, first-class service from Boom, Film and the rest of the crew! Also great breakfast and food in general. The staff is also helpful to map out excursions or anything else you want to do. The villa is very spacious and clean with well operating airco.

• Ralf (10/5): - We staid as a family of 3 at CostalEscapes in Ko Yao Noi and had a fantastic week. Boo and the team were excellent hosts. The villa and whole property has all one needs to wind down with the views just adding to the whole experience. We can highly recommend this place which is a great hub to also explore the Bay Area via day trips and want to avoid the tourist crowds. We’ll be back

• Mathieu (10/5): A slice of paradise! - A slice of paradise on earth! We liked our villa, the beautiful garden, the semi-private restaurant and the main pool. The view and sunsets are stunning. Butler service was great to use for whatever reasons : restaurant tips, room service, etc. We also like the happy hours, their cocktails and the club sandwich. The private pool is really too small, it's just big enough to wash your feet :) It didn't bother us as we've spent most of our time in the main pool area. However, a bath or a jacuzzi was missing in the villa. The owner should consider to change the private pool in outdoor jacuzzi. it would bring this extra plus. Also, the beach is nice but like most of the beach is ko yao noi they are not the best in Thailand.
• Naddia (10/5): - Wow!! What an incredible stay! This place is so much better than you can tell or imagine when booking it. Very boutique luxury stay. It has 4 villas, with a dedicated restaurant and pool. But the concierge service is fantastic. From before our arrival they arranged our transportation, arrival dinner and tours. They are the type to predict the guest need before the guest event thinks about it. Very proactive approach to management. The food was very good. The drinks were good. Reasonably priced for the boutique setting. They have scooters for around the island. I can't say enough. Would be back in a heartbeat.

Even better than the photos, the best food I tried in Phuket m, the nicest staff ever, whatever I say about this place it wouldn't be enough. Definitely recommended. I booked for one night and then extended for 3 nights l. As much as I say it is not enough. Best place I stayed in my life same with my husband. Villa number 1 is the best view. The villa was perfect, with a private plunge pool and a large shared pool overlooking the ocean. It felt like we had the whole resort and beach to ourselves, offering complete privacy. The food was fantastic, and having everything, including breakfast, delivered right to our villa was such a treat. I also requested special food for my baby and the cooked. I love all the team very much and big thanks to Karen. Definitely will come back again and book the entire resort for all my family. I love you guys very much. Nothing
• Bartosz (10/5): Heaven on earth - The amazing staff and layout of the complex makes You feel like you’re staying in a private resort! The resort is hidden in a beautiful garden by the sea and consists of only 4 villas each with a small private pool and a separate area with a bar by another swimming pool. For breakfast you can choose a delicious Thai or international dish cooked fresh before serving. Anytime during the day it’s possible to order drinks and delicious food from the hotels restaurant either to the pool area or directly to your villa. The hotel offers free bike rental to explore the island as well as SUPs and kayaks to have fun in the sea. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance there are some good local restaurants and a grocery store. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Just minor things like clogging sink in our bathroom or AC in bedroom that was a bit loud could seek some maintenance.

• Bandares (10/5): Extraordinary - beautiful vista & kind staff - Incredible stay with our two autistic AdHD teens, felt so safe and looked after by Film and the team. The villa was amazing, the scenery around the little boutique resort was breathtaking. The food was incredible. And the service was delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. It felt safe enough to leave our two teens at the villa while we went of and explored on the free to use bikes. There was nothing to dislike about this incredible place Don’t look anywhere else.

Boom, Film, and Tan create a very friendly and welcoming environment, helping with everything from booking excursions around the islands to making delicious cocktails. There is only one other hotel on this beach, so it is very peaceful and quiet, and the water is calm and great for swimming, kayaking etc. It is a short walk or drive to a few beach restaurants, but the food at the resort was very good as well. I would love to return!

The staff are so so lovely a d thoughtful and were a huge part of what made the stay unforgettable. Meals were very high quality and delicious, whether ordering Thai or European. We ate most meals at the hotel because we couldn’t get enough. We were there with kids (6 and 8) and we spent our days going between the beach and pool, and going on excursions.

The 2 bedroom villas are beautifully decorated. Beds are so comfy. Private plunge pools in front of every villa. Hornbills in the palm trees! Extensive, delicious food and cocktail menu. Service staff are a delight. Gorgeous sandy beach. Arrange a tour around the island before check-in, it's a charming island of really friendly locals. Only 30 mins from Phuket!
• To-at-home (10/5): Escape from Phuket - Escape to paradise! We arrived early in the afternoon and were greeted by a very friendly welcome. It felt like arriving at a friend's house, which made us feel at ease right away! We were taken to our luxurious 2-bedroom villa, and as you would in a friend's house, straight on to the bar for a choice of cocktails. There, we met other guests and chatted for a while. We went back to our villa and lingered in and around the pool until it was time for dinner. Once there, it was suggested we try an assortment of Thai dishes, which was a very good idea as we are not that familiar with Thai food, and it was excellent. We had about 8 or 10 different dishes with a mix of seafood, meat, and vegetable choices, each with its own flavor and taste. The staff was very attentive and curteous, and the amazing view only added to the enjoyment. It is a place we will definitely recommend, and I believe it will become very popular very quickly. For us, it was the perfect week-end, which we much needed. There aren't that many villas, which gives it a sense of exclusivity. You can relax on a sunbed by the main pool or in front of your villa in total peace, admiring the view and sipping on a cocktail. That's what I call a true escape!

• Tour648207 (10/5): Beautiful Coastal Escape at Koh Yao Noi. - The Coastal Escape provides an intimate luxury experience right on the beach in Koh Yao Noi. We went during low season, and after the first day we were the only ones here, and it felt like our own private resort. The villas are all 2 bedroom and are comfortable and spacious. The staff are friendly and can organize anything, from renting scooters to a boat trip to your transfer back to Krabi or Phuket. It was just an amazing time.

Nothing was too much trouble and the local advice from Daniel was indispensable. You will not get a better sunrise than opening your curtains and looking out to the islands in Phang Nga Bay. Breakfast and in-house dining are excellent, although quality dining is available close by. And the bar staff can shake you a great cocktail. The watermelon martini is just perfect. The island is an exclusive paradise and I have no hesitation in recommending in recommending it and Coastal Escapes as your perfect holiday destination. Daniel and team, we will remember you forever! • JuicyBites (10/5): Location Location Location! - Spent a week at Coastal Escape. It was a total treat just to wake up to that view each day. What a privilege. The island is very quiet and chill with almost zero shopping options so if you are looking to be entertained, this might not be for you. However, if you want to escape to an island paradise for a peak at how the Thai islands used to be, then hop on a speed boat here. The villas were lovely and spacious, the food was good in the resort and it is a really easy to walk from the resort to an area where there are some nice, casual restaurants. Had a great boat trip to the lagoon with Pong who looked after us so well. The batik painting was a nice way to spend the afternoon. The teenagers all took mopeds and went to a Thai boxing centre on the island. Cruising around on mopeds was fun and liberating ... a car is a rare sight on the island.
