ROOSTERS, across street 10 or more fighting roosters dogs barking, floor not clean. Didn't get towels to had to go ask. They cooked fish downstairs, whole hotel stink, even in my room. Bad water pressure. Trucks going by making noise. Nothing comfortable at all , bring ear plugs. .broken plug outlets.
• Joh (9/5): - ここはとにかく立地が大変素晴らしい。元々バンタヤン島自体が小さいというのもあるのだけど、ビーチにもマーケットにもポートからも近い。ポートからは10分で電話したら無料のシャトルを送ってくれます。ビーチはsugar beachより歩いて10分のkota beachは言葉を失うほど素晴らしい場所です。夜はマーケットで小さなクラブもあります。フロントにお願いしたらバイクをレンタルさせてくれました。僕らをそれを使って1日で島を一周しました。値段以上にこの立地も旅行の体験も充実できたことが嬉しく、この島が大好きになりました。 シャワーは勢いがなく、温度は低めです。だけどそれは重要ではなく、フィリピンでは当たり前だと思って、外に出て遊んでください

Veel was kapot, de badkamer was niet schoon en alles was verouderd. Ik heb binnen een uur uitgecheckt en wat anders gezocht.

There’s drivers we can contact to drive us to places. The sheets and towels had stains on them and the toilet had a funny smell. The wifi was also too slow.
• Gerald (10/5): Perfect place to stay in BANTAYAN - This place is perfect place to stay in bantayan everything is near walking distance to the beach and theres so many convinient store around the area. And the bed is super comfortable and the staff are very nice and accommodating. We book only 3 nights but we extend another 4 nights we really love this place the room is spacious and theres a kitchen can cook for your breakfast. Everything is perfect here.

• Valentina (7/5): Nice hotel - The room has a silent aircon and a balcony. The open shower did not have hot water, but it's pretty common in the Philippines. I spend only 1 night in this hotel before taking the ferry back to Cebu island and the bed was comfortable. The transfer to the hotel is free! From my room I could hear every noise coming from the street and houses nearby

The bathroom had cockroaches. There was traffic noise all night. Construction was being done throughout the day above our room and in the adjacent room. No coffee, no water provided in the room. A sheet on the bed, nothing more. The TV was not smart 😳 I purchased an upgraded room. There was nothing about this room I would consider upgraded. Renter beware ...

• Peter (8/5): A budget-friendly option with warm staff and a great location, but needs improvement. - We stayed at Adelaida Pensionne Hotel for 3 nights. Overall, it offered great value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient—close to shops, eateries, and the town center. There are a few things that could be improved: There was no secondary lock on the door, which would be helpful for added safety and privacy. Rooms were not soundproof—we could hear roosters crowing early in the morning, tricycle noises, and people talking outside. The bathroom vent wasn’t working. The towel rack was placed inside the shower area, so towels and clothes would get wet. It would be better placed behind the door, and there was also no extra hook for hanging clothes.

A lot of noisy trucks during the night but it s not the hotel fault! They helped us with scooter too! First night very bad smell on the hallway and inside the room! Balcony is nice place to hang out, overlooking main road to watch Philippine life go past. Staff are friendly and non-invasive, treated us like a normal couple which can be sadly lacking in some other places. Just 5 minute walk to beach, can do in standard beach wear. Mobile network coverage is really good and I was able to work there without any disconnections. Hotel Wifi is good too. There is no refrigerator or kettle, but that is to be expected at that price (hot water is provided free of charge downstairs in thermos flasks).

The rooms were clean and the aircon and shower were working very well. You could also cook , they have cooking utensils , dining tables and set of plates spoon fork knife etc and a refrigerator. There's also a convenience store across , very convenient Add additional light bulb in the dining area and electric fans

• Lester (10/5): Excellent, practical and affordable place to stay in Sea Fe, Bantayan Island - The hotel is around 10 min away from the port by motorbike or local transport tricycle. Check in was fast and smooth. The staff in charge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. My room was in the 3rd floor and with window facing the street. Good view of the street. It also has a wide balcony. The room is clean and with basic amenities. Air-conditioning and hot shower are functioning well without problems. Wifi is stronger downstairs. The hotel can serve breakfast upon order/ additional payment. Guests can eat at the dining area downstairs. No AC, just fan, but beach attire is okay. The hotel is around 10 min walk to the beach and the road is concrete and very walkable. The hotel is also distant from the noisy area with lots of restaurant so it is quiet at night. The staff helped in providing motorcycles and tour guide. The beach has a great view, sand and local/ tourist crowd. I plan to stay here again when I visit Sta Fe/ Bantayan next time. Bantayan Island has lots to offer in terms of beaches and nature spots. 3-4 days is recommended for the visit. Hopefully, the wifi in the rooms can improve.

The Hotel, especially the kitchen area was absolutely dirty, I needed boiled water for my daughters milk, the kettle was just way too dirty to use. Someone came in our room in the middle of the night (it was locked, so he must have had a key.) Or driver for the morning (arranged from the Hotel) was late, we nearly missed our ferry. We left two nights earlier, but never received any money back from the Hotel - quite disappointing.

• Victoria (7/5): Good - The staff are genuinely amazing and the location is great as it’s close to the beach and to restaurants ; I only ordered the hotel’s breakfast once but couldn’t eat as corned beef was too salty; Considering the size of the hotel, management should have installed a generator in the building; there was a power outage that lasted more than 8 hours starting from very early morning until after lunch; could you imagine the inconvenience all of us had to go through. We opened the balcony doors for the outside air to flow through but it didn’t help much; with balcony doors opened or not, the noise in front of the building is unbearable due to coming and going of transport vehicles.

• Aikochoo (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived early and planned to check out early as well so we requested if we could have an early check in. They didn't charge us for the early check in and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ms Lovely who is indeed very lovely. We loved our stay here and the location is great. Some facilities were quite old, water pressure was quite poor but we have the tabo and timba so that's fine. Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure in the shower is poor and medyo maalikabok at some parts but that's fine.
