- takashi (9/5): ピラミッドとスフィンクスの見える最高のロケーション - ピラミッドビュー、テラス付きに2泊しました。とにかくロケーションが最高で３つのピラミッドとスフィンクスがベットに寝転んでいても目の前に見えます。部屋は若干狭いものの清潔で快適です。 屋上レストランの朝食もピラミッドを見ながら贅沢な気分でおいしく食事ができました。 ２泊した場合カイロ空港での無料ピックアップが可能で、お願いしました。飛行機が遅れ到着が夜の１１時過ぎになったにも関わらず運転手さんが待っていてくれて丁寧にホテルまで送っていただきました。 屋上のレストランでのディナーは景色と音楽はすごく良いのですが、料理の味付けに不満が残りました。 スープは塩辛く、イチゴジュースはイチゴジャムを水で薄めたみたいな味でとてもチップを払う気にはなりませんでした。
- Ludovic (10/5): Une expérience inoubliable - C’est une expérience exceptionnelle d’avoir cette vue. Avant d’arriver, on a toujours le doute de « et si c’était de loin, de côté… ». Non, on voit chacune des trois grandes pyramides de face et le Sphinx devant. La literie est confortable, le personnel absolument adorable avec nous. On a eau en bouteille illimitée ce qui est très bien. Nous avons même décidé de reprendre une chambre avec vue le dernier jour de notre voyage. Le wifi est faible, la télé ne marche pas bien et les lumières des travaux en face la nuit. Mais ça ne gâche pas l’expérience.

- Derya (10/5): Fiyat,kalite,temiz ve en önemlisi samimiyet, - Bu otelde ikinci kez kalışım ilki 2025 teydi. 2026 Şubat ayında tekrar geldiğim de bu otelde yer olmadığı için bir yan otelini tercih etmek zorunda kaldım ama gerçekten bu otelin farkını o otelde kaldığımda daha çok anladım, temizlik olsun, kahvaltısı olsun kalite olsun gerçekten mükemmel. Beğenmediğim hiçbir şey olmadı.

The staff was very friendly, the style was great, rooftop was nice, the room - The location The bathroom was getting flooded when we took shower especially when I had to wash my hair. The shower gel and shampoo was mostly water and very empty, the hair conditioner was completely empty bottle, very poor wifi connection and sadly almost never able to use it in the room.

Very substantial breakfast - The location is excellent and view from roof top restaurant superb. The rooms were very comfortable and most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful . Seemed the lower their grade the friendlier they were. This was my first time actually staying at hotel but been many times to eat there as my son in law from Cairo and my daughter lives there . Well we did have a few issues at first that I was not happy with and the way I was spoken to by front desk but I don’t want to dwell on that because in all, it’s a lovely hotel. Did notice that prices at restaurant had gone up a lot , so not as good value as it was . Also says on site that room has a window which it did but opened to a wall, no view at all.

- Barbara (7/5): - Très bel hôtel. Chambres confortables et propres. Personnel très bien. L'emplacement est parfait. La vue du toit terrasse est incroyable. Je peux que recommander sauf le bruit. Les unités de climatisation à l'extérieur sont collés aux fenêtres et font beaucoup de bruit tout la nuit. Si vous avez le sommeil lourd aucun problème mais si vous êtes sensibles au bruit je déconseille. Nous n'avons pas dormi.

Dallla mattina preso rumori di ristrutturazione dell'albergo con gli operai che salivano e scendevano dalle scale con attrezzi etc.

Letti comodi. - Colazione: per chi piace il salato bene, per chi piace il dolce male, pochissima scelta; - in camera dal bagno sale una puzza di fogna abbastanza importante purtoppo, poi viene fornito solo un asciugamano grande per il corpo, dovrebbero fornire quantomeno uno più piccolo per il viso e anche uno per fuori la doccia visto che hanno un design a vetro aperto e si bagna tutto a terra ogni doccia praticamente - La pulizia della camera non era il massimo c'era parecchia polvere anche sui comodini per dire e poi soprattutto le lenzuola erano sporche e piene di macchie, abbiamo preferito non usarle... rumori

- annick (9/5): - Hôtel moderne et très joliment décoré. Chambre familiale avec beau balcon, propre, pas très spacieuse mais avec vue extraordinaire sur les pyramides. Bonne literie. Bonne douche. Assez calme la nuit où nous y étions. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Très bon petit dejeûner. Parfait pour clore notre voyage en Égypte en beauté.

