- Adele (8/5): A wonderful and authentic stay in Bcharre - What amazing views and hospitable service. Breakfast was great, and a really comfy bed. Maybe having a bedside lamp but other than that nothing I didn't like!
- Sleiman Sleiman (7/5): -
- Youssef (9/5): Satisfied -
- Marie (9/5): - The view is amazing, rooms are clean , very close to the Kaddisha grotto, breakfast was good
- Ornina (1/5): - I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience I encountered during my recent stay. Despite receiving a booking confirmation along with a confirmation number, I was extremely disappointed to find upon arrival after a 3-hour drive from Beirut that my reserved room had been given to someone else.
Additionally, I was unexpectedly asked to make a payment in advance, even though the booking terms clearly stated that payment was to be made at the property. The handling of the situation by the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more distressing.
This was not only inconvenient but also deeply frustrating, especially after a long journey.
- Ahmad (9/5): If i go again, i would chose the same hotel to stay in. - Location, cleanliness, view, quietness
- Nahhas (7/5): - The room is clean, the view and the water falll near the hotel are very nice. The breakfast is fair with preset choice of labne, cheese, jam, eggs.... We booked a suite with tub , it was supposed to have 1 king size bed with 3 sofa bed, this was confirmed by the owner before our arrival.
When we came for checkin we were surprised that they gave us a smaller suite with Only 1 king bed and 2 sofa beds instead of 3. We spoke to the reception but different excuses were given and they didnt change our room.
we stayed for 1 night only, but we were disapointed by this incident as they should honor what was booked on booking and give the same type of rooms
- Rolla (8/5): - Good value for money- breathtaking view on the qadisha Valley - Not a central location, with bumpy access road, but compensated by the view which made us forget about the trouble getting there

- Nisrine (9/5): - The staff is very friendly it is a family business...its old hotel not modern but all was clean bathroom and room. Nothing

- Nathalie (10/5): Highly recommended hotel! - The service was impeccable. They gave me a free upgrade for my room. It was very spacious.
The breakfast was included with the room and was absolutely delicious, traditional lebanese breakfast spread. The views are fantastic all around the hotel, including the rooms, with a panoramic view of the mountains and the neighboring villages. The toilet/shower space was a bit tight, but still very clean.

- Guest (9/5): We had a small room with a balcony, we had a side view of the majestic mountains around, which was very nice. The breakf - The location was beautiful, the path to the Kadisha cave was just outside !
The owners were very sweet. Not to be able to pay by credit card
- Anthony (10/5): - Owner and staff were terrific. BEST VIEW of Bcharre — maybe even best view at a hotel in Lebanon. I just wish the breakfast had more vegan options for my girlfriend.

- Ibrahim (8/5): Relax in the nature. - Stunning panoramic view over Qadisha Valley, clean and comfortable rooms. At the entrance of Qadisha Grotto, you can enter only in summer, but you can benefit from the promenade path to hike are relax. 10 mins by car to the Cedars forest and maybe 15 to Bsharri and Khalil Gibran museum. It is a family-run hotel, with friendly but limited services. a good place to relax. No drinking water available in the rooms, no elevator, and no restaurant nearby but there are some delivery options, the fireplace is lit for an extra charge of 15$.

- Charbel (1/5): Unprofessionalism at its best - Picture this, deciding to leave L'Aiglon hotel in Becharri at 11:00 PM and drive for 3 hours back home just because you don't want to spend the night there anymore..
We took 2 days off and planned to spend them in Becharri as there's a lot of attractions to visit there.
So we reserved our room at l'Aiglon via booking where we read that our check in is at 2:00 PM.
We arrived around that time and the owner had no idea that we had a booking.
Once we showed him the email, he made us tour the rooms of the hotel that were not ready and under cleaning process after telling us that the room that we booked for 80$ is an old one this is why it is "cheap" stating that if we want a better room, we were supposed to pay more.
We informed the owner that our purpose was only to do some hikes in Becharri and enjoy the view outside at night before sleeping.
He offered us discounted upgrade on a suite with Jacuzzi as the hotel was totally empty. We accepted the room as at least it had a window with a nice view.
At night, the temperature went down so we decided to use the jacuzzi with some hot water.
The jacuzzi had some missing/broken pieces and wasn't well maintained so we decided to fill it with hot water and use it (without turning it on) specially that we paid for it.
At the beginning, there was some hot water wich turned cold before that the jacuzzi was filled.
To our astonishment, it seemed like there was no hot water anymore.
We called the reception at 9:30 PM when a lady answered telling us that she doesn't work there and the hotel team are asleep 🤣
When we asked about the hot water issue, she said that it can be checked in the morning!
We took a COLD shower and went down to the reception.
Surpise, surprise! The owner's wife awake watching a series..
- Hussein (8/5): The owners very nice and the staff is very helpful . - Location is amazing Needs some updates
- Marta (10/5): -
- Abdul (9/5): Sehr schön - Alles Keine Restaurant
- Abou Haidar (8/5): Enchanting view and amazing friendly staff. - The view from the hotel. No AC in the room. Only in the communal areas.
- sleiman (1/5): check above ( i will nerver repeat it ) - The room was too small for 2 beds, the bed doesn’t allow the wardrobe to open therefore we kept our cloths in the bag , no air-condition and we requested for fan but they didn’t supply, no phone box to call to the reception, we had to sleep in the car for 3 hours just to use the car AC,
We were praying for the morning to come just to leave ( for 70 USD per night this was money wasted ) the view
- Georges (3/5): -
- Andrea 24 (7/5): - Location, lovly breakfast, views, helpfull reception. Unpleasant Smell of cigarets comming from reception.
No kettle for water, tea or coffe, no cups for drinking.
- Hassane (10/5): -
- Pas (10/5): Loved the location and the view was spectacular - Hosts were lovely and quick to respond. Breakfast was nice and filling.
