Guest Reviews
- gary (8/5): Decent enough for the price - Decent budget hotel
- Naomi (6/5): - It was very convenient and a place to rest in order to commute to the Disney Parks, parking on site and walking distance of the shopping centre and train station.
A bit on the small side, but we made it work.
However on the first day I had accidentally left a personal card of mine in the light box, and when we returned after a day at Disney, it wasn’t there, we asked reception and housekeeping but no-one had seen it, but the card never turned up.
- Ana (10/5): - We loved this Hotel, it is brand new and location is ideal if you are going to Disneyland Paris!
- Miss Jackie L (8/5): - Very convenient and budget friendly property. Flight was arriving late and stayed here before moving to Disneyland resort the next morning.
- Alanna (10/5): - Location was great for visiting Disneyland Paris! Budget friendly
- Jostin (8/5): - Great place, not a good treatment, like you owe the receptionist (the guy).. the woman’s at the reception are great.. extremely convenient to visit Disney by train (1 stop away)
- Eniko (6/5): - The hotel was great, breakfast Ok, stuff Ok but me personally i don't like the small rooms way to small.
- Michael (10/5): - Family room was great
- Guadalupe S (10/5): - My stay there was amazing and for an excellent (cheap) price as well. They would clean everyday, the staff was nice and friendly, the train station is very close 5 min or less, there is a shopping mall less than 10 min walking also restaurants and grocery shops. Perfect if you are going to Disney. Literally one stop away, we were there in time to open the park. I would go to this hotel again for sure and also recommend it.
- katie (10/5): - So close to disney for a great price!
- Sanjay (10/5): - I stayed for two nights with family and overall it was good . The only issue with rooms as ita amall with Bunk bed
- Nicola (8/5): - Although basic, this hotel does the job for a trip to Disney! It’s one stop away on the train and the station is right by the hotel!
Breakfast was a good selection of continental items and you can boil or fry your own eggs.
The room was clean and the bed was so comfy! The bunk wasn’t made up but that was fine.
You have got the Ibis and the Inis budget next to each other with the same reception, it can be quite confusing how to get to the budget side the first time but follow the signs!
My only gripe was that we had a fire alarm at around midnight one of the nights and we evacuated out the back of the hotel……. Waited a waited and not one member of staff turned up! We walked round the front and found people to be back inside - it would have been nice to have been told!
- Ellaine (8/5): - Pros:
The hotel is steps away from the train station making it very convenient to get to and from Disneyland/Paris.
The air conditioning in the hotel lobby and our room was fantastic.
The hotel provided water dispensers and glasses, as well as providing chilled water from their bar for filling water bottles.
The staff were kind and spoke English.
A breakfast/lunch shop was very nearby to purchase pastries, sandwiches and drinks.
A large shopping mall, grocery store and designer outlet shopping mall were within walking distance.
Our room (in the budget section) of the hotel was very tiny, but impeccably clean, and modern. The bedding appeared new, and the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable.
Cons:
Our room was very tiny, and even more so with three people. There was a bunk bed over the double bed.
The shower is only separated by a frosted glass door, and a curtain from the rest of the room. Not ideal if you are at all prudish.
The toilet is in its own little room, with barely enough room to turn around. Sitting on the toilet you could literally rest your forehead on the door!
We were warned ahead of time that there might be noise from the renovations going on but we didn't hear anything over the weekend we stayed. But come Monday morning, the drilling sounds were deafening. Good thing that was our check out day.
- Eric (8/5): - Close to the subway
- Swarnava (8/5): - Location
- Ellie (4/5): - Good location, but would not stay there again.
Also you should hope and pray you don’t get room 203 otherwise cleaners will be slamming the door to their area into your door from the early hours and talking at the top of their voices, clattering around and making it impossible for you to sleep!
Building seems very run down and the rooms are very small.
- Jason (10/5): - Excellent location next to Val d’Europe train station, easy access to Disneyland (2 mins on train) or 30 min walk through shopping centre / tarmac path.
Nicely refurbished, clean and friendly staff.
After a night arrival/check in, we had options to have a couple of draft beers and a very decent pizza (excellent for a budget hotel).
Didn’t choose the breakfast option, as we went for the lock Boulanger options instead.
