A cama era muito confortável e grande tipo box. O hotel oferece um café da manhã muito bem servido com grande variedade. Do hotel é possível ver a Duommo di Fiori, vir da estação com as malas caminhando e andando à ponte Vecchio. Darei destaque à atenção e carinho dos funcionários do hotel como a Luzia, que é uma pessoa fantástica e muito alegre e ao Lorenzo também muito atencioso. O hotel fica no quarto andar, pois no primeiro é outro hotel, o Lanzi, há um elevador para subir. Possui também um roof top para ver Firenze do alto e a Duommo. O hotel realiza o trabalho de guardar as malas para chek in antecipado.Amei a estadia no Villani, ficamos com a família em três diferentes dormitórios, todos muito bons.
- Marie (6/5): Utmärkt läge men inte prisvärt. - Läget var utmärkt och personalen, särskilt den trevliga damen i receptionen, var mycket serviceminded. Ingen info på Booking om att hotellet låg på våning 4 men en klaustrofobiskt liten hiss eller trappor som gav eftersmak, som enda alternativ att ta sig upp. Ingen bar öppen och trist när en stor välfylld sopsäck stod precis innanför entrén när vi anlände första dagen.

Nos dejó dejar las maletas unas horas más. El personal muy agradable,habla muchos idiomas. El baño estaba muy mal,en concreto la ducha,sin media mampara,con una cortina sucia y muy cutre,que daba reparo casi ducharse. El ascensor muy ruidoso sonando toda la noche. La cama mejorable.

Oda çok soğuktu.Yataklar içe gömük ve çift kişilk yatak tek kişilik 2 yatak birleşimiydi.Bundan dolayı yatağın ortasına gömülüyordum.Odada terlik yoktu bence en önemli sorunlardan biri. Yerler soğuk olduğundan bu ciddi sorun oluyor hep ayakkabı ile dolaşamıyorsunuz. Odam hiç bir yeri görmüyordu o yüzden perde dahi açamadık ama kahvaltı salonunda gerçekten güzel bir manzaranız oluyor.

Las habitaciones son un refugio cómodo y perfectamente limpias, donde se descansa de verdad. El precio vale cada momento vivido, y las vistas… parecen sacadas de un sueño. A localização também muito boa, sendo possível fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã bom, enfim, custo x benefício bom. O prédio é mais antigo, mas isso é uma característica de quase todos os hotéis dos centros históricos.

- TAKASHI (8/5): 絶景を楽しめる古き良きホテル - ホントに目の前にジョットの鐘楼が見えて、ロケーションはこれ以上ないくらいいいところです。屋上テラスもあり、その景色はフィレンツェを見回せて朝そこでコーヒーをゆっくり飲めるだけで価値があるホテルですね。朝食も美味しくて大満足です。 施設は古いです。逆にエレベーターもレトロでいい感じ。床も傾いてる？くらいの感じですがそれが街と合ってていいです。

All the staff do their best to help you, the cleaning lady and the kitchen man, also the reception man at night. The location is amazing. You can walk to the train station and at night you enjoy the dumo after the crowds. The terrace has an amazing view.

- AYA (8/5): 人生で思い出に残る朝食を食べれるホテル - とにかく立地が素晴らしいです。テラスに出れば目の前にドゥオモを見ながら朝食を取る事ができます。これはかなりおすすめです！ ホテルは少し古い建物だと思うので、シャワーなどの水回りが少し使いづらく、浴槽の床が水浸しになりがちでした。

But if you prefer more luxurious places then pick another place 2- the bed was not very comfortable for us, i prefer more firm mattress but this one was very soft and I got back pain

- Abby (10/5): Great location in a beautiful city - This hotel is on the fourth floor of a building with another hotel. When entering the elevator, you will press and hold number four until the door closes, and the elevator begins to move. Be sure to look at the check-in hours as there is not someone at the desk 24 hours a day. The hotel was in a fantastic location near the Duomo, shopping and not far from the river, museums, and all of the sites to see in Florence. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be sure you are able to check in during their check-in hours. The beds were OK, relative to comfort. Keep in mind hotels in Europe do not have conditioner or washcloths so come prepared. This is a great hotel for the price. We would stay here again. They have a rooftop bar overlooking the Duomo, which is amazing!

