- Kerry (8/5): Excellent location for Nordes clinic and shopping - The apartment was big, immaculately clean and a fantastic location for Nordes clinic and the Akropolis. There was no side table or lamp in the bedroom. The blinds are not blackout so it was very bright in the mornings, so we awoke too early each morning. The lock on the door is a bit tricky to get the hang of so we asked for a physical key which they kindly gave us.

- Rokas (7/5): For a one-night stay, it is definitely a suitable choice considering the price and location, although better cleanliness - The apartment is in a great location, close to the Old Town, and has all the essential amenities. The apartment lacked cleanliness — there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and there was an unpleasant smell upon entering the apartment, as well as in the bathroom. Hand soap was missing. The doors were difficult to close and lock.

Paskambinus nurodytu numeriu, atsiliepe mieguista poniute ir pareiske, kad gali musu ir visai nepriimti neipaisant to, kad atvykome apmokeje is ansto ir dar su mazameciais vaikais! Galiausiai pokalbio viduryje visai padejo rageli! Paskambinus antra karta siaip ne taip pavyko susitarti, bet niekada gyvenime daugiau negrizciau pas tokia ir NIEKAM NEREKOMENDUOJU!!! Butas buvo labai nesvarus, baltos kojines jau po poros minučių buvo tokios purvinos, kad jas tik ismesti galima. Patalyne smirdejo pelesiu, duse ant sienu pelesis ir plaukai, virdulys suluzes. Niekas nepasivargino ispeti, kad butas su laiptais, kas musu atveju buvo visiskai netinkama su mazais vaikais. Zodziu, baisi patirtis, niekam nelinkeciau tikrai. Apsistojau antra karta , bet daugiau tikrai negrisiu.

- Kelly (8/5): Great location. - Was next door to the Nords clinic with a lift so easy to access the floor after staying there and having plastic surgery at Nords, sofa bed was very comfortable and easy to convert over. Great shower room and lovely to have the balcony. Great location to walk into the town. Lacking some items to cook for yourself. Beds were okay not overly comfortable and very close to the wall at the foot of the bed making it difficult to get to the other side. Couldnt find any remote controls for the air con units and was very warm when we stayed. Asked if we could check in early in advance and then had to chase this and couldnt in the end told we would be told when the apartment was ready which was normal check in time. Was also smaller apartment than the pictures make it seem.

- Donna (10/5): Very nice apartment and very convenient for Nords however prices are higher than others in town. - The facilities like having a washer and dryer and full size fridge and freezer. I found getting the dryer on heat setting difficult at times not sure why as was using the same settings. It’s also a little pricey to other apartments I could have rented however I wanted to be as close to Nords clinic as possible.

There was built up dust under the TV and bed, I actually hoovered the dust from under the TV, I couldn't get under the bed. I understand dust is everywhere this may have been mist and there was someone else's washing in the machine. The floor by the bed was so scratched, just needs a bit more tlc.

- Natasha (1/5): Unsafe conditions and completely unprofessional management. - Was transferred to a new apartment after a leak in the original apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was of lower standards and it was missing the advertised appliances, such as dishwasher and tumble dryer. I stayed in two different apartments during my booking, and unfortunately both had significant issues. The first apartment was advertised as “luxury,” however there was a recurring leak in the bathroom. After showering, water would accumulate near the bathroom door frame and continue leaking for 20–30 minutes afterwards. This created a clear slip hazard, especially concerning for anyone recovering from surgery or with limited mobility. I was moved to a second apartment, which was lower standard. Although slightly larger, it was missing appliances that were present in the original listing, including a tumble dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen was smaller and less functional, and water from the shower again leaked outside the bathroom. The overall finish of both apartments felt cheaply done and poorly maintained. Despite being aware of these plumbing issues, the property continues to advertise the units without clearly addressing the defects. The location is also not as central as implied, and considering the condition and amenities, the value for money is extremely poor. Communication with the host was disappointing. Instead of addressing concerns about the leak and missing appliances, I was told that I must have interfered with the boiler programming. There was little willingness to acknowledge or resolve the underlying issues. During my stay, I fractured my arm and was in hospital. I informed the host of this, yet was told I needed to remove my luggage immediately or incur an additional charge. Given the circumstances, this felt unnecessarily inflexible and lacking in basic understanding. Overall, I would not stay here again.

