Sonia (8/5): On a été bien accueilli - Même si on est arrivé en dehors des heures de la réception un membre du personnel est venu nous accueillir.
Jessica (8/5): - Le mini golf était super sauf le trou 10 où nos balles sont rester coincé dans le tunnel et ce fut très long avant le les récupérer ce qui à désorganiser notre groupe de 6 enfants. Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes par chambre mais nous n'avions que 2 serviettes et débarbouillettes. Il a fallu que j'appel le numéro indiquer sur l'affiche de la réception puisque celle-ci était fermé. Ça l'a rendu la tâche de la douche plus longue. Au restaurant il y avait une réception de groupe. Le souper à été très long pour recevoir nos assiettes, l'entrée est arrivé en même temps que le plat principal. Pour dessert, il n'y avait plus de dessert inclus dans le menu pour enfants... on nous a offert des palettes de chocolat. Je trouve ça ordinaire pour le prix qu'on a payé.

Booking.com said checkin was from 4pm to 10pm. We were phoned and told staff were leaving at 8pm. Unexpected info about the actual checkin hours with the front desk. Outdoor kiosk did work well to get our room keys.

Pierre (8/5): - Belle endroit avec chambre spacieuse, propre et tranquille. Seul bémol fut à notre arrivée. Etant donné que nous sommes arrivés après 21h00, il n'y avait plus personne à la réception. Nous devions donc utiliser la borne permettant d'obtenir la carte pour la chambre. Malheureusement, la borne était défectueuse. Par chance, la personne responsable de l'entretien était sur place et a pu nous aider. Système de clé à revoir?
Stéphanie (6/5): - Room was clean, the view on the golf from out room was nice, easy check in and check out. Slight disappointment thought: We requested a late check out for the day we were leaving (we wanted to leave at noon instead of 11:00) and the employee at the front desk declined the request saying it was a busy day the day after and they were low staff (which is understandable). What’s disappointing is that when we left the room for check out, while awaiting to leave our cards at the front desk, we were discussing randomly with another employee who was telling us it was a quiet at the hotel so we could have checked out later… We also feel that we have been wronged when we booked the room with expedia.ca : the pictures displayed of the room we reserved and the picture un the confirmation as well was misrepresentation. As a mater of fact, there was a beautiful bathtub in the room on the picture, that justified the price we were willing to pay for the room and when we arrived in out room, there was no bathtub, only a shower. I was looking forward to that for a relaxing morning, but it was impossible for me to have a bath in the room we were assigned to. As we arrived late, it was impossible to ask for help to change the room. I am not sure I will book with expedia again unfortunately…

Claude (6/5): - La chambre était très poussiéreuse à notre arrivée, porte de douche pleine de tache de savon et que dire des couvre-lits les plus répugnants que j’ai vu. Ils les avaient cachés avec un drap blanc en nous couchant le drap s’est levé pour nous faire voir un couvre-lit très sale, noir tout autour. Pour tout le reste c’était bien. L’endroit est magnifique avec sa vu et son calme. Le personnel est poli et attentionné. J’ai adoré le mini-putt sur le site il est amusant mais surtout beau et original.

Lucie (8/5): Pour bien profiter du golf - Intéressant d’avoir le golf et l’hôtel au même endroit. Agréable d’avoir la vue sur le golf, mais elle est limitée par les gros arbres devant. L’élagage des arbres pour les trous où les départs sont devant les chambres serait nécessaire. Déçus par la propreté de la chambre. Le personnel à la réception était très gentil.

Finalement, ils m’ont donné une 2e chambre gratuitement pour compenser mais la deuxième chambre, définitivement le ménage n’avait pas été fait aprat avoir replacer les draps du lit. Il y a des bornes de recharge pour voiture mais l’hôtel n’exerce aucun contrôle des plaques de voitures pour savoir à qui est la voiture alors que les clients se stationnent à la borne et ne la libère pas après la charge. Service mauvais

Jim (5/5): The staff was very help full and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Not snowmobiler friendly. - There was no breakfast, the restaurant was closed and there was no bar to relax in. We arrived by snowmobile. It was snowing hard. The trail to the hotel off the main snowmobile trail was basically impassable and not well marked. We got stuck in the middle of the golf course and took 1/2 hour to get out. They should pay the local snowmobile club to maintain it. We came in expecting the restaurant and bar to be open, but our only option was to have food delivered. We then realized why we were the only snowmobilers there. We had to stay an extra day due to the storm and had to order take out again. Restaurant was closed again Monday. We had to ride down the side of road to leave to get to the main trail because their path was impassable.

