• Anna-Maria (10/5): Geweldig! - Allereerst het contact en de goede service van Clemens en Jakob! Ze hebben echt overal aan gedacht en zo niet, dan zorgen ze voor een oplossing. Het appartement ligt super centraal, op loopafstand van het natuurhistorisch museum, sisimuseum, Stephansdome etc. Daarnaast is er op loopafstand een metro en tramhalte (alles minder dan 10 minuten lopen). Een spar op 5 minuten loopafstand en anders genoeg eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Het is een hele mooie buurt! Mocht ik nog een keer naar Wenen gaan, dan zou ik zeker terugkomen naar 7th Heaven! Der Gastgeber hat einen freundlichen jungen Studenten für die Verwaltung der Appartments beschäftigt. Unser Auto haben wir mit der hauseigenen Parkkarte kostenlos in der Tiefgarage am Museumsviertel unterstellen können. Vielen Dank. Nichts. Alles sehr entspannt. Wenn man umbedingt nörgeln will, wird man immer etwas finden.

No problems for us (good exercise!) but may prove challenging for more mobility impaired or NYHA III - Flooring not the most sound proof (again trivial)

Als er iets had gemist of iets op was konden we het aan de host vragen. Hij was erg vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geholpen. De auto konden we "gratis" kwijt in een garage om de hoek wat erg fijn was. Gorgeous mix between antique furnishings and modern amenities. Really hot shower, plenty of water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee pods, teas, breakfast cereal, washing powder for the washing machine. An enormous folder full of information - the family that run this set of apartments really should train others in how it should be done they are amazing. A lovely welcome by Tay who also checked in on us with a message. There was also a bottle of Rose for us. This building dates back hundreds of years and has been in the family for 500 years. They live on the top floors. A beautiful staircase takes you up. We were on the 1st floor, so it wasn't a problem. Nothing

• Steve (10/5): If you are visiting Vienna, especially with kids, 7th Heaven is definitely the place to stay - Fantastic host, met us upon arrival and showed us to our apartment, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more from the extensive city information folder, maps and guide books, to breakfast cereals and milk and a PS5 for our children to enjoy. The location was quiet but central and close to public transport. Would definitely recommend.

The host is fantastic with all the supplies you need for a comfortable short stay along with well considered recommendations and sight seeing suggestions. We recommend this property. Well done Clemens. No bother for some and not a negative, but when booking you need to consider there is no lift and several flights of stairs to the apartment.