Well recommended hotel.
- Prerna (6/5): - Good for a place to sleep in. We had issues with our key card again and again. The air conditioning in the room didnt work for the entire stay either. Breakfast was good and consistent.
- chris (6/5): Like staying on a building site - Hotel is currently undergoing significant refurbishment. There is building dust everywhere, contractors in corridors and constant noise from early in the day making a lie in almost impossible.
- Moses (10/5): - I was able to check in with ease. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was tidy and clean
- Conner (6/5): - Overall an okay stay. Cleanliness of the rooms was poor
- Danielle (4/5): Cheap for one night but no longer - We arrived around 10pm. Reception was manned. Got to our room and cards didn’t work. Has to go back to reception.
Room was ok, bunk bed had to be made by ourselves! Towels changed daily. Son got chocolate on our bedding and maids turned it over. I wasn’t bothered about it being changed but thought turning the bedding over was just silly.
Next night got back to hotel and key cards didn’t work again so back to reception.
Last night arrived back around 11.30 and key cards didn’t work again! Yet had to wait 45 minutes for receptionist to turn up. Not acceptable!
I’ve stayed here before but for one night and in and out maybe 6-7 hours. Wouldn’t stay again for a few nights.
Close to station for Disney and Paris, it’s cheap and clean but not for more than one night.
- ALEJANDRA (2/5): Ibis budget not a great experience..... - Te hotel was not anything what we expected.
They rooms are very small and they bathroom seems like wenqerenin an airplain bathroom terrible.
Not Even clise of what we saw in they publicity.
too much to wish.
Not recomendwd at allá.
- Abbie (6/5): - There was nothing inherently wrong with our stay. The rooms are VERY basic. Much more so than I was expecting. I only stayed for one night and I don’t think I could stay there any longer than that. The bed was comfortable enough, but again, no additional pillows or anything like that. The staff were friendly enough.
I just felt the property images a little misleading. The room was pretty depressing, honestly.
- Workemail (8/5): - Property okay but had to go back and forth to ibis for facilities. No coffee or tea supplies in the room
- Sarah (10/5): Budget choice with easy access to Disney - We wanted a budget hotel within easy reach of Disney. This is a no frills hotel, reflected in the price, but the location just next to the station at Val D'Europe meant getting to the park was so easy.
- Daniel (2/5): Disgusting - We booked the Ibis Budget (Val d'Europe) for a trip to Disneyland Paris for my daughter's first birthday. Upon checking in to the Ibis Budget, I was shocked at the utter state of disrepair the room was in. Dirty blinds, peeling paint. We were absolutely gutted, my wife was very upset and I felt awful as I had organised it as a surprise. More worrying was a leaking pipe, which had left water all over the floor. I notified reception and we went out for dinner.
We got back two hours later: my daughter ran through the door and slipped on the water (which still had not been attended to) hitting her head. Whilst she cried a lot, luckily there wasn't a serious injury.
I had contacted hotels.com on live chat on the app - they couldn't guarantee I'd get a refund if I checked out early and went to a completely different hotel. I complained to the hotel and they said the only solution was to move me next door to the Ibis, at a cost of £91. To be honest, given the state of the room and the fact it had nearly caused injury, I was shocked that they weren't doing this free of charge. I was in a position where I needed a safe room for my family, so I had no choice but to pay it and move next door.
Upon my return, I contacted you to complain. I'm happy for you to listen to the phone call - I was promised a refund. I was also promised a response in 72 hours. I had to chase this a whole week later. Because the manager didn't respond, you aren't able to offer a refund. But offered £25 in re
- Jane (8/5): - Convenient for Disneyland Paris, 1 stop on train.
- Melanie (6/5): - A fine place to rest your head for one night. The room was very small, and the double bed had a bunk bed above it which wasn’t made up (we didn’t use it anyway). The bathroom is very small and akin to an airplane cabin bathroom. The shower is small too. The hotel in general was clean and tidy. We didn’t try the breakfast. The location is excellent being just a 1-2 minute walk from Val d’Europe station where you can get to Disney (Marnee La valee Chessy) on 1 stop for 2.20 euros. It was fairly expensive for what it was but once of the cheapest in the area. The entrance to the hotel isn’t the main ibis entrance (there’s a regular ibis next to this budget hotel which we hadn’t realised): the entrance to the hotel lobby is round the corner.