- Orlaigh (10/5): Excellent. Faultless. Value for money. - We cannot fault this property whatsoever. Incredibly easy to access with the door code, super clean and spacious. Plenty of linen, towels and pillows. Close to Nords where I had my operation and a 5 min walk each way to Lidl and the Akropolis and 20 mins from the Old Town. Easy access for taxis. Very warm and the shower was gorgeous. Management was very attentive and friendly and dealt with any queries we had. Gorgeous view of the river and snow.

Near to local shops I hated the door entry system The shower head was twisted and the shower door had a gap in it so when the shower twisted itself the wrong way the floor got flooded. I could not find any information on how to work the appliances.

- Sharon (1/5): Don't book if having surgery - The room has a river view I was so disappointed that there wasn't a sofa in the room. I had leg surgery which is why I booked the room next door to the clinic. I requested a lower floor room and ended up with 4 flights of stairs. There minimal cooking utensils and only a 2 ring cooker. The bathroom is so small you can hardly move in there, I had to dry myself in the shower. I booked 12 days and had to chase for the cleaner to come on day 10. I wouldn't reccomend this room for anyone having any kind of surgery.

Would definitely stay her again Couldn’t turn the heating down so was always very hot or had to keep window/door open. No instruction manual for the washing machine, so I wasn’t exactly sure about all the buttons & which program to wash on

- Gerda (6/5): Lokacija puiki, tačiau 4 asmenų nakvynei apartamentų tikrai nesirinkčiau, nes tam per mažai vietos. - Instrukcija buvo labai detali, suprasti tikrai buvo labai nesundėtinga. Gavau daug informacinių laiškų į paštą, kuriuose smulkiai viskas išaiškinta, kaip ir ką daryti. Apartamentai labai švarūs, yra pakankamai rankšluoščių. Visos instrukcijos tik anglų kalba. Malonu būtų, jei būtų galima gauti instrukcijas ir lietuviškai. Patyrėm nusivylimąą pamatę apartamentus. Patalpa, lyginant su pateiktomis nuotraukomis, buvo labai maža. Visos 4 miegamos vietos - vienoje erdvėje ( padarytas palubėje "balkonas", kuriame pastatytos dvi lovos). Užlipimas - siauri ir labai statūs laipteliai, su mažaias vaikais tikrai nerekomenduoju. Antrame aukšte viena lova pastatyta palėpėje, kurioje miegoti tikrai nelabai saugu: verčiantis ant šono galima susitrenkti galvą. Tad teko persistumti, kad galėtume miegoti. Trūko higienos priemonių, buvo vienintelis buteliukas skysto muilo: kriauklei ir dušui. Dar vienas nepatogumas, ryte atsikelus, išėjus parsinešti kavos, grįžus nebeveikė raktas, nors buvo 10 val. ryto. Gerai, kad vienas iš mūsų buvo likęs apartamentuose, tad turėjome galimybę patekti ir pasiimti daiktus. Turėjome skubėti į traukinį, aiškintis ir ieškoti nebūtume turėję pakankamai laiko.

If you can’t walk after surgery stick up prior as it’s 10 mins to supermarket. Lovely shopping centre 10 minutes walk away. Food deliveries all day on an app. Room booked 6 months in advance was not the room I got. The room I ended up with was not big enough to two people and balcony furniture very uncomfortable- could not sit out. Not as advertised.
- Clair (5/5): I wouldn't stay in the studio again, I think an apartment would have been more comfortable - The location as I was having an operation at the adjacent building I was allocated the incorrect room when arriving. Which meant we could not unpack. An alternative room was given to us but not till 2 days later which was my operation date. The second room was very hot and there were no instructions on how to use the air con or turn down the temperature.

Bendravimas buvo šaltas, nebuvo atsakyta į pateiktus klausimus per Booking platformą. Norint gauti atsakymus, teko skambinti ir aiškintis tiesiogiai. Kalbant apie parkavimą, nėra privačios vietos automobiliui. Parkavimas yra miesto teritorijoje, kur nuo 8 ryto iki 18 val. kaina siekia 0,50 EUR už valandą. Tai nėra itin patogu dirbant nuotoliniu būdu ir atvykus su automobiliu.

There was also fag butts outside on arrival but quickly cleared up. Overall was a lovely clean place to stay, I’d come back
