- Juliane (7/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber. Leider hatte es kein Fenster mit Tageslicht. Die Musik eines benachbarten Club in der Nacht war unerträglich laut und auch mit Lärmschutz auf den Ohren zu hören. Für die Milch im Kaffee beim Frühstück musste man extra bezahlen.

- Emma (9/5): Good location and helpful team - This was in the right location zone 10 and not as expensive as other hotels. Helpful friendly team at reception and security. The rooms are comfortable. It felt safe. There’s a good coffee shop next door and a fancy shopping centre across the road. It takes a bit to get used to no external windows but windows onto a corridor or breakfast room. No lift but I was helped carrying my luggage.

Location in zone 10 is great to access restaurants, etc. I was able to store my luggage and go to the Oakland Place mall before returning for suitcase. Bathroom was venilated well and great size shower. The staff overall were nice, but there was one person not very kind...but other desk and security personnel were kind and aporoachable. Perhaps she was having a bad day. It happens. Zone 10 has a horrible traffic problem during rush hour as it took a friend excessive time to arrive. So, I no longer stay in this zone. But if this isn't a concern, it was a great hotel and I would stay again. Steps inside the hotel felt steep.

Petit déjeuner inclus agréable 🙂 Il y avait un spectacle de boxe dans un bar la rue à côté et c’était à croire que le bar se trouvait juste en arrière de notre mur.. et pourtant non.. impossible de dormir jusqu’à 1:00 du matin.. j’imagine que c’était exceptionnel. Chambre un peu petite sinon mais pour 1 nuit c’était bien.

- Angelina (10/5): - Staff was extremely accommodating, and the hotel is gorgeous! Hot water, and free breakfast. Hotel is close to so many things, go and eat at the taco place 2 doors down, bonus they are open till 4am and have a bar for the traveling folks who get in late and still want to have a drink! Doorman is super nice at the hotel, and the front desk ladies can answer all your questions. Hotel is very very clean and so is the neighborhood. Very safe as well.

En realidad las fotos aqui en la pagina no le hacen justicia al hotel, supero mis expectativas en cuanto a comfort, se ve mucho mejor IRL Lo unico es el ruido del bar que esta cerca, la musica se escucha mucho hasta tarde.

- Nenad (10/5): Very nice - Very helpful staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Hot water in the shower. Location is excellent- just around the corner of one shopping mall, and 10 minutes walk to the Oukland mall. Very peaceful zone with a lot of options to eat around. There were some options for breakfast that you can choose from and it was tasty. I am a bit big, so I found staircase a bit narrow, but it is a boutique hotel after all, and they are usually like this. The room doesn't have too much space, so 2 persons will have issue to place their luggage if they have big ones, for 1 person it is ok.
