• Marta (10/5): - Nieoceniona pomoc Simony, cudowna kobieta, bardzo pomocna, pokierowała gdzie najbliżej zostawić samochód, poleciła lokalne restauracje, gorąco polecam
• Szymon (10/5): - Bardzo fajna miejscówka. Czysto, pachnąco i przyjemnie. Wszystko fajnie zorganizowane z kodem wejściowym do holu i kartami do pokoi. Mieliśmy pokój przygotowany jeszcze przed ustalonym czasem dzięki czemu mogliśmy już bez plecaków cieszyć się tym co ma do zaoferowania Trapani. Cały czas kontakt na WhatsApp z Simoną która była zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna jeśli chodzi o restaurację i miejsca które warto było zobaczyć. Lokalizacja obiektu jest również wielkim atutem, wszędzie blisko :) Mam nadzieję że uda się tam jeszcze wrócić :)

• Simona (8/5): Carino - La struttura è carina, nuova e ben tenuta. Dotata di servizi che noi non abbiamo utilizzato ma sono sicuramente un plus. Simona molto gentile nell’accoglienza Dedicherei qualche accortezza in più ai dettagli, come dei cuscini più comodi, qualche prodotto da bagno in più, due cialdine di caffè o bustine di te visto che viene messa la macchinetta. Sono dettagli che il cliente apprezza. Inoltre consiglio di evidenziare che l’appartamento si trova in ZTL, perché per chi arriva con la macchina può essere un problema.

• Mertcan (7/5): Güzel bir otel ama gerçekten geliştirilmesi lazım. - Temiz ve konumu iyidi. Simona hanım çok ilgiliydi. 101 numaralı dairede kaldık. 1. Başka odanın kliması benim dairemin balkonunda olduğu için, başka oda klima çalıştırdıgında bizim odamızın içinde sürekli bir uğultu vardı. 2. Televizyon çok eski modeldi . Internet bağlantısının olmaması çok şaşırtıcıydı. 3. Su, kahve gibi ikramlar yoktu. Dolaptaki içecekler tamamen paralıydı. 4. Checkin zamanı 16.00pm de başlıyor, checkout ise 10.00 am. 5. Tuvalete hafif bir kanalizasyon kokusu vardı.

Hneď pri ubytovaní poskytla tipy na skvelé reštaurácie, výlety po okolí a promptne vyriešila každý transfer, ktorý bol potrebný. Veľmi oceňujem komunikáciu cez WA, všetko to urýchľovalo čas. Bola som s pobytom maximálne spokojná a nemám čo vytknúť. Lokalita je priam skvelá a určite sa vrátim opäť.

• Karolina (5/5): Tylko raz ma się okazję zrobić pierwsze dobre wrażenie..... - Obiekt położony w bliskiej odległości od restauracji, portu, przystanku autobusowego z/na lotnisko oraz sklepu spożywczego. Niedaleko znajduje się park miejski z wyjątkowymi drzewami oraz piaszczysta plaża. Logistycznie, bardzo dobre miejsce na pobyt. Gdyby nie ta opisana w "minusach" sytuacja, to mogłabym rekomendować miejsce - pokój zakupiony na Booking.com, był bardzo fajny i posiadał wszystko zgodnie z opisem oferty zamieszczonej na Booking.com. Zakwaterowano nas w innym, mniejszym, słabo wyposażonym i tańszym pokoju niż zakupiony na Booking com.. Po naszej interwencji, dopiero drugiego dnia rano o 10:00, dostaliśmy pokój w standardzie zgodnym z opłaconym na Booking.com zamówieniem. Cała komunikacja z pracownikiem hotelu odbywała się poprzez Whatsapp - recepcja hotelu była wirtualna. Dyspozycje jakie dostawaliśmy z recepcji były nie do przyjęcia, ale nie było w hotelu obsługi, z którą w sposób bezpośredni można by rozmawiać i rozwiązywać nietypowe sytuacje. Jeden z wpisów w komentarzach turystów mieszkających wcześniej w tym hotelu mówił o tym, że "przypadł nam pokój z małym oknem na parterze..." My zakupiliśmy pokój z aneksem kuchennym, na piętrze, z balkonem... a ("przypadł nam")/ wylądowaliśmy w małym, zimnym pokoju na parterze, z małym oknem, z konsolą zamiast stołu, bez gniazdka na włączenie czajnika, i z nieświeżą poszewką na kołdrze ... I dopiero po naszym zdecydowanym sprzeciwie, następnego dnia o 10:00 rano, został nam udostępniony prawidłowy pokój. Nie chciałabym być postawiona w takiej sytuacji kiedykolwiek ponownie.

