It was difficult to find out where check in was because there were no instructions or any hint that this property would be located in the same property as Sheraton. The place is beautiful, safe, clear and very comfortable but I have ONE complaint ! They said amenities were NOT included, in other words, you get s room that’s right by the pool and they say you can’t use it but must get a day pass — Maistra customer are not allowed to use Sheraton amenities even though it’s inside the same property!
• claudia (6/5): - Al llegar todo nos pareció muy bien, el check in en el Sheraton muy rápido. El departamento grande como habíamos solicitado: 2 habitaciones y sofá cama en la sala, 3 baños. Luego nos dimos cuenta de varias cosas que hicieron incómoda la estadía: Una de las camas individuales estaba rota por la mitad y se ladeaba; incluso vimos por debajo de la cama que había colocado dos tacos de madera a la mitad para tratar que no se terminara partiendo en dos. Fue incómodo dormir. El hervidor de agua no funcionaba, el vidrio templado interior de la puerta del horno estaba suelto y al abrir casi se cae. Habían 4 cubiertos cuando éramos cinco. El día anterior a nuestra salida el servicio de habitación no sacó la basura y por el calor olía muy mal. No reclamamos en su momento porque no queríamos perder el tiempo en un balneario maravilloso. Queríamos disfrutar de las playas y la ciudad de Dubrovnik.

• Donna (10/5): - This property is a great location, away from the crowded Old Town. When I booked, I didn’t know there were actually 2.5 bathrooms which was an awesome surprise as we were traveling with our two teenagers. The access to the beach was my favorite part of this hotel. It was amazing! Be sure to include breakfast in your stay - it was well worth it. The only feedback for improvement would be- the bathroom toiletries need to be brought up to hotel standards. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo was terrible. Also, the fees for a lounge chair/umbrella at the beach was high ($20 for the lounge and $10 for the umbrella). When you’re traveling with a family of 4, that is a lot to pay every day.
• Sukhdeep (8/5): - Property was really nice with fantastic views of the mountains and river. Walkable from the Sheraton about 5 mins just behind the hotel. Hotel are great as you can use the indoor pool and tennis facilities which you pay. Only issue from making it a 5 was we had to call each time to ask someone to clean our room. The bedrooms were nice size and loved the living area and kitchen.

The view from the balcony does not fulfill beach holiday wishes, but the beach and beach restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. It is easy to get to the apartment by elevator from the garage. The breakfast onSheraton was excelent.

I have stayed at many hotels, and they all provide some coffee to start your day with. On my last evening, housekeeping knocked on my door offering coffee. A little too late. They do clean the rooms every day! Which was nice.

Not entitled to other hotel services either. It's close to the beach, but the main part of beach is basically taken over by the hotel's sunbeds, that are really expensive (30 eur per day). There no place to get breakfast near by, but plenty of options for lunch and dinner You can take a taxiboat to the city centre from the pier.

Bus stops right in front of building to Dubrovnik. The apartment was super clean, we were able to cook in the well supplied kitchen( which even has a dishwasher) very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful location, several restaurants around.

Well equipped kitchen (4 hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with small freezer inside, crockery and cutlery etc provided) and bathrooms (toilet roll, towels, soap, shampoo conditioner all provided and replenished as needed, pkus a hairdryer). No washing machine but there is a payable laundry service. We paid extra to have breakfast at the Sheraton every day and it was so worth it. Probably the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen, with lots of options and a beautiful terrace. The location is excellent. Close to beaches, supermarket, bust stops, water taxis, several bars and restaurants plus childrens play parks. You can walk along the seafront to Milini. Just great.

Fantastic breakfast (if purchased) at the Sheraton (100m away) with wide variety of fresh foods and lots of choice. Secure underground parking. 5 min walk to bus stop for 10 minute ride to old city for 2.9 euros pp. Can also take the less freq bus right outside. Bus schedule posted at the Sheraton. Grocery store in the mall 2 minutes away.

We had access to the Sheraton facilities however the spa, indoor pool & tennis courts cost extra. Srebreno is about half way between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, both easily accessible by bus. There’s a bakery, pizza restaurant and supermarket all very close by with other restaurants nearby also. Very close to the beach and if you can get the apartments looking towards the front and the hotel the view is quite good too. Would definitely recommend them.
• JaeYoon (2/5): Don't stay here, please. - It was really bad experience in my life, it took over 18 hours to be there, but when I arrived there, it was totally not expected one. Because the apartment is not like Review and Pictures. This apartment does NOT locate in front of Beach and there is no swimming pool. And even does not have reception, ground floor, There was a restaurant, and asked a staff how I check in. And the staff informed me that I should check in at the Sheraton Hotel. Anyway the room condition was Ok, but the View from the balcony was garbage and really bad everything. So I canceled it 2nd day, and I even paid much higher than when I booked the hotel, but I should do, because I never want to stay like this apartment with the cost and view.

