• Marcio (8/5): Bom custo beneficio - Atenção dos funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar, em especial ao Rosendo e outro senhor que fica na recepção porém esqueci o nome. Bem localizado, boa limpeza. Cafe da manhã nao podemos avaliar pois saímos muito cedo todos os dias. Prédio um pouco antigo, porém bem cuidado.

The owner was really nice. He provided us with a good and early breakfast (6am) so we could eat before heading to the bus. • Renedi (10/5): Excelente servicio Mosoq Inn - Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en el Mosoq Inn Hotel. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del centro, y el personal fue siempre increíblemente amable y atento. Tuvimos un problema de salud con mi novia que complicó un poco nuestra estancia, pero el personal no dudó en ayudarnos en todo momento: nos ofrecieron un desayuno personalizado, nos dieron recomendaciones sobre hospitales y hasta nos cambiaron de habitación para mayor comodidad. Estamos muy agradecidos por su apoyo y calidez. ¡Sin duda lo recomendamos al 100%! 🌟 Lo único negativo fue que no había aire acondicionado y no se podían abrir las ventanas, lo que hacía difícil ventilar la habitación, algo bastante importante en nuestro caso. Además, el sistema de agua caliente no siempre funcionaba bien. De todos modos, fueron detalles menores en comparación con el resto de la experiencia.

• Omar Angel (9/5): Un hotel familiar donde prima el servicio al cliente - Este hotel familiar de Puno está signado, ante todo, por el trato cordial y amable que los dueños le dispensan a los pasajeros, haciendo todo lo posible para que su estadía sea más placentera, asesorándolos respecto de paseos y opciones gastronómicas o lo que se necesitase. Las camas son muy cómodas y la ropa de cama excelente. Si hace frío se puede solicitar un calefactor, sin problemas. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a pocas cuadras del centro de la ciudad o del puerto. El desayuno es algo discreto, pero suficiente para comenzar el día de buen modo. Otra de las fortalezas del establecimiento es una muy buena relación precio-calidad. Sin dudas es una opción a tener en cuenta al visitar la altísima ciudad de Puno.

Ciepła woda pod prysznicem. Czysta pościel i wygodne łóżko :-) Okno w pokoju wychodziło na korytarz hotelu. Było duszno i ciemno.

They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we took a tour. The staff arranged breakfast ahead of time so that we could catch a very early morning train. Very clean property.

Nachdem die Winternächte sehr kalt sein können und es keine Heizungen in Peru gibt, haben wir sofort einen Heizstrahler ins Zimmer bekommen. Frühstück war gut und es wurde bei Bedarf nachgebracht. Tolle Lage nur 10 Gehminuten von der Fussgängerzone entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert

Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities.

They also made us an early breakfast before we went on our tour that same morning!! Our room was huge and airy and with a lovely hot shower. We slept so well - the bed was so comfy and warm and the room was quiet. The hosts also let us stow our bags on the day of checkout and let us wait in their lobby for the late night bus. We really appreciated the terrific service.

The heater was a potable one so it was a bit cold but the staff made us comfortable. I especially wanted to recognise the staff for making our stay comfortable. Due to potable heater, it was a bit chilly in the night.

There are nice common areas for sitting and the included breakfast Is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, beds soft and coverings warm. We had no issue staying comfortable even in the winter. There is plenty of hot water and included hair dryer - nice touches while travelling. We were there as a family of 4 and are actually going back again!