When using the rain shower the pressure seems to be a bit off so the rain function shuts off quite regularly, coming from the handheld shower head again. Also the couch is very uncomfortable, you can feel the metal springs through the seating

• Gina (4/5): Soggiorno da dimenticare. - La signora Katia, responsabile delle pulizie. La proprietaria, semplicemente non si è vista ed ha risposto a stento ed in ritardo ad i messaggi. Se non fosse stato per la signora Katia probabilmente saremmo entrati in camera anche dopo l'orario (già previsto molto tardi) per il chek in. La struttura si trova in una strada poco piacevole e molto sporca. Il parcheggio a pagamento è molto lontano dalla struttura ed arrivarci con i bagagli non è stato piacevole. Il letto scomodo da una parte aveva sotto un incerato che mi ha infastidito per tutta la notte. Nessuna finestra per fare entrare aria dall'esterno. L'acqua della doccia con temperatura instabile. Ho soggiornato in tante strutture in Sicilia, in ognuna di loro ci siamo trovati da bene a benissimo. Qui non torneremo sicuramente e non la raccomanderemo di certo a nessuno. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

• daniele (9/5): Trapani 2026 - Struttura in pieno centro storico fra viuzze molto suggestive. Ad un passo dalla cattedrale, chiesa Gesuiti . Vicinissime alle fermate bus urbani. Facilmente raggiungibile il porto. Posto ideale per raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi della città.

• Andreia (9/5): - Simona should win the prize of employee of the year. She totally makes the place. Her sympathy and readiness to suggest us the best places to eat is wonderful. We only had a short stay. It was basically to sleep in for a few hours. However our room had a window directly to the floor of the street and in the night there was a little bit of light entering the room.

Večer sme dostali inštrukcie ohľadom ostrova. Čo sa oplatí vidieť, kam sa ísť najesť Simona bola naozaj skvelá a príjemná osoba. Je to úplne v centre takže lokácia je úplne úžasná všade je to na skok. Pomer cena kvalita fakt skvele Nepáčilo sa mi že náš apartmán bol bez denného svetla aj napriek tomu že sme si zvolili cez Booking inú izbu. Ale inak sme boli maximálne spokojný

• Enrico_C. (8/5): Nice place - Nice apartment clean and comfortable Apartment was very cold at the arrival. No salt, pepper, sugar, coffee at the arrival. Bring really everything as there is no basics available.
• Klaus (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful host. Simona gave us some really good tips (restaurants, public transport. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The location was perfect, in the middle of the Old Town. There was no real window for fresh air from outside.
• marlen (3/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kochnische., die jedoch sehr spärlich ausgestattet war. Das Zinmer hat leider extrem nach Kloake gerochen und es gab kein Fenster zum Lüften.
• Cristina (10/5): Perfecto. Es la mejor opción. - La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro, pero en una calle tranquila y segura. El alojamiento es moderno, bonito y cuenta con instalaciones para mejorar la experiencia del huésped como lavandería, terraza común, gimnasio y jacuzzi (en verano) Los apartamentos están pensados hasta el mínimo detalle, tienen de todo. Son bonitos, amplios y cómodos. Excelente limpieza, están inmaculados. Atención excelente tanto con Simona como con Katia.

Je zde uvadeno tento pokoj obsahuje:virivku. Virivka je nahore na terase pro vsechny.Byla navic velmi spinava. Dale tam bylo napsano vyhled na mesto-vyhled je z jednoho okna na prostejsi balkon z druheho je to okno do neceho jako svetlik. Prislusenstvi na caj a kavu,predstavovala bych si pod tim kavu/caj,cukr.Nic z toho tam nebylo. Sauna v apartmanu,nikoliv spolecna,nedohledano. Voda v apartmanu silne zapachala. Kdybychom tyto informace vedeli predem,vybereme si vybavenejsi apartman za rozhodne mene penez. Koberec v kuchyni naprosto spinavy.Neni tam pitná voda, zpravu jsem se dozvedela pres whats app.

• Cristina (10/5): - Catia es excepcional. Los apartamentos están muy bien ubicados, tienen una gran orientación a la comodidad del cliente, bien equipados.

• ana belen (9/5): - Instalaciones nuevas. Todo muy bien decorado y muy limpio, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes. Muy fácil check-in. Muy cerquita del centro de la ciudad. Todo bien
• Virginia (7/5): Impersonal - Bien ubicado, tenía lo indicado en el anuncio. Está muy bien que indique en el anuncio que la tasa turística se debe abonar durante la estancia aparte del precio ya pagado. Impersonal, no tuvimos contacto con la dueña (independientemente de los motivos que fueran).

• Tatiana (10/5): - Great clean apartments near the city center, easy to get in and friendly, responsive hosts. Also good value for money, so I'd likely stay here again if I come back to the town
• Mégane (10/5): - L’appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas des quartiers à visiter La chambre est super, bien équipée Simona est adorable, disponible et de très bons conseils pour les quartiers/ activités et restaurants 😉 Je vous recommande cet établissement si vous passez par Trapani !