- kim (2/5): - We had a 'family' room - you have absolutely ZERO privacy in this room, not even a bathroom. The shower is a cubicle you walk in to. The toilet, when you bend over to wipe (TMI, I know!) you head butt the door open - no lock on the door. The hand sink is in the sleeping room and probably the size of a dinner plate!
Yes it is super close to the train station for Disney, which is the purpose of our visit in to France, factor in the 12 euro per person for return on the train for one stop, there are many more equally cost effective hotels. We are seasoned Disney goers but will not use this hotel again
- Chris (10/5): - Affordable, convenient option for our 1 day Disneyland Paris speedrun. Being quite literally right next to the train station and one quick stop from the park made it clutch. Even with the departing crush at park close we were able to get right on a train and back to our room in no time.
Staff were friendly and helpful, from front desk to breakfast. Breakfast was standard euro continental but fresh, delicious and well attended.
- Alberto (10/5): - Hotel pequeño pero cuenta con lo suficiente para una estancia placentera, excelente si vas a Disneyland
- Janine (10/5): - This hotel did exactly what we needed it to, the room was clean with a comfortable bed and there was free WiFi for guests. It was only a 10 minute walk to the train station to get a 4 minute trip to the Disney Park for €2.50 each on average. Bargain stay and a great base to do sightseeing.
- Leah (10/5): Basic rooms but clean, tidy & fitted the brief - Perfect hotel for a short trip in Disney (3nights), one stop on the RER A line from the Disneyland Parks. Commercial centre close by with plenty of shops and places to eat. For what we wanted was perfect. Room is very basic for 2 A and 1 C we had a double bed with a bunk bed atop for our 10 year old. Wash basin and mirror in the room, shower separate and toilet separate, design is similar to what you would have in a caravan or inside cabin room. The pics on site can be misleading as some of them are for the IBIS rather than the IBIS budget. The rooms DO NOT have a hair dryer or iron. Location wise we would definitely use again but might consider paying a little more for a slightly better room, but given we only slept there and spent maybe 30 mins morning and night its not a gamechanger and if these were only rooms available then would be happy to use again
- John (8/5): - Affordable and conveniently a 2-3 min walking distance to the La Defense train station!
- anirudha (2/5): - Rooms and smelly, not having sufficient brekfast , need to wait a lot.
Paris IbIS is lil better than this
- Ashley (6/5): - Very small but clean room. Nothing fancy but did the trick for one nights stay.
- Felicia (10/5): - Stayed one night, because its close to Disneyland Paris
- Claire (10/5): - Stayed in this property during a recent visit to DisneyLand Paris.
The hotel is conveniently located very close to the RER station, which is just one stop away from the Disney resort. The trains run late into the night, meaning that you can enjoy a full day at the resort, and the Village once the park is shut, and still be able to make your way back to the hotel on the RER service.
The hotel itself was clean, and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are really no frills, but we knew this when we booked, and they were as expected - they were really only booked as a place to rest our heads after long days at Disney.
I would recommend this hotel, for the cost and convenience, and I wouldn't hesitate to book in myself again in the future.
- Arvind (8/5): - I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and found it to be a basic yet suitable option for its price. Its proximity to the train station made it incredibly convenient for commuting. Overall, it's a practical choice for travellers needing easy access to public transportation.
- Darren (10/5): - Next to val de Europe station , next stop Disneyland.
- joanne (8/5): - Stayed for 2 nights to rest after visiting Disneyland, clean, adequate room. We were near the lift which was noisy, on the bend so the room was an odd shape which left us with very little space just a little triangle where the tv was. Breakfast was nice, location was great and 5-7 walk to val d’europe shopping centre
- Grace (10/5): - The night staff are outstanding.
After a long day and arriving late, I arrived confused and in the wrong hotel.
Staff at both ibis and ibis Budget were so kind and helpful
They never made me feel bad or silly and were super welcoming.
- Jane (6/5): Basic stay. Wouldn’t rush back. - Very average stay. Very basic. Was a one night stay so we made do. Hair in the shower and no hot water at all to wash. Issue with room as we were let into someone else’s room but we were moved quickly.
