• Konrad (8/5): - Sehr gut gelegen, belebtes Stadtviertel, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Schönes Appartement mit Klimaanlage. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind super. Ein bisschen Maintenance der Wohnung v.a. Sanitär wäre gut.
• Didier (8/5): - L'appartement était très bien placé, en bon état général, bien équipé. Certaines pièces de mobilier étaient dans un état qui détonnait avec l'ensemble plutôt agréable (petites tables au vernis très usé, tapis sali dans un angle, bas de canapé cassé et couchage inconfortable, pare-douche à l'étanchéité insuffisante...). A l'extérieur, un chantier de construction bruyant était en cours, samedi compris (sans trop d'incidence, nous ne restions pas sur place dans la journée...). En revanche, chaque nuit, des fêtards bruyants s'attardaient dans la rue, ce qui était plus dérangeant. Lorsque le chantier sera terminé, nul doute que cet appartement révèlera tout son charme si l'on s’accommode des ténors noctambules.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment was nice with new appliances. The area is next to the yellow line subway station and is pretty central but not in the touristic area. No parking and it is not easy to find in Barcelona as I got my car towed with my suitcase inside while I was checking the place. Lots of towing trucks around this area. Also you need your phone to open the door electronically which made me a bit anxious. Make sure you have enough batterie and don't loose your phone! The check-in is electronic as well, don't hesitate to email the company to get more information.
• Daniel (6/5): - The “check-in process” was very convenient for late arrival. It requires downloading an App and uploading documents. Access the apartment was a little tricky with the App to get the door open. They required a cleaning fee and a 300 EUR security deposit making separate payments via a different website which was questionable. The apartment needs TLC and general maintenance throughout. Note rules: “apartment should be cleaned and in a perfect state of repair.” Huh? The amount they request for a security deposit should be spent on repairing the apartment. The apartment had a significant damp rot issue and smell. The patio doors do not lock, so you always need to remember to bring down the electrical blind before leaving or going to bed for protection. Two kitchen cupboard doors were ripped off the hinges. The shower leaks badly onto the floor with rust stains on the walls. The bathroom wall paper is pealing off the walls at the seams with visible stock-tape trying to hold it together. Some drywall damage/crumbling in the kitchen. Loose baseboards.Some light bulbs were burnt out. No artwork on the walls as seen in the pictures. Customer support (Renata) was great with answering all questions quickly. I spent five nights and this was by far the worst accommodations experience I have had. ……considering the nightly fee they charge.
• Magdalena (10/5): Udany pobyt w Barcelonie - Mieszkanie wygodne, czyste, wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia i środki czystości, dobrze działająca wentylacja i klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżko. Dobra lokalizacja choć zabudowa mieszkaniowa przemieszana jest tu już z zabudową biurową, usługową i produkcyjną, miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane(przy stacji metra Bogatell). W sąsiednim budynku dobra i niedroga restauracja serwująca dania z grilla. Jedyne zastrzeżenia to niewielkie problemy z zamkiem elektronicznym, szczególnie stresujące przy pierwszym wejściu.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Apartamento de diseño muy elegante y acogedor - Estupendo apartamento exquisitamente decorado, cama cómoda y equipado perfectamente para una estancia agradable, incluye gratuitamente unos kits interesantes tanto de aseo, de desayuno o para fregar. Está cerca del metro, apenas una calle aunque las calles aledañas no son nada interesantes, por poner una pega es que no es un entorno atractivo y está algo falto de servicios básicos.
• taeyoon (10/5): 사진그대로이쁜숙소 - 숙소내부는 정말 깔끔하고 이뿌고 좋습니다.지하철 역 1분거리에 위치는 좋았지만 아주 살짝 메인 시내에서 벗어난 곳이라 그런지 밤에는 주변이 조금 무서운느낌이였습니다. 가격 시설은 매우 만족이였으며 호스트도 친절했습니다
• Brian (8/5): Beautiful Flat in Poblenou - This flat was BEAUTIFUL!!! Nice place to stay in, felt very much like home. It made our experience in Barcelona that much better. Make sure you get the correct address, our address we got was wrong and were waiting for a bit before the staff from the hotel found us. Also be aware this is a self service hotel. There isn’t a front desk this is basically a live-in flat, but there are tons of stores and markets in the area where you can stock up on food and supplies. Also there are some extra fees so just be prepared for that. Otherwise this place was worth it!!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
• Andrew (8/5): Nice Apartment - Apartment is within 20 ninutes walking distance to all the major attractions including the Beach. Exterior didnt seem great but inside was a total gem and tge area is safe and the subway is 100 ft away. Great stay
• Verified traveler (2/5): - The apartment had a significant damp rot issue. The front desk staff initially denied that it was even an issue, and then provided ineffective solutions (air freshener for the undersink area). The apartment was also smaller than listed, a cramped layout, and represented poor value for the money. Additionally, the front desk policy requiring telephonic (!) notification of intent to retain the reservation at least three (business) days prior is about thirty years' out-of-step. The front desk is only possibly available between 10a and 7p Monday through Friday; had our stay gone perfectly, this would have still been a source of frustration. We cannot recommend this accommodation. The immediate neighborhood is alright, with good proximity to the Bogatell metro.

• Timothy R (10/5): Strategically Placed! - Urban District - Vintage Suites is a great compromise between paying for a bunch of hotel services, and the DIY that really makes you feel like you are living in a city. Though our apartment was first listed as a different number in the same neighborhood, we were a bit confused as to where to find it. Upon arriving early and realizing that we should have checked in early, we were not able to reach an employee unless through the Expedia phone number provided. Only through Expedia's good customer service were we able to get through to an employee, though we sent a few emails. We ended up staying at Hotel Olimpica for our first night because we did not know where the actual apartment was, and there was no one getting back to us in time. It was my fault for indicating earlier in the 48 hour check in time requirement that I said that we would check in at 3:30. So arriving in Barcelona in the Poblenou district about 8 hours early and needing rest dictated our need to check in early, or to find a place to rest. This was the only hiccup in our stay at the place. When we finally arrived, the employee who checked us in was friendly and informative. The bed was comfy, the apartment decorated in spartan fashion, which was nice because it reduced distraction and created a simple place to live. The best part was its location. Not only was a rooftop patio available, but we were close to the Bogatell transit station, a short walk from the beach, a large supermarket, and lots more!
• kivo (6/5): Not a business or short term stay hotel - If you have a car, the location is ok. Obviouslly the terrace was not bad. But I got shock when I they charge 40 euro for cleaning, and I stay tens of hotels with expedia every year, and no hotel has charge cleaning fee before. So with that extra I guess you can stay in a better hotel. The room was ok, but the bed wasn't so clean, you can feel the smell of dusk which I hate. It was coming from the mattress not the linens. So I won't go there again for sure. If you will do long stay and if you are able to clean the room by your self you can stay there.
• Oskar (2/5): - Terrible place! Horrible service! I would never recommend anyone booking this apartment. You'll be meet by bad service and you need to pay an extra fee to stay in the flat of 45 euro! Its already not cheap, and when mentioning that we were not informed by this, we were meet with bad customer service. Find somewhere else to stay and don't book it!
• Yoyo (8/5): Herbergement confortable et agréable. - Malgré une absence d'information pour bien situer l'appartement, celui-ci était propre, agréable et très très proche du métro. On recommande.
