• Verified traveler (6/5): El personal muy amable las instalaciones muy mal - Todo el personal con el que interactúe fueron muy amables y cordiales, siempre tuvieron buena actitud para resolver mis necesidades, en la habitación que me reasignaron funcionó muy bien el internet, las instalaciones son antiguas y se ven descuidadas, paredes sucias fuga de agua en el baño, huele a humedad la iluminación de la habitación es muy baja, las cortinas se ven sucias el estacionamiento es pequeño pero finalmente cubría mis necesidades de que mi vehículo estuviera seguro pero da un aspecto desordenado ver muebles de baño como escombro en el Piso del estacionamiento. Me quedo con el buen servicio del personal y la ayuda que me dieron con el wifi para terminar el horario escolar de mis hijos

El último día el agua en lavabo y regadera salía como chocolatosa.

They checked and checked. I tried to call Travelocity but the call would not go through. It had to pay the hotel for rooms after I already paid Travelocity. Not fun. Now I need to wait until I get home to get a refund from Travelocity. This is the second time. Never using Travelocity again. What would I have done at 9:30 at night if the hotel had been sold out????

Lo malo es que todo lo que les solicitamos son detalles fundamentales en un hotel. Faltaban toallas, las que nos dieron olían muy mal, a mucha humedad ya. Habitación muy fría, por lo cual tuvimos que pedir cobijas. No teníamos papel de baño. El agua caliente, apenas si salia tibia para bañarse. Falta mucha limpieza en general en el hotel, ya que se ven telarañas por todos lados.

El cuarto APESTABA a humedad y NO HABIA AGUA CALIENTE en la regadera. El baño tenia fuga y toda la noche se salió el agua. • F2458LQdonc (6/5): Useful Location, But Fails On Basic Comforts - It was convenient for us to stay at the Florencia Regencia Hotel as it was handy to our doctor's clinic not far away. Note that I had reconned the hotel the year before and was somewhat familiar with it. Note also that the image illustrating the hotel on this page is a different hotel. The Florencia Regency is not as new looking as that in the image. The desk clerk-bell hop is friendly and wants to help, but he didn't know which roms had king beds until he made some phone calls. To his credit, he spent a great deal of time and effort getting us the kind of room we asked for. We decided on a sencilla (one double bed) at the end of the inside parking area. This was quiet but the room, although clean, had several deficiencies. It was small, yet larger than the sencilla counterparts on the other side of the hotel. A sencilla room I looked at on the other side was so compact that one closet door wouldn't open because of the desk end blocking it. Our room was passable and the closet accessible. The two attractive bed lamps had no bulbs. But we were tired and more interested in sleep than reading. The double bed was o.k. The lav in the bathroom had a sign pleading forgiveness that there was no hot water, not even the tap, Worse, when I tried to shower, both in the evening and morming, there was no hot water. I know to be patient waiting for agua caliente in low budget Mexican hotels, but this was just not happening. (And at $550 pesos and up, this is not in my opinion, truly low budget.) We ran the ceiling fan, but the only way to keep the fan on and turn off the ceiling fan light was to climb onto a somewhat rickety chaitr to reach the too short pull chain. This is a commercial district noted for floor tiles, plumbing, and stainless steel restaurant equipment stores and not for better restaurants. The best bet for an evening meal is the Cenaduria La Lupita 1, about 3 blocks away on Calle Sanchez y Tagle. The food is very good and the prices reasonable. Try the delicious pozole. There is a hotel restaurant, with limited serving hours that we didn't try. Pluses: Clean, friendly. Convenienct to hospital and clinic district and building ,fixtures district. Free, secure parking inside. Decent wifi. Minuses: cramped rooms, inconvenient placement of furniture, no hot water on room. Limited dining options closeby. I wold probably not stay at this hotel again. I believe that the rates are too high for the value received.
