• Fulya (1/5): När vi var på planet till Istanbul fick vi meddelande att hotellet var stängd och vi var ombokade - Bättre framförhållning vad gäller att hotellet hade stängt ner och att det kunde varit personal på plats som visade oss till hotellet där vi hade blivit placerade . • Birol (7/5): - Die Lage Leider war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Das Hotelzimmer war nicht sauber, das Bett war stark abgenutzt und seitlich fast ausgerissen. Außerdem war die Abwasch verstopft, was den Komfort erheblich beeinträchtigte. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf.

• TULUHAN (10/5): - Good location! Near everything! Walking distance to KADIKOY shops & ferries! Fabulous Turkish style BUFFET BREAKFAST! Amazing & helpful staff! Especially HILAL & ERSIN! We were leaving at 3am so would miss breakfast, so they prepared and offered us fruit juice boxes and sandwiches to take with us. So thoughtful! Great a/c & good sized bathroom & comfy beds. It does need a little renovation - but that wasn’t important to us! Super pleased and looking forward to staying here again in the future!

• Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed for 2 weeks and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and the front desk staff came and helped with luggage, explained everything about room, WiFi and breakfast and this level of service continued throughout our stay. The lovely cleaning lady would knock every day to see if anything needed changing. The location was excellent 5 minute walk and you were at the ferry port, metro and bus station. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service

• Elishema (6/5): Just ok - The hotel and room were ok. I would def not say this is 4 stars. Maybe once upon a time but the hotel was very dated. It felt more like 2 stars.

• Aaron (4/5): Fantastic location, but not a quality hotel. Avoid if seeking 4* facilities. - Comfy beds. Reasonable staff. Clean room. Clearly not a 4* hotel. Fitness centre out of operation, games/billiard room doesn’t exist (and needs to be updated on the website and on the documents found in the room). I selected this hotel on the basis these facilities would be available. Dated rooms, which are limited to one key per room. Missing plug for bathtub. Aircon didn’t work properly.
• Mia (2/5): - 1) Breakfast with our booking and restaurant was shut the due to work being done we were told. No refund was given. 2) Dirty car as you navigate the hall way to your room. 3) Room was not very clean. Bathroom show/bath was too dirty to even consider going into. 4) A lady at the reception was very rude. She never ever smiled. We run out of toilet paper and she took over 1 hour to bring us any.

Air conditioning is set to fan only, weather was hot and waking many times at night because of hot weather at room. Bathroom facilities are not up to date and not functioning well. Breakfast is limited and poor. Bed comfortability is fair.

• Ryan (1/5): Terrible. - Perfect location. Kadiköy is just brilliant. Shouldn’t even 2 stars. Dirty. No shower gel. You get shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap. That’s alright if I’m staying in a hostel for 15 Euros, but a 4 star hotel?! No shower gel? Breakfast is just sad. Staff stop refilling way before the end of breakfast. We came down 1 hour before breakfast finished and found sad leftovers. The fitness room isn’t what is shown on photos (now removed). Asked the staff where all the weight machines are and apparently they’re just currently being repaired. However, the room is so tiny that there’s no space for any of the workout stations. Got in touch with Booking and got a partial refund and the hotel refused to let me check out because of that. It was super uncomfortable and we had to go to the airport and they made us wait around for 10 minutes while the duty manager came over and asked me why I reported them to Booking and telling me that they now have to pay a fine. Whoever runs this place should check out other 4 star hotels and get some inspiration of how things are done.

• Maksym (4/5): Not worth the price - The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Next to the market and the bustling area of the Moda neighborhood. The condition of the room was terrible for the price I paid. The socket was displaced and handing on the wires, mold in the bathroom, bathroom door has seen better days. I guess it was a good hotel 10-15 years ago but now it requires a renovation.

• Juliet (6/5): Pleasant - Small room but good, housekeepers were good. Good staff. The parking fee charged us 4days. We started use the parking from friday 2:30pm and leave the parking Sunday 3pm. The breakfast was ok, but all same for the 4days, atleast provide a variety. Aircodition was fixed in Heater, they should let the guest choice if they like cold or warm, can’t slept well because i was sweating due to hot inside and no proper ventilation the cold from outside.

• Michele (4/5): Would probably not recommend or stay there again. - Liked location Rooms where old, mold in bathrooms, old ugly carpet, dust everywhere. Breakfast could be improved, not great same everyday. When you walk it it looks nice.
• Saurabh (4/5): - We checked in late in the night. The staff was helpful. The room was very hot and there was no way the temperature could be adjusted. The linen had cigarette holes in them and furniture looked rusty and old. The surroundings was very noisy. Try to avoid if you can.

• Marlos (2/5): Did not sleep - they would not turn on the AC - The AC was not on in my room and I did not sleep. I complained to the reception and I was told that the AC was "seasonal" - which is unheard of. I asked to turn it on because I was sweating and I was instructed to open the window! My response was that I could not sleep with all the street noise if the window was open...and still the AC was not turned on. Lastly, the advertisement for this hotel does not even inform that the AC is "seasonal". RIDICULOUS! I contacted Hotels.com to request compensation for a night not slept and the hotel denied the refund and lied saying that it was too cold to turn on the AC. Anyone can research on the web and see that the weather was not cold...people were walking in shorts and t-shirts on the streets...while I was sweating in my room! It's not about the money - it's the false advertisement and absurd customer service at the hotel.

I had few knocks in my room by the housekeepers, but they did not talk, until asked who is it, then they said if i need my room cleaned, i got so scared, my room was cleaned and i had a do not disturb paper outside of my room hanging. I called the reception and told them about this and said that someone already cleaned my room, they said they will let them know and right after that someone knocked in my room no talking i asked few times then they said it is room cleaning. Receptionist people was not friendly, when i asked to order food to my room they said you order it yourself, if i could i would. Every time i would enter hotel i was asked what room i’m going to and i would tell them, finally i asked why they keep asking that, they said they found out that there was someone at the hotel that should of not stayed there, that is very scary, maybe they were knocking my door. Seems like hotel don’t have cameras. Hotel don’t have iron, or any service, breakfast was horrible.

Edral (the front desk manager) and staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was on the first level (level above lobby). The hotel has 2 connected buildings. We stayed on the north side (further from Mühürdar Fuat Sk.) which was very quiet. The breakfast variety was great. A few minutes away to walk to Kadikoy Ferry Station. Great location and definitely I recommend this place.

The staff are very very helpful and made our meetings easy to organise. The rooms however are a bit outdated and some need an upgrade. The restaurant food was quite bland, suggest eating out in the wide variety of places in Kadıköy.

How van you eat your food when you see someone's head covered in wounds from the hair transplant. Please change this and give them a separate place to sit. I stopped eating my breakfast and wanted to vomit 🤢 everytime i saw some in the breakfast area with this.

• Sara (9/5): Everything you might expect from a hotel - The location is very good, in a few minutes walking distance from the metro and ferry station. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good, a variety of options were available. And the most important thing to me: the hotel and the room was very clean and was cleaned every day during our 5-night stay. The only negative thing I can mention which comes from my Iranian culture (it might not be a problem for a person from a different country), is the bidet at the toilet. It seemed to me that it was not adjusted properly. I wish there were a water hose beside the toilet instead of a bidet inside it.

• Adam (10/5): - This tidy, calm hotel on the Asia side is the smart alternative to the packed Europe side at half the price. Within 10 minutes of the hotel,.there are over 200 places to eat, two jazz clubs, and other bars. The ferry to the Europe side is ten minutes walk and costs one dollar.