Golf buggy from Sheraton, 100 meters, cleaned daily, bed made etc, beach towels, concierge included. Public/ private beach with loungers etc, or hotel pool.Bigger rooms than in hotel , as this is an apartment. Lounge, dining area, decent kitchen, large wrapped around balcony, bathroom and extra second toilet, spacious accommodation. Area abs beautiful, Srebreno super, beach 100 m, MLINi, ancient and wonderful, 3/400m walk. Many ferry boats from harbour; Dubrovnic 15 mins, 60Kuna single, 100 ret. Cavtat a good trip. Possibly our BEST value for money venture into a new area for us. Sensible to keep this info private, it was so good.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Totally out of expectation. I should have booked this apartment for the first leg of my stay at Dubrovnik (I went to Montenegro for a few days in between). The apartment is super value for money. It was run by the Sheraton Hotel next door and the free buffet breakfast was served at the hotel. The apartment was in very good condition, with a bedroom, 2 toilets, a living room and a kitchen. If the apartment is equipped with an electric kettle, it will be a perfect 5 for me.

Es estar alojado en el Sheraton, teniendo acceso a sus comodidades pagando mucho menos. Las habitaciones de la Villa son nuevas y todo está impecable. Recomiendo si está en sus posibilidades tomar la opción con desayuno, pues es muy rico, completo y variado. Tiene acceso directo a una playa muy agradable. Todo excelente.

Cleaning was a hit and miss with towels not replenished fully, wine glases that disappeared, no restocking of shampoo etc. And as many have already mentioned, the kitchen needs a kettle. Bus, water taxi, shopping mall with large supermarket within a couple of minutes of the apartments. The Sheraton hotel pool boys were super bringing out loungers, asking if you needed an umbrella, moving things around for you etc. A great team. The Pool Bar Service team didn't engage with anyone they were serving and it was just a 'take the order and deliver'. Nothing wrong there, but a little interaction with customers would have been nice especially at the prices of the beverages served. Overrall would happily stay here again.
• Nicola (10/5): Totally amazing 💕👏 - Dubrovnik-Rivieras, Srebreno & Mlini is such a beautiful location, we cannot recommend a holiday here highly enough. Fairly quiet resort but some livelier bars on the front- still felt relaxed. The apartments are very highly maintained, looked brand new, fully equipped & absolutely spotless. Beds comfortable, 2 large bathrooms with double sinks, bath & good shower. Fresh towels, toiletries linen & housekeeping everyday. Wonderful little touch to leave my husband a cake on noticing it was his bday. The facilities, restaurants and all the staff at the Sheraton were incredible. Hotel has a Lovely pool/ beach area which is fully staffed to meet your every need. All just a few meters from the apartments. To note: if booking transfers use the Sheraton as a pick up/ drop off point. Plenty of sun-loungers and shades. Gym & indoor pool 24/7. We booked our excursions through hotel - Catamaran Sail to Lokrum island was fantastic. Use a Uber to get into Dubrovnik city walls- look up free tours. Certainly won’t be our last visit to beautiful Croatia 🇭🇷

It did give us a nice drive thru the local towns though. Property itself is fine. Only issue was the shower. You have to turn the hot water button on at least 20 minutes before your anticipated Shower. Also, you are essentially on your own. It was a tough time to contact Operator at the Sheraton. They did not make it clear how to call them on the phone in room

We asked at time of booking for a sea view and upon arrival we found that we were set back a little in the apartment block with no direct sea view. ... we did ask if there was any chance of moving us as we wanted a sea view and upon manager approval we was granted an upgrade. The apartments were a short walk from the main hotel and we could make full use of their facilities which was great. Lovely spa! The apartments were very spacious, very clean and fully adequate for our requirements. Would highly recommend these apartments.

• Yat Yen Stephanie (10/5): Brilliant stay - The apartments were generally clean although the floor was a bit sticky. House keeping was efficient. The access to use Sheraton's facilities was a great plus point and the location of the apartment is brilliant with a residential touch. The mall nearby is great for buying daily amenities and there is a good cafe down the road serving good coffee.
• Carol (10/5): - Brilliant apartments.. part of the Sheraton hotel so you can use the hotel facilities. Very clean and modern, had everything you would need. A few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. A 10 minute bus ride to Dubrovnik . We would definitely stay here again 👍
• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing apartment in a good location - Overall we were very impressed with these apartments. We had a one bedroom apartment at the front of the building with nice views overlooking the near by Sheraton hotel with the mountains in the distance. The apartments are a few minutes walk to the beach and to the harbour where you can get water Taxis to Dubrovnik and Lokrum. There is also a good selection of resturants and cafes/bars within a 15 minute walk of the apartment. Our apartment was cleaned almost daily to a high standard and the only issue we had during it entire stay was that on a few days the house keeping work us up as they came too early (around 8-9am). Other than that, we can’t fault our stay at the apartments and we had a very nice stay in the amazing Dalmatia region of Croatia.
• Lily (10/5): Perfect surprise!! - This place was a surprise in the best way. It’s a villa connected to the Sheraton and we were able to use all the facilities. Amazingly awesome!!
• Elisabetta (10/5): Beautiful and relaxing - The apartment was part of the Sheraton hotel across the street. You check in at the Sheraton. You have access to the Sheraton amenities such as pool, spa and gym. The beach is behind the Sheraton.I was there in September and the water was cold and the beach is rocky so bring water shoes. Very nice boardwalk with lots of restaurants and pubs. Wonderful location. Across from the apartment is the bus stop to get to Dubrovnik. You can take bus 10, 16 or 16a. Cost is 18k and it will take about 30 minutes because the bus does it’s regular route through the mountain. Enjoy