- Chris (4/5): Only if you’re really desperate - Youth hostel style room, very very basic! Single bed not made, two tiny pillows, shower straight into room and very odd toilet (in a cupboard)
- Erin (8/5): - Overall good stay for a budget hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. VERY convenient location if going to Disneyland. The station is right outside the hotel and the train takes you to Disney in one stop. We chose location over quality stay though. It’s a budget hotel, so there are no included amenities. Hair dryer is only available with a fee. The room is equipped with the basic necessities. Bed, sheets, toilet paper, shower towels and some soap. No other extras. But this is what you sign up for when you stay at a budget hotel. Overall we were happy with our stay, as we just needed somewhere to sleep.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Budget size room only bathroom water flow out slow so gathering water not liked and plug provided multi style box not working rest all okay not brilliant
- Mark (10/5): - Room was clean and comfortable but very basic and small but was in a great location for Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe shopping centre.
Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again👍
- Verified traveler (6/5): Very much budget - This is a VERY basic hotel. To be fair to the hotel it is advertised as budget and expectations needs to be lowered. However rooms are very compact, shower / toilets are very small and less than ideal. Bed linen was dirty and had to be replaced upon arrival. Staff friendly and the location of this hotel was perfect for a last, single night stay after a Disneyland visit. Would I choose this hotel again? Probably not as I have stayed in better nearby previously. But this hotel does offer a few hours refuge after checking out of Disneyland.
- Brooke (10/5): - Fantastic location and affordable. Had everything we needed for a 2-night Disneyland trip. Good room size to fit 2 large suitcases. Friendly staff. Super close to the RER A train, easy 2-3min train to Disneyland. Breakfast was modest and suited us well. Coffee, juice, cereal, assorted bread and pastries.
- Ken (8/5): - Literally a one minute walk to the station and a five minute ride on the train this is an ideal holiday for thos le wanting a convenient non park stay for your Disney trip.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Cheap and cheerful - Cheap and cheerful. Staff were helpful, free breakfast was great. We had to make the bunk bed ourselves.
- Falguni (8/5): - Perfect place to stay for Disneyland Paris. Clean and practical. One stop on the train to Disneyland itself. Trains very frequent. Can also walk to Disney if you wanted.
- Steven (2/5): - I know this is a budget hotel but really, it’s terrible. In comfy beds, rock hard pillows that seem 6’ high, a bathroom split into 3 so separate toilet you can just get in with no lock, a shower you can just about get into again with no lock and the wash basin in the main room. Would book Ibis again.
- Natashya (10/5): No frills hotel exceeded my expectations! - The room was a little on the small side, however it was comfortable and clean. There is no kettle in the room but there is a reasonably priced vending machine for coffees or you can take your own if preferred. There is also a vending machine and a microwave available 24hours in reception.
The RAR is just a stone throw away from this hotel and is actually part of the same building as the normal ibis. You can be in Disneyland door to door in under 10 minutes and central paris in roughly 40 minutes. Val d’ Europe is also close by where you can find supermarkets if you want to stock up on snacks and drinks.
The staff were also all pleasant and helpful!
- James (8/5): - Very small rooms, hotel is clean but average at best. We couldn't fault the staff at reception, we felt welcome from arriving until the moment we left. It was so convenient for the trains with Val d'Europe station being literally outside. Val D'Europe shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk away and the main attraction Disneyland beingonly a stones throw away makes this hotel a perfect place to sleep if you are on a budget. Mercí.
- Leigh (8/5): - Comfortable enough!
- Karlo (6/5): - Very small size rooms. Hand washer is directly in the bedroom.
- Philip (10/5): - Perfect for a night, comfy bed, fair price
- Stephen (6/5): Ibis box - Should be "Ibis Box", not budget. The room was about the smallest ive ever stayed in. The tv was maybe 18". Sheets smelled okay, but had old yellowish stains. My knees hit the bathroom door when i sat on the toilet. And dont be fooled by the all you can eat breakfast... all you can eat muffins, cereal, and yogurt is what you get. Spend more and save yourselves this stay.
- Kin Shing (2/5): - inside the room, there was a bad smell and also the ventilating fan is broken so that the smell keep inside the room, the staff refuses to help us change to another room. it is a very bad experience.
