Antonio (8/5): Ritorno in una location bella e confortevole - Struttura davvero bella e moderna dotata di ogni comfort, incluse piscina, palestra e SPA. Camere molto ampie e attrezzate, letti comodi, staff estremamente disponibile e sorridente. Qualche piccolo negozio all'interno, oltre a bar e ristoranti con offerte di food&beverage diversificate. Colazione da 10 e lode e caffè tra i migliori mai bevuti. Migliorerei la qualità dei cuscini, l'offerta di vino italiano, immancabile in un 5 stelle e troppo carente a maggior ragione avendo un ristorante di cucina italiana all'interno, gli aspiratori di tutte le station di cucina perchè spesso c'è un odore troppo forte nelle aree comuni. Occhio al prezzo perchè anche se struttura di livello, mi sembra davvero troppo alto per essere in Rwanda.

Victor (9/5): Great! - Very pleasant and helpful staff. Location is great, it is on a hill with great city view. Very clean facilities. Wheelchair accessible from entrance to the room and most of other facilities. No unnecessary elevations. Enough space within the accessible bathroom and facilities at suitable height. The roll-in shower is too high but the staff provided alternative for my stay.

The can work more on the house keeping staff general look and smell ( body odour) . Every other thing is excellent. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and beautiful, with an amazing terrace offering views of the city. Location is walkable to local areas for souvenirs and coffee. The breakfasts were beyond expectations with many options. The real gem was the executive lounge and the staff., Vianney, Edidia, Enoch and Cecile made each visit so enjoyable and welcoming. The food and drinks were amazing! The pool was lovely! Frank and Jean Pierre at the lobby bar were a joy to meet! Jude at the front desk was exceptional! Thank you for a perfect ending to our visit in Kigali!

There is no where else I would’ve rather ended my trip in this lovely country. I would like to give special mention to staff members who made our stay all the more excellent with their attentiveness, friendliness, and their enthusiasm. Vianney, Exodus, Enoch, and Cecile took fantastic care of us in the executive lounge. They are truly excellent employees. In the restaurant, Edmond, Pascal, and bartender Frank were also extremely friendly, and provided unbeatable service. Thank you, Kigali Marriot. I’ll be staying here again every time I return to Rwanda.

kimKat2018 (10/5): Wonderful stay - Our flight home was cancelled last minute so KLM sent us to this hotel until we were able to get a flight out. The hotel is very nice, clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the wait staff, and house keeping were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We didn’t get to the hotel until after 1am and they were so kind to provide all of us with a delicious buffet spread. Every staff member never hesitated to greet us and make us feel welcomed. The rooms were very nice, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. We had no issues getting a good night’s rest. Each meal we had here was also very good. With so many different options, you were guaranteed to find something you liked. On the weekend they had live music during lunch out on the patio. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

amyeH4755UZ (10/5): Best hotel staff - Our plans got changed around due to an accident and the Marriott was able to get us a room last minute and all the staff were extremely helpful in all ways making sure we were assisted upon arrival and making my husband comfortable after his injury. Would like to mention David by name because he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and checked on us repeatedly throughout our stay. All of the staff that we interacted with from front desk, arrival staff, and breakfast staff were just the most friendly and professional staff members and we appreciated all of them. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Hopefully we will be back once my husband has had time to heal.

Il buffet della colazione è stupendo, con ampia varietà di scelta e il caffè è di qualità altissima, uno dei più buoni mai bevuti (e sono Italiano). Per chi viaggia per piacere, la piscina e la SPA sono un'opzione molto piacevole. Lo staff è il valore aggiunto della struttura, sempre molto attento e disponibile, la pulizia è impeccabile. Sebbene la zona sia di alto livello, l'hotel risulta piuttosto defilato dal cuore vibrante della città. I cuscini sono assolutamente da migliorare, la cucina è buona, ma se ordini una rib-eye ti arriva una bistecca con l'osso. Carta vini da rivedere.

Modern and chic, if you’re traveling to Kigali, it’s the place you need to stay! The rooms are spacious and extremely nice. Comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet in the morning is excellent too with lots of options. A+.

The supervisor Annah was exceptional with make sure that my we were treated like royalty. I look forward to many stays at the marriot when we visit my wife family here. Very nice pool setting, with water just the right temperature. Strongly recommend getting a room with executive lounge access. Cocktails each evening plus a very good buffet dinner. Kudos to chef Kirabo and lounge staff Vianney and Ange for making it so welcome.

Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and pool and bar food also very good. The Italian restaurant was excellent The pool area was really great, the gym was well equipped and good. The spa was also very good and we had a fabulous couples massage I felt it was a bit overpriced but I guess it’s down to supply and demand A lot of the staff didn’t speak good English which is really a must in such an establishment but they were helpful

Bathroom was spotless clean but felt a bit small with both shower and bath in it. Meals were buffet-style with plenty of choices. Had a deep tissue massage at their spa - really good. The hotel was an excellent option to recover from my long-haul flight and get ready for my African adventures.

The hotel is in a perfect location—right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s also near running tracks and Mount Kigali, which is great for anyone who enjoys jogging or hiking. My room (531) had a beautiful view of Kigali’s city lights at night, and the hotel itself feels warm, elegant, and welcoming. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool is lovely, clean, and very family-friendly. The food was excellent—especially the whole fish, which was perfectly prepared. A special mention goes to Jessie at the front desk, who was simply outstanding. She handled a small room issue with such professionalism and care, constantly checking in to make sure everything was resolved and that I was comfortable. Her genuine warmth and attention to detail really stood out. Roberts at the bar was also fantastic, and above all, the bar staff went out of their way to make sure I could watch my rugby game when South Africa was playing, even with other sports on. That thoughtful gesture made my stay even more memorable. Overall, the Marriott Kigali offers excellent service, great facilities, and an unbeatable location. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali.