• Verified traveler (8/5): Close to perfect - The villas are perfectly located in the Zupa Dubravka Riviera! Almost on the property of the Sheraton, yet independent. Most of the benefits but also a villa, which we appreciated. Downside was the size and configuration of the second bedroom! Disappointed that the 2 twin beds could not be combined to one King bed, as is usual. And the room was very very small for a couple. And only one full size bath meant two couples shared one shower room... That said, I would rent here again but with different configuration or circumstances.
• Carolyne (10/5): Fabulous Stay! - Fabulous apartments, all very clean & new. Very spacious & lots of wardrobe & storage space. Our two bed apartment had 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets!! Couldn’t fault it!! Lots of great amenities on the doorstep (shops/supermarket) as well as great bars & restaurants.
• Angela (10/5): Excellent apartments, facilities and location - These apartments are well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is a daily maid service which makes it feel more like a hotel room but with the benefit of a lounge and kitchen. The apartments are across the road from the Sheraton Hotel and you get full use of their facilities. We used the pool and the gym, even though we were there in the height of August but we coul always get sun loungers at the pool and the pool never had lots of people in. Pool towels are provided just like hotel guests. Because the apartments are linked to the Sheraton you get a 10% discount art the resort restaurants so make sure you ask for that and just show your room key. The apartments are ideally located 5 mins from a supermarket, across the road from a bakery and the Sheraton and 5 mins from the beach. The beach is like all of them in Croatia and stony so you need shoes to get into the sea but the sea is beautifully clean and clear. If you want a water taxi to Dubrovnik then these leave from the end of the harbour and cost 100 kuna per person return and takes about 20 mins. There are also a number of excursions direct from Srebreno. I would happily come back to these excellent apartments.

• Stewart (10/5): Great Apartment with use of Sheraton Hotel Facilit - Spacious, clean & modern apartment run by Sheraton Hotel. We stayed as a family of 5 for a week and had a great time. You can use the facilities at the Sheraton Hotel and just a short walk away is a pier where you can get water taxi's to Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat. Highly recommended.

• Delia (8/5): Crotia 2018 - We enjoyed the comfort of the apartment linked to the great hotel facilities. We were disappointed with the size of the balcony for four adults to use. The local area is being developed nicely.
• Cindy (8/5): Seaside Villa - Once we figured out that this was a Sheraton property and we had to check in at the Sheraton, things got easier! This was not obvious at the time of booking. The accommodations were lovely, except there was no coffee maker and some of our folks kept bumping their heads on the slanted walls. We would stay there again....now that we know what/where it is!

• Nora (10/5): - Very well appointed apartment and all facilities of a good standard. We had a two bed, two bathroom apartment -one twin room and one king bed plus bed settee in lounge. Nice balcony are but not much by way of a view. Supermarket 5 mins walk away and beach similar distance in opposite direction. Able to use the swimming pool at Sheraton Hotel ( just across the road ) at no additional charge - lovely outdoor pool. Easy journey to Dubrovnik via water taxi or bus. Sobreno is a quiet resort - more locals than tourists and away from the very busy Dubrovnik. Worked really well for us as we got to see the stunning sights of Dubrovnik but chill time in Sebreno by the beach and pool. Limited range of restaurants locally - freshly prepared food but usual burgers and pizzas . Would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to others.

• Ricky (10/5): Beautiful Croatia - Excellent large apartment. Bar, bakery and takeaway on the doorstep. Supermarket nearby. Beach just a few minutes walk, and more along the coastal path. Already thinking about our next visit.
• Paula (10/5): Modern apartments in quiet resort - We had a fantastic, relaxing stay in the Sheraton apartments, which are across the road from the Sheraton hotel. We checked in at the hotel reception and the bell boy took us over in the buggy, seamless service. We were able to park under the apartments using our room key, so all safe and secure. The apartment was amazing. So spacious, modern and clean and serviced every day. We had a corner apartment which gave us a large balcony catching the sun in the morning and late afternoon.This was a quiet resort with small shingle beach and ferry to Dubrovnik or Cavat for about £1 each way. Bus short walk away, likewise supermarket in a small shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby if we didn’t want to self cater. We relaxed by and swam in the Sheraton pool most days. Great sun loungers and fluffy towels. Staff attentive and helpful at all times, serving poolside drinks, snacks or simply helping with the parasol! Also a poolside bar with shaded shaded seating and sea views. Spa and indoor pool a bonus. However, we did not enjoy the one evening meal we had in the Sheraton restaurant. We chose the buffet to find limited choices, tired presentation and lack lustre attention to detail. Not 5*. We didn’t return. Overall our stay in the apartments was relaxing with all facilities close at hand if required. We would definitely return.
