• Shevach (9/5): It was worth the money, I recommend! - it was great, AWESOME location, close to almost everything, a lot of cafes and stores, everything was clean, and we liked the coffee area a lot. the fact that there was no one at reception so we had to call them if we needed something.

He swore at me. I was devastated after 18hr flight. not allowed access to room. Sat outside with luggage Finally a cleaner arrived and gave me a key to the room. Left early next morning. Still no-one at desk. HORRIBLE PLACE. SO UPSET.

• chup56 (2/5): Rood service and no room ready! - After 25 Hrs. flight arriving at 3.00pm no one was at the hotel desk, called them and they told me that the room will be ready after 6.00pm!!, came back at 6.00 and... the person at the desk told me that the room is not read and it should be ready in 30Min. At the reservation it said clearly that check in is starting at 11.00! The person told me a very rood way that I can go ahead at look for another place to stay in. What a terminable experience!!

• Linda (9/5): Pleasant - It was exceptionally clean and quiet. It was in the center of activity. Easy to get food in local markets even over Shabbat and cook my own meals. It was everything that I had anticipated. I wanted a room with an elevator for my luggage and a place where I could prepare my own food. The refrigerator and microwave were all I needed. I was there for 3 nights. There were double windows and double curtains that blocked out the noise and light. I faced Dizengoff Street. Everything was exceptionally clean. Everything was of excellent quality.

The location was perfect for what I needed. This is a no frills hotel with minimum service. Miki at the reception and on the phone was great and always available. I would definitely stay again.

• Anton (2/5): Very poor - Rooms are ok and clean Management is rude, they let my elderly parents check out at 11 morning on Yom kippur unless they pay extra when there is no public transport and everything is closed everywhere When contacting the manager he was very rude to them as well.

The room was full of clumps of hair, toenails, in the shower and a chair that just stood in the middle of the shower. No towels. And the bed was offered as if it was clean, but the sheets were full of hairs. The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. See the pictures for yourself.
