Fitness stelt niet heel veel voor als je van krachttraining houdt maar je kunt er wel “iets” doen. schimmel in de badkamer (kitranden, voegen en op het bankje). Voor deze prijs en een paar nachtjes prima. alleen de hygiëne in de badkamer kan wat beter. Eten en drinken prijzig tov buiten de deur eten.

- PEI QING, MADELINE (8/5): Pretty resort with nice staff - It's a beautiful environment with lots of flowers & greenery. All the staff were very polite & helpful. Restaurant food quality was decent & breakfast can be sent to the room for free. Portions were generous. The room we had was very big with lovely views of the lake & garden. The breakfast area is small but we always had a table available so it was ok. There wasn't much to do nearby & it's pretty far from majority of the attractions.

- Wishva (10/5): Fabulous - This hotel was probably the best hotel I have stayed at. The garden was exceptionally beautiful and well maintained. The lobby and restaurant areas were designed like a fairy tale. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was fabulous with a vast selection.

Hotel and room was exceptionally clean and a well maintained property. The heated pool was our favorite! My experience with the breakfast in the morning was really good except I didn’t like that the pancakes or eggs Benedict weren’t freshly made and it would be either cold or hard. The spa is quite pricey and they should offer discounts to guests who are staying, the spa doesn’t look like it was getting services either.

- Usanee (9/5): A little Chateaux in the beautiful garden - The design of the hotel, the beautiful garden, the pool. The attentiveness of the staff. I stayed alone. Game from the restaurant helped me take the pictures. The house keeping, Nan replenished my requested items. The spa manager, Nuch gave me the hot coconut oil when I complained there was no hair conditioner. The guest experience manager, Nim was everywhere to greet the guests. The spa is a bit pricy. There should be 1 complimentary gym class, etc since the area in front of the hotel was a bit small to walk around (The yellow village is not the hotel premises). The feathers and latex pillows were a bit flat and the memory foam was a bit too high for me. The swiming pool was crowded on 1 evening.

The food was good. The staff were really great particularly Fah on the front desk, who helped me with onward travel arrangements, but they were all friendly and helpful. Likewise the spa therapists -very high quality massages. A few minor details could be improved, e.g. sometimes room service/dinner service very slow or order not quite right, but in general the food and service was very good.

- Warawat (9/5): Hotel area itself is wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and hygiene is great. - Nice decorations, clean and give peaceful vibes Quite far from center. Ways to travel there will be only option private transportation. When at night, the way to hotel is so dark.