- mcnamara (9/5): We would recommend this hotel to others looking to stay in the area, as it was a good value. - Breakfast was great and we loved the view. Hotel is in a good location, and feels safe and a little less chaotic than the rest of Giza. Reception was very helpful and friendly. They will organize anything for you and make it so easy. The “window” room had no outside view and the lighting was not warm inside so it felt a little odd. The bed was very hard. The shower leaked and didn’t look clean, so showers were not enjoyable. Rooftop 7000 (the restaurant unrelated to the hotel but on the rooftop of the hotel) is convenient bc it’s right there but has poor service, is super busy, and not great food just FYI! The view is lovely at night though. They do try to prioritize hotel guests but make a reservation if you want to go. Also no alcohol but I think that’s pretty standard for the area.

- Erman (7/5): - The hotel is located near the Sphinx Gate of the pyramids. Although the area around the hotel looks somewhat unappealing, there's a lively atmosphere until midnight. We stayed for two nights and were very satisfied. A standard room is sufficient if you don't plan on spending much time in it. The restaurant has a fantastic view, and the food was delicious. It might seem a bit expensive compared to Egypt. For four adults and two children, we paid 7200 EGP for dinner, including drinks, coffee, and pastries. Despite the restaurant being crowded, we thoroughly enjoyed the view. The waiters were friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast, included in the breakfast option, was satisfying. I wholeheartedly recommend it. When you arrive somewhere, the conditions of that country should be important to you. You should adapt to the country, not the other way around. Then you'll see you'll have a perfect Egyptian vacation.

- valentine (10/5): Idéal pour visiter les pyramides - L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques pas de l’entrée des Sphinx (vraiment moins d’une minute de marche). Le rooftop (rooftop 7000) est superbe, la nourriture est très bonne et le personnel super gentil, mais surtout la vue est dingue. Il donne directement sur les pyramides et le sphinx. Au coucher de soleil c’est somptueux (pensez à réserver, les personnes sans réservation n’ont pas eu de place). Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre avec vue également sur les pyramides. Il peut y avoir du bruit dans la rue le soir, si vous avez le sommeil léger, prenez des boules quies ;)

- eliene (9/5): Best stay in Giza - The location right in front of Giza pyramids. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel in Giza. The staff were super polite and friendly. Daily cleaning service. And the roof is breathtaking.

- Akiko (9/5): Amazing view and great staff, but a leaking issue only by chance! - The outstanding pyramid view from top roof restaurant for breakfast and dinner! Also wonderful friendly caring staff! The pyramid view room on the 2nd floor was noisy from outside street, but above that, the bathroom had leaking issues from the shower, the toilet and the sink. We used 6 bath towels at least to put on the floor, but by morning time, all soaked wet. The manager suggested to change to a standard room, since no other pyramid view room was available…However, he refused to pay the differences. So, we stayed 2 night in pyramid view room with soaking wet bathroom anyway, but for the next stay, we’ll just book a standard room for much cheaper price and had no leaking issues on the first night.
- Larsson (9/5): Clearly above our expectations - We can highly recommend this hotel. The room had good quality with AC and fridge. The bathroom was quite small but with a walk-in shower. The staff is very friendly and service-minded. The crowning glory is the fantastic restaurant with an unobstructed view of the Sphinx and the pyramids. An incomparable view. An entrance to the pyramid area is across the street.

Maybe the rooms could have been a bit more modern but nothing terrible. We would have preferred a double bed while we had two single beds

Tra l’altro si mangia anche bene! Staff dell’albergo e del ristorante gentilissimo! Un plauso al cameriere Sayed e Hany! E anche agli autisti di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome. Albergo molto pulito camera anche, unico neo della nostra stanza e’ stata la mancanza della finestra, consiglio quindi di richiedere una stanza con la finestra. Per il resto Consigliatissimo! Mancanza della finestra in stanza.