Catherine (4/5): - Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. Une réception accessible seulement jusqu’à 22h. Par la suite, les clés sont disponibles dans une boite à l’extérieur ce qui n’est pas très sécuritaire. Personne n’est disponible par la suite. Il y a un bar dans l’hôtel ce qui est bien pour les personnes voulant sortir, mais le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de personnel la nuit fait en sorte que des gens crient la nuit dans les corridors de chambre. Donc, pour nous, qui allions travailler le lendemain, se faire réveiller en plein milieu de la nuit par des gens sur le party qui ont peu de respect pour les autres personnes, nous avons trouvé le tout décevant. Ce n’était pas la première que nous allions à cet hôtel, nous aimions, mais les dernières fois ont été décevantes et cette fois-ci fut la goutte qui a fait déborder le vase. Plus ça avance, moins il y a de service. Décevant, le fait qu’il n’y ait plus de personnel pour faire l’accueil après 22h, qu’il n’y ait pas de personnel qui assure une sécurité la nuit. Dommage, car il s’agit d’un bel établissement, mais nous n’y retournerons pas.

Manon (8/5): Magnifique - Endroit magnifique, la chambre est superbe, grande douche, très propre et aucun tapis, j'ai adoré la chambre. J'aurais juste aimé un rideau plus opaque. Par contre c'est à 15-20 minutes de Ste-Marie et de St-Georges. Donc peu de chose près de l'hôtel.

Brigitte (4/5): - Nous avons débuté nos vacances ici en Beauce. Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel à 15h pour profiter de la piscine et de ses installations, comme le mentionnait notre confirmation de réservation sur Expédia. Notre accueil s’est traduit: notre politique interne d’arrivée est à 16h et non 15h … nous avons dû attendre un peu plus d’une heure dans notre véhicule dans le stationnement puisque l’hôtesse disait que c’était une erreur d’expédia. À 16h nous avons eu les clefs de notre chambre… déçue puisque j’avais fais la réservation et payée pour une suite avec lit King avec baignoire et la chambre proposée était avec douche standard et lit queen. À la réception, on me dit que l’hôtel est complet, que je ne peux pas avoir la suite réservée. Je demande au moins le remboursement puisque la suite que j’avais réservée était plus dispendieuse et on me répond qu’on ne peut pas faire ça. On m’offre seulement un crédit de 30$ à dépenser au restaurant de l’hôtel. Pour être honnête, l’endroit est superbe, les chambre sont belles et propres mais l’histoire d'accueil et la mauvaise chambre m’ont rendue amère vis-à-vis cet établissement. Je me suis sentie prise au piège parce que tous les autres établissement autour affichaient complet durant notre séjour des vacances de la construction. Le 30$ de remboursement je devais le dépenser à même l’établissement où j’avais eu une mauvaise expérience et en PLUS, je devais dépenser d’avantage puisque tous savent que 30$ ne couvre absolument pas un souper.

David (5/5): Wonderful Hotel. Terrible Restaurant!! - We loved the hotel and it's closeness to snowmobile trails. The hospitality staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were terrific and I will be clear here that my assessment of the staff above is only about the restaurant attached to the hotel. We have been to this hotel many times since it started catering to snowmobilers. We are actually the first couple who stayed with you to snowmobile. I know the restaurant is not part of the hotel, but the waitress we had that night gave terrible service and was exceptionally rude to us. We have always loved having dinner there in the evening after a day of snowmobiling in the beautiful Beauce region. Should you wish to ask me, I will give in great detail our experience at the restaurant last Tuesday evening March 6. The terrible service at the hotel on March 6 by a terrible waitress who was all by herself which we understood. However, seeing others who ordered after us get their orders first, having to waiting longer than a customer longer to acknowledge our presents, even longer to bring menus with the wine menu so that I to go ask her for it and taking 15 minutes to asked if we would like a drink, bringing us a bread board with olive oil and butter but no bread, asking for bread and still not getting it after two requests and having to go to bar to get bill after asking her 5 -10 minutes after we asked for it. She produced the electronic payment machine which asked for what tip I wanted. I asked her how to say I didn't want to tip her. She was not happy with me and after the receipt was produced by the machine, threw it at me. I have never experience at a restaurant in Quebec in our numerous visits to your wonderful province. That resIttaurant needs to clean up it's act!!!!! We will not be back. It was perfect and we are so sorry!!!