- Peter (4/5): Budget by name, budget by nature - Great location for the train station and just one stop to Disney… the rest, definitely consider another hotel if you want comfort and more than just croissants/hard-boiled eggs and cereal for breakfast. Uncomfortable bed and some of the worst pillows I’ve ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. At least clean and staff, although not that smiley, are helpful. Needs a bit of love and money throwing at it I feel.
- Colleen (10/5): - So close to both the Mall and Disneyland. We also went to the spa.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The location of the hotel was very good for trvellers to go to Disneyland and shopping centre. But the room is extremely small, it's hard to take shower properly even for me a s a medium-sized woman. The plugholes in the bathroom and the basin are disgusting, seems never cleaned.
- Robert (2/5): - Left my toileyry bag in the room. Returned 1 hr later to retrieve it and it magically disappeared. Would not let me back in to look or talk to maid who cleaned room, who obviously stole it because it had very exoensive cologne in it. Avoid these thieves at all costs
- Alison (10/5): Disney!!! - Excellent location.
Staff helpful and friendly
Very clean and tidy.
Needs tea and coffee making facilities n room.
- Anthony (2/5): - Locked out of room on final day until 2pm due to door key code failure.
- Mary (6/5): - Property was nice and clean but small room but price was low
- kaveh (2/5): - The only good thing about this hotel was that it was only one stop to Disneyland. Just because of that which is very convenient this place could be popular but I cannot put it in words how rude, unhelpful and obnoxious they were. All three of them. One worse than the other. Really shocking how they speak to guests and how lazy and unhelpful they are. Never again
- Frazer (8/5): - Perfect location for Disneyland, even better than some of the on-site hotels.
But a warning - there is no air-conditioning in the rooms. Avoid this hotel in hot weather.
- Tracy (10/5): - Clean and comfortable, perfect location to train station one stop from Disneyland
- Anthony (4/5): - The hotel had a running toilet for five days. While the noise didn't bother me it was very environmentally unfriendly. In addition the door had a buzzer lock, but with only one staff member who was often away from the desk the wait to enter could be long. Finally the room was hot, with no Aircon controls.
- Laura (10/5): Nice and comfortable stay - Room was nice and comfortable. They had an extension lead in the room which 4 sockets on it which was a brilliant idea. Check in was very quick and efficient. Train station is right across the road which was a great bonus and helped us so much
- Tara (4/5): Don’t recommend - We stayed here one night and let’s just say you get what you pay for. My husband said it felt like a prison. The hotel was run down and needs major updates. The room wasn’t clean and there was a weird smell coming from the sink. The blanket for the bunk bed was missing so we had to find someone to get us one.
We paid for the breakfast as we had to leave very early the next morning. It was €7 per adult and €3 for a child and it was very basic. Had we had more time, it would’ve been much cheaper and better to go to a coffee shop nearby.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good hotel in Disneyland area - Very close to the train station Val de Europe
- Kathryn (10/5): Perfect for a solo trip! - Perfect for me but I imagine if you had more than 2 in the room it would be a little crowded. It was just what I needed.
- Mark (6/5): Average Budget Hotel - Our stay was fairly average, aside from the empty bottle of beer left under the bed, which brings to concern how thoroughly cleansed our room was before we got there. In terms of comfort the bed was quite uncomfortable, with rock hard pillows, and The Hotel has nothing in the way of entertainment for English customers, as all channels are in French.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Look elsewhere - Not very clean and had to ask to move rooms. Rooms are very small and triple room is not suitable for 3 people, even had to make the bedding ourselves for the third bed. Also had to ask for more towels and toilet tissue.
- Heather (10/5): - A fantastic little hotel. Loved everything!! Location was perfect as you are directly opposite Val d’ Europe train station which is one stop away from Disneyland. There is a very big shopping mall which is 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of places to eat for any budget. Hotel was clean, had a double bed and a single bunk bed, separate toilet and shower within the room. Shower was lovely and the bed very comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Disneyland.
- Philip (6/5): Convenient - Cheap hotel but not in the best of decorative repair
- Tomitty (6/5): - It was close to disney. About 25 min walk. The room was incredibly basic. The beds could do with upgrading and the decor was rather depressing. There are other budget hotels in the area for Disney trips, go there.
