- Fredericka (8/5): - We were not happy with the room. We received a handicap room and there was no chair at all in the room to sit in. We tried to upgrade, but the hotel was full. In all fairness, we were offered a different room for the next day, but it did not seem worth the trouble. In addition, the maids broke the shower on the first day where they cleaned. A maintenance man came to fix it, but said it was not fixable without a part. So we had a part of the shower missing! The room was sterile, and uncomfortable, but we were too lazy to move! Sandra at the front desk offered another room in fairness. We were unhappy with the booking because we booked a double room, but we did not request a handicap room!

- Hortencia (10/5): - This hotel is located right by a beach club and walking distance from a public beach. It was a perfect location to enjoy Otranto’s beautiful beach. The hotel was walking distance to the Okd Town and plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

- Vincenzo (8/5): - Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la stanza pulita e con un piccolo balcone dove si vedeva il mare. Il bagno spazioso con una bella doccia. i letti erano comodi. Alla receptions sono stati gentili ed hanno cercato di risolvere qualsiasi domanda.
- HAROLD (10/5): Un 3 étoiles du top niveau - On s’est dit en réservant que c’était un petit hôtel 3 étoiles sympa mais ils ont leurs 3 étoiles bien méritées. L’hôtel est superbement bien placé à côté du quartier historique, il est propre (je pense même rénové récemment ) et le service est du niveau 5 étoiles: le personnel est attentionné, souriant, agréable, aidant, bref… il est irréprochable: Sandra et sa camarade (dont je me souviens pas le nom) a l’accueil sont toutes les deux extraordinaires de gentillesse et de bienveillance: un conseil? une demande particulière? Elle gèrent tout avec le sourire. Nous sommes plus que ravis d’avoir choisi cet établissement: on y reviendra si on repasse dans le coin.
- Sawahashi (10/5): - As a Japanese person, I often stand out in this area where there are very few Asians and people sometimes look at me with curiosity. However, the front desk staff at this hotel provided excellent service. They had a list of recommended restaurants prepared in advance, and kindly explained how to use the public bus system. Although some of the staff only spoke Italian, it seems their policy is to always have English-speaking staff available, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. One thing that did concern me, though, was that the air conditioning didn’t work during the day—perhaps due to centralized control or some other reason.
- Jolanda (10/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen direkt an der Strandpromenade von Otranto, zahlreiche Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Altstadt und der Strand sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und eingerichtet, mir war die Matratze zu hart - das ist aber auch schon der einzige Punkt, den ich zu bemängeln habe. Das Personal von den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption über die Reinigungsdamen bis zu den Mitarbeitern beim Frühstück sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Parkplatz ist gleich gegenüber, etwa 70 Meter entfernt, Informationen zum Parken erhielten wir im Vorfeld auf Anfrage per Mail, die Kosten halten sich mit 8 Euro pro Tag in Grenzen. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wieder buchen.

- Carlos (8/5): - Best get a cab from the stazione which is NOT handicapped friendly. (Also, it’s a long downhill/uphill walk.) The entrance to the hotel doesn’t correspond to the given address (one entrance on the side street, the other on the back street of the given address. Otherwise, it was a well situated seaside location with a friendly and cooperative staff. Walkable and convenient to cafes and restaurants.

- Al (2/5): WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN IF IT WAS FREE. - Great location. Terrible property. People on staff very nice but hotel is poorly managed. Small rooms. Guest are required to leave hand bags on a bench outside the breakfast room! My wife was appalled. Breakfast was only cold pastry along with fruit, cereal, and ham and cheese. Beach is across the street yet they do not offer beach towels. Shower in room has very little pressure (intentionally), shampoo is in a ketchup type packet. Soap bar is like a small potato chip. Towels and linens are like cardboard. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN IF IT WAS FREE.
- Mr A (8/5): Definitely a 3 star hotel.It looks like a museum . - The hotel.was well located near located, near the beach,historical centre close by,fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of variety ,cappuccino ,drinking chocolate teas,lots of cakes juices,fruits,bread varieties,hams.Be advised dough that no bags or luggage are allowed in the breakfast room.But staff friendly,helpful, rooms clean .Our room had a balcony opposite the beach with table and chairs to sit outside.confortable mattress.

Nous avions une chambre 3 personnes avec balcon et vue sur la mer - identique à la photo. Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné, petit déjeuner correct - Très belle petite ville à visiter absolument dans les Pouilles. Une bonne adresse pour un resto, à 100m de l'hôtel dans une petit rue, ne donnant pas spécialement envie de si arrêter, se croyant à prime à bord dans une boucherie, il s'agissait du présentoir du restaurant "La cornacchia e il Mosto"
- David (8/5): Nice 3 star hotel in good location - The hotel is well positioned at the waterfront, the communal areas and the bedroom were very clean. The room itself was a reasonable size for a 3 star hotel, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and served in a bright spacious room. My only negative comment is that our room was at the back of the hotel with a view of a garage and main road. We asked to be changed if possible but were told that all other rooms were occupied.

Stanza rumorosa perchè situata sopra una cucina in cui si lavorava fino a tardi; e non ho potuto chiudere le finestre perchè altrimenti si attivava l'aria condizionata, senza possibilità di spegnerla o abbassarne l'intensità (meccanismo perverso) Ricche le colazioni, personale gentile e presente alla reception a orario continuato.

- maite (8/5): Buena experiencia - La experiencia buena, buena ubicacion a dos pasos del casco antiguo. El hotel te ofrece un aparcamiento por 5 euros al dia. Ojo las lineas blancas alli solo son para media hora de aparcamiento. En el paseo maritimo hay un mooonton de pizzerias baratisimas. El hotel limpio y desayuno bastante bueno. El personal agradable.

- ac (8/5): - Renoviertes Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade, Zimmer einfach aber geschmackvoll, ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes italienisches Frühstück, Hotel hat rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer mit WC und Dusche und ist auch sonst insgesamt barrierefrei. Uns hat besonders gut der Stil von Eingangshalle und Frühstücksraum gefallen: große Hallen, viele Bilder und originales Mobiliar aus der Anfangszeit des Hotels in den 40ern. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Regular - A localização é excelente mas as instalações do quarto são antigas e embora conste que há estacionamento, este não é no hotel. O estacionamento fica a cerca de 100 ou 200 metros do hotel e precisa ser pago. O café da manhã é bem simples
- JOSIMAR S (10/5): Excelente atendimento e localização - Hotel muito e muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro e a uma rua cheia de lojas, restaurantes. Dava pra fazer tudo a pé. O quarto era bastante amplo com uma varanda lateral que dava pra ver o mar. Tem isolamento acústico, estava muito limpo. A recepção foi ótima e muito rápida. O café da manhã era muito bom, com certa variedade e eles preparavam algumas coisas na hora mesmo. Fica bem próximo a uma praia boa e que possui lidos (barraca de praia paga, com cadeiras e espriguiçadeira). O hotel também está a uma distância curta de lojas, restaurantes e monumentos, ideal para passear a noite.

Dobbiamo fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff, è stato gentilissimo e ci ha sempre accolto con il sorriso. la camera era sempre pulitissima con una bellissima vista su uno scorciodi mare. La colazione era abbondante, con il famoso pasticciotto incluso. che dire, lo consigliamo vivamente per pulizia, gentilezza, posizione strategica. sicuramente ci ritorneremo l'anno prossimo. Molto buona la colazione, abbiamo apprezzato molto il buono consumazione presso U TUB, Utilizzato x un gustoso e completo aperitivo. Assolutamente consiglio quest'albergo.
