Отель по цене качество (расположение, цена, чистота) очень даже соответствует, мне кажется я нашла наконец то свей отель для своих поездок по делам в Москву )

Peggior hotel della mia vita. - Le donne alla reception non parlano inglese ma sono anche molto maleducate e fanno finta di non sentirti quando parli con loro rispondendo “russian russian”. La colazione e la cena sono molto scarse, non esiste il buffet ma solo una pietanza a testa da scegliere tra le poche opzioni. I muri sono così sottili che puoi sentire la tv nella stanza di oltre che alle tubature dello scarico del bagno ad ogni ora. Per il servizio taxi ovviamente si applicano prezzi diversi a russi e non. Ho visto ostelli migliori, sicuramente le tre stelle sono dovute alla posizione dell hotel e non alla struttura ed organizzazione in sè.

Ficamos por 10 noites e alguns dias não arrumavam o quarto. Dificuldade muito grande de se comunicar, pois apenas 1 funcionária falava inglês. Quando a funcionária não estava, a comunicação era impossível. Nem o básico. A região é boa, fácil acesso ao centro e ao metro.

E 3 andares para subir de escada. café da manhã muito ruim, que só comemos um dia, pois não valia a pena. Atendentes não falavam um mínimo de inglês, somente russo. Decepção total...

- BRUNO RAFAEL (4/5): Localização única vantagem - Hotel bem localizado e próximo a praça vermelha essa é a única vantagem, tinha uma atendente muito grossa, o café da manhã que era anexo ao aeroporto era muito ruim, sem ar condicionado impossível ficar no quarto quando o sol bate na janela, colchões muito ruins e quarto muito pequeno para duas pessoas.

In a very hot week the air conditioning that was the reason for us booking was severely inadequate and not working in our top floor room with fan supplied instead. We checked out 2 days early. Would not recommend based on the heat and inconvenience. We knew there would be stairs so I can’t complain about that. There was no lobby to speak of sso it was. The room or out. My main objection is that this far from 3* property.
- Icetea (10/5): Really close to Red Square - Cozy hotel, welcoming staff, rooms are clean and spacious. Don't expect anything fancy but perfect if you need a place to sleep at while exploring the city. Very good value for the price. Area is great, many shops and restaurants around.

- Pablo (8/5): Well located, decent hotel in Moscow - The hotel staff is not so nice, but that's a cultural thing, so you don't expect kindness in middle level hotel in Moscow. The hotel is very clean, the room has a small stove, kettle and some tools, so you can even cook there. The restaurant is not good, do not recommend you to eat there. Also, they have a laundry service which works fine and it is cheap.

- maru (10/5): Great quality for what you pay! - We stayed in the standard room. It is small but cozy. The hotel is in a great location at 15 min walk from red square and next to many restaurants, a pharmacy and a 24 hour supermarket. The staff is very nice and helpful and the room has everything that you could need. It is always clean (they clean everyday) and the breakfast is pretty good. There isnt a lot of variety but theres typical russian food/ pastry. 100% recommended!!

- Pavel (6/5): Очень маленькие и неудобные номера. - Очень маленькая душевая кабина! Чтобы искупаться нужно быть гимнастом, и к тому же неприятный запах воды. Номер дали настолько маленький,что шкафа просто нет, а чтобы передеться вдвоём одновременно просто невозможно. Кому-то надо сидеть на кровати и ждать.

- Dmitriy (8/5): - Уже звонил в службу поддержки . Я купил номер в отеле в 15:50 дня приехал в отель около 17:30 на заселение. Мне сказали что номер будет готов в 19:00 . Тоесть заселение должно быть в 14:00 а вместо этого меня заселяют в 19:00 . Мне не позвонили не предупредили что такая ситуация. Только пришло письмо на почту в 17:15 . Где было написано что вам рекомендуем позвонить в отель. Естественно рекомендуем это не обязательно и я был возле него. Такая же ситуация получилась 2 недели назад с этим отелем только я бронировал отель на площади 3 вокзалов. Бронь была на 2дня . Заказ я сделал в 19:30 вечера и около 20:00 я позвонил в отель сказать что я заселюсь около 00:30. На что мне ответила женщина что я забронировал номер -1 и у нее нет мест. Начинает на меня орать что она тут не виновата и не даст номер. Ситуация в том что я оказался в такой ситуации что в 21:00 мне не позвонить не в службу и делай что хочешь. Хоть ночуй на улице. В 22:00 мне позвонила женщина и сказала что нашли мне номер на Китай городе . Что было не удобно для меня вообще. Отель на Китай городе это ( арум ) отель их сети. Я прошу сервис службу мне позвонить. Так как морального ущерба и не удобства тут навалом.

Each room has small kitchenette with basic dishes, pot, caps, electrical stove, small refrigerator. Very nice eatery on first floor with home made food. I wish they have free breakfast, they don't. But it is not too bad.