Really large rooms and very comfortable bed. The staff is very lovely and the decoration of the hotel is really cool. Super close to the entrance to the pyramids and the airport pick up was really great. Breakfast has such a wide variety to choose from. The housekeeping could be improved. When we checked in the floor was really dirty with hair everywhere. They quickly came and gave the floor another clean but during our stay when we walked in the room our socks got very dirty

- ChristineBindert (8/5): Great view from terrace - Very good location just across the pyramids. Rooftop terrace make sure you reserve for dinner, say you want front row terrace ( roof4700 via WhatsApp). The whole area is noisy and the rooms are not well kept ( window did not close, water in shower did not evacuate well) but if you stay one night the view is worth it. Alternatively just go for dinner! You can see the light and sound show from up there, check which days and that is is on . Right now there are no shows and the area is being redone.

- Libby (10/5): We had a great one night stay, we arrived at 7am and they let us check in early for an extra cost and gave us breakfast - We loved how close it was to the pyramids, it was the main reason we stayed there, but the staff were honestly amazing and made our stay so much more! They were so accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. If I was to comment on anything, the air conditioning unit was blowing out what I think was dust onto my side of the bed, I didn’t complain about it though it wasn’t that big of a deal and I’m sure if I had they would have fixed it right away.

La veranda è enorme e offre una vista invidiabile, tanto che abbiamo disdetto la cena al rooftop sopra l'hotel, avremmo avuto una vista sicuramente peggiore. abbiamo preferito utilizzare il servizio di consegna in camera della cena offerto dallo stesso rooftop e goderci la cena in relax nella veranda. Posizione esattamente di fronte al cancello di ingresso lato sfinge, comodissima per evitare la ressa dell'ingresso principale e per visitare subito la sfinge in quanto poi si riempie di turisti. Acqua, tè e caffè gratis a volontà. Camera pulita e letti comodi. Zona con mille negozietti e localini, anche un KFC e PizzaHut un condizionatore non funzionava, ma le temperature non erano così elevate da avere problemi. per una camera da 5 persone un solo bagno è davvero un disagio. personale troppo insistente con le mance, ma è una cosa normale in Egitto. Zona che non invita a fare una passeggiata, ma con quella veranda abbiamo preferito stare in hotel e godercela appieno.

The location is absolutely amazing, with a direct and stunning view of the pyramids—especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. One of the highlights was the rooftop area, where you can enjoy breakfast with a breathtaking view of the pyramids—an unforgettable experience! Overall, it was a unique and memorable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Giza.
- Valentine (8/5): Une vue exceptionnelle mais une gestion de réservation décevante qui a impacté le début du séjour. - La localisation face aux pyramides est exceptionnelle, avec une vue incroyable et unique. La chambre familiale finale était spacieuse, propre et agréable, avec une grande terrasse. Le tarif est également intéressant par rapport à d’autres hôtels situés dans la même zone. Malgré une réservation effectuée plusieurs mois à l’avance pour une chambre familiale, nous avons été reclassés à notre arrivée (à 4h du matin) dans deux chambres inadaptées : une junior avec jacuzzi peu utilisable à cause de la poussière extérieure, et une chambre standard sans vue ni balcon. Cela a privé une partie de la famille de l’expérience promise, sans aucun geste commercial. Nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 13h le lendemain pour obtenir finalement la chambre réservée, ce qui est très regrettable sur un séjour de seulement deux nuits.

El tamaño de la habitación grande y la cama muy cómoda. La poca presión del agua de la ducha a veces y un ligero olor a desagüe en el baño. Se oía ruido constante de máquinas por la noche.

Hätte ich nicht mehr die gespeicherte Telefonnummer von unserem Aufenthalt von vor drei Jahren gehabt, hätten wir u.a. den Flughafentransfer selbst organisieren müssen. 2) Zimmer Die Öffnung mit der Karte funktionierte mehr als schlecht, jedesmal musste der Weg über die Reception genommen werden. 3) Die Aussage „wir kümmern uns darum, in wenigen Minuten kommt jemand“ wurde NIE eingehalten! 4) Restaurant 30% teuerer als vor drei Jahren und die Qualität ist schlechter geworden!

Mais ce n'est absolument pas gênant pour dormir. Le restaurant au 5eme étage a juste une vue exceptionnelle. Nous nous rappellerons longtemps de notre premier petit déjeuner en Égypte avec vue sur les pyramides 😍

- Stan 01 (9/5): Nice accommodation with a beautiful view - This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location, staff and facilities are great. Amazing restaurant and great breakfast. There are definitely some minor issues, but overall the price-quality ratio is very good.