- Michaela (7/5): Great location and perfect hotel for a short stay! - Location was great and perfect for a short stay in Florence. The rooftop was gorgeous with great views of the Duomo and you could enjoy breakfast up there but the bar is quite pricey in the evenings. Breakfast was good and had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and very helpful with lots of knowledge on Florence and Tuscany. The bathroom was outdated

- Susanne (4/5): If location is important and you are happy with the faults then it is ok - The location is perfect as central to all the surrounding landmarks We stayed 5 nights and the standard of 2 stars is spot on. The room itself as can be expected in a very old hotel but the bathroom ensuite was really only the size of a large cupboard and had 2 steps to negotiate on wet tile floors as the shower curtain did not contain the very slow shower.
- janet (2/5): - The location was perfect staff very nice but air conditioning poor and on 3 very hot days did not cool the room ,did not sleep well , hotel is on the 4 th floor , the elevator only worked if it was on the floor you were on ,other wise you had to climb 92 steps to get to hotel . So unless someone came down to the first floor , you were hiking up 4 flights or until you came across were it was. Staff kept saying it just broke but we were there 3 days it never changed , complained about the ac and was told they would check it out but again that was never fixed , building is old beds a little rough to sleep in . But roof top bar was a great view . They got 1 star because the staff were very nice and the location was great ,

Terrazzino con vista da favola sul Duomo e su tutto il centro di Firenze Bagno molto vecchio, da rifare completamente. Camera vecchiotta da riattare. La struttura in generale è parecchio datata e sarebbe da rimodernare, a partire dall’ascensore.

Everything is within walking distance. Staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely, everything you could want. Bed spacious and comfortable. Loved everything here.

- Brian (10/5): Great stay - The front staff was warm and friendly. It was one block from the Duomo which was so convenient. The room was large and inviting. The ac worked great. The experience was great. I would absolutely stay again.
- Juliane Linda (10/5): Hotel in bester Lage, sehr zentral und einzigartig. - Das Hotel besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage mitten im Herzen von Florenz. Zum Dom und vielen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten sind es nur wenige Schritte. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt und kann ab 17 Uhr bei einem Drink oder dem köstlichen Frühstück am Morgen die Aussicht genießen. Die Hotelzimmer sind im 4. Stock, aber es gibt einen Aufzug. Unser Auto wurde von einem Mitarbeiter abgeholt und in ein Parkhaus gebracht, wo es geschützt und sicher untergebracht war. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und sprechen gut Englisch und teilweise etwas Deutsch. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder könnten eine Renovierung brauchen. Unseren Aufenthalt hat dies jedoch nicht beeinträchtigt, da wir über manches hinweg sehen können.

Las instalaciones reguleras, el olor a vinagre de las toallas y los precios desorbitados de las bebidas de la terraza. 12€ por una copa de vino pero claro fue un chupito, cantidades de risa. Muy bien tomarlo viendo el Duomo pero siendo encima clientes del hotel, un ROBO.

- Heather (10/5): - I really enjoyed this hotel mostly because of the staff. Lorenzo is an excellent communicator leading up to my arrival. I changed my reservations twice and he was very accommodating. Made the process seamless. Eloy (spelling) is the most engaging hotel associate I have ever met. Great conversationalist. He ensured each day I was having a good time and shared some of his passions. This will sound cheesy but this hotel actually felt like a home away from home because of the staff’s hospitality. Beautiful view of the duomo from their bar terrace. Will be back again!!

- catherinerS6941FO (10/5): Perfect - What a fabulous budget hotel. Great atmosphere, clean rooms with comfy beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was perfect and best of all can be taken up to the sun terrace. There is a small bar and another roof seating area with staggering views across the city. It is just a few minutes walk from the main attractions. The staff are kind and helpful. The hotel is on the fourth floor and the lift is quite small.
- Jaime (4/5): - I word of caution. Make sure you write in the comments the bed configuration you want. We wanted two separate twins and got two twins joined together to form a queen bed. It had queen bedding as well. The hotel management pointed to the comment section saying that we didn't request two twin beds, but on the expedia side I selected the two twin option. The manager agreed to accommodate the change for that night, but they didn't. They changed the beds the next day though. Breakfast room and staff were great. Neat, great variety well organized. The elevator is very small (fits about 3 people) and very old. You have to hold the button to the floor you are going to for several seconds or it won't work. After walking around Florence for several days, I realized that it is not worth paying the high price to be near the cathedral. Everything is within a 15 minute walk for the most part.

- Steve (8/5): - Elio was a fantastic host. The furniture in our room could use updating as it is worn out. The night stand lamps flicker because the switches are worn out. The view of the Duomo was top notch. The Villani is in a great location in the center city for all your shopping and sight-seeing needs. We would definitely stay there again. I wish there were better parking accomodations though. You can't have everything.
