- Carolina (9/5): Small hotel in a fantastic location and comfortable rooms. - This small boutique hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were great, the room was comfortable and there is excellent complimentary coffee available all day. Very close to the old quarter, restos and on the Camino. Shower is spacious with good water pressure. Highly recommend. It was a bit pricey but standard for that city.

Parking et restaurants à proximité. le personnel est très sympatique et à l'écoute, nous avons été surclassés à notre arrivée. Merci à vous. Clevere Aufteilung unseres Zimmers auf zwei Ebene. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, leider auch so gut wie kein mobiles Netz dort. Problem lag außerhalb (kaputtes Telekom-Kabel in der Region). Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, zu Restaurants etc. muss man etwas fahren.

Una delle stanze con finestra nel cortile interno senza ricambio di aria perchè chiuso. Assente una macchina del caffè o un distributore dell acqua nell appartamento. Parcheggio per l auto non vicino. Pulizia migliorabile.

Sidewalk construction was loud, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Windows were well soundproofed to help reduce the disturbance.

My home in San Sebastián, henceforth. - Beautiful place, spotlessly clean and sanitary, many many thoughtful touches, such as he would expect at a personal BnB, or luxury hotel, rather than at an affordable hotel. Every comfort was considered and accorded to guests. I was surprised and delighted by each discovered gesture. The staff was kindness itself, ready to help in any possible way, with a kind smile and gentle spirit. In addition to all of this, the location can't be beat. I have some mobility issues, but was able to walk everywhere, central and old town. Many cafés and gardens, even San Telmo Museum, the Bay and La Concha are all immediately close by. There was not one single that I did not like about the property, but I would like to make potential guests aware that the city has placed large refuse bins right at the curb, directly across from the door to the hotel. Worse, at times (late night) surrounding buildings may have added too much debris. The effect can be very unsightly and rather surprising for a city with the beauty and perfection of San Sebastián. If you arrive to check in late at night, this might be the situation. Absolutely do not let it deter you. As soon as you cross the threshold of the hotel, you are met with a pristine environment. Good smells, good feels, perfect comfort. And the street itself is classy, a great city block. Nothing about the street or the area feels in any way dangerous or edgy. It is very safe, there just needs to be a solution for garbage in this area. Ideally, a modern subterranean approach.

- Santiago (1/5): Ruido en instalaciones de aire no permiten dormir - La ubicación Las tuberías del sistema de aire acondicionado frío / calor hace un ruido con el que no se puede dormir. Ojo, no el de la habitación, que no lo encendí. Si otras habitaciones lo tienen encendido el ruido es insoportable y constante. Es la instalación según me dijeron. Es un problema grave que tienen pero no lo avisan! Me ofrecen cambio de habitación pero me dicen que pasa lo mismo 🤦♂️ Lo peor es que he pedido una compensación y han hecho caso omiso. Una pena.

- mellison19 (10/5): Very central with very attentive staff - Very comfortable room and excellent welcoming helpful staff. The hotel is very central to Donostia with old town and world-class pinxtos bars / eateries minutes away. Fittings and fixtures of hotel room were quality and the ultimate catalyst for relaxing in any hotel stay, a kettle, was available. Public transport is close by as is the Hop On Hop Off bus. A wide variety of shops is at the doorstep. La Concha beach is a 5+ minutes walk. The hotel entrance is not obvious and we had to walk round the block to find it. The hotel is on Lepazpi Kalea as Google Maps tried to inform us, but hey who can predict senior moments? The room is a tad small with only one chair and street noise can be intrusive.

- Hugo (8/5): Good location, nice staff, but can feel the rumble of traffic at times. - Central location, clean, helpful and polite staff. While convenient for visiting the old town and the beaches, the hotel is located right by a main street, with cars and buses running through it until late and from early on. It is not super moisy, but very noticeable - especially motorbikes. And at least in our rooms (102 and 103) the pipes are a bit noisy. It's ok in the middle of the night.

- FRANCISCO JAVIER (10/5): - Es una casa rehabilitada como apartahotel. Nos dieron una habitación superior, con cocina, una sala y una habitación muy amplia. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Está en un sitio inmejorable, al lado de la Parte Vieja y a 5 minutos andando de la playa de la Concha. El personal de recepción es encantador, atento a todo aquello que se les pregunta. Sitio recomendable sin duda. No hubo nada negativo que reseñar

- Justyna (10/5): Merveilleux ! - L’appartement de l’hôtel était très agréable, confortable, espacé avec tout le nécessaire et notamment dans la cuisine pour passer 4 jours au calme. La vue du balcon sur le square rempli des figures basques et animaux, la crèche était magique. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé à quelques pas de la vieille ville ou de la plage. Un merveilleux séjour dans cette belle ville riche : culture, tradition, gastronomie ! Merci à Oscar et à Maria de l’hôtel pour leur acceuil, gentillesse et leurs bons conseils !

- AYANE (9/5): - 23時頃という遅い到着時間だったにも関わらず、フロントのスタッフさんに温かく迎えていただいたので非常に感謝しています。周辺のバル、レストラン情報がまとまった地図をいただけたり、部屋には手書きのウェルカムカードが添えられていたりと、おもてなし精神に溢れていて素敵なホテルでした。 隣の部屋の音が漏れ聞こえることがありました。

- Nadia (8/5): - Es un piso muy grande y bien ubicado. Todas las habitaciones tienen un aparato de aire acondicionado que hace ruiditos durante todo el dia, si te cuesta cojer el sueño, mejor taparse las orejas con tapones.