- Lucy (6/5): - For the price it was a serviceable place to rest our heads for one night, so I would probably choose is again for a late night layover or similar, but rooms were quite cramped for a longer stay. We had difficulties with the car park from paying to getting in and out, and in the end the barrier failed. Maybe a glitch, but reflected in the review.
- Llauren (10/5): - Always try & stay here. I know I’ll get a good clean room, great service & a fantastic breakfast. I can’t fault it
I often come with friends or family but this time I came alone as it’s so convenient, handy for the RER, shopping Centre Paris or Disney. Like Arnie I will definitely be back
- Steph (8/5): - Fantastic location, super close to train. Good breaky for a small fee
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location good but transport was interesting with the train strike, not the hotels fault of course and staff had advice on alternative travel. Room small and interesting set up which I knew before travelling. Room clean but bed was a little too hard for me. Was ok for a base for a solo couple of days at Disneyland Paris.
- Louis (6/5): Get what you pay for - We only used this room as a stop over between arriving in Paris and then going to Disney the
Next day, overall clean room but tiny toilet and not berry sound proof but I guess you get what you pay for, very close to val de Europe shopping centre and train station
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Pretty basic but price reflects this. Room wasn't the cleanest.
- Celena (2/5): - The weather was hot during my trip to London on early September. The cooling system was not working on the second night so we told the staff about this situation but he asked us to wait as it took 20 minutes for the system to work. So we waited for 30 minutes it was still not working at all so we asked the same person to come and have a look. He came but insisted us to wait for it to work. We told him that we have been waiting for more than 30 minutes and the room is too warmed. He was kind of LAUGHING at us for not familiar with the cooling system there. He said this is not how it works. Despite of calling any technician to come he just asked us to wait and left. We stayed there for another 2 nights (total 3 nights WITHOUT cooling system). We are greatly disappointed by the unprofessional of the staff and we really regret for staying in this hotel. Probably no more IBIS next time when I visit again in London.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very close to public transportation and very clean
- Verified traveler (8/5): - They don’t made 3rd person bed, incredible (room 310, on Friday 23th) and I gave a tip to the house keeper...
- Vanessa (8/5): Handy location for Disneyland - We stayed at the Ibis to visit Disneyland which was just one stop away on the train. Walking distance to the station, small rooms but super clean and comfortable bed.
- Faisal (2/5): - I have booked two rooms when i arrived late night they told me only one room for you and they let me wait more than 2 hours to solve this problem after calling expedia
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The location was excellent for my needs and right opposite the street from the RER station, you do get what you pay for however. The room was comfortable enough but there is no separate bathroom within, the toilet is in a cramped space by itself as is the shower. The sink and mirror is within the room so very little privacy if staying with someone else. This is just to be aware of however as staying alone it would be fine. While I didn't come into much contact with the staff they were pleasant when we saw them.
- Donnabelle (8/5): - Good place to stay if you are looking for a cheap basic accommodation near Paris Disneyland.
- Ching PANG (10/5): Decent stay - Aircon is centralise. So cannot control the temperature. Lucky for us is it is not that hot that day. Near to train station and de vallee village. Room is really compact but doesn't affect us since it is for sleeping purpose only.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No tea or coffee in room, toilet flush was not working properly and bathroom was extremely small and there was ko place to hang the cloths. Shower was also broken.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Noisy and dirty . Close to Disney . Bed hard as rock
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel was cleaned everyday with fresh towels if needed. Friendly staff on arrival. Good car parking. Although no air conditioning the first night.
- Sarah (2/5): Great location Aircon not working so No Sleep - Tha air conditioning didn’t work
It was so hot we didn’t sleep for three nights
The staff were uninterested and shrugged their shoulders when asked when it might be fixed
It was in the high 30s and we were offered a bottle of warm water
Disgraceful
Ruined my sons birthdays
- Verified traveler (4/5): - AC BROKE. arrived for breakfast and all the food was gone. Asked staff if there was more bread and he said no becusee breakfast closes in 15 minutes. Had to ask for cutlery. Ran out of toilet paper in our room for the first day. A budget hotel indeed. Room was very clean though.
