Personal foarte amabil , am putut face check in mai devreme. Cel mai mult ne-a deranjat zgomotul. Se aude tot de afara si de la celelalte apartamente. Curațenia lasa de dorit si mobilier vechi .

• Pearl (5/5): - This place’s only good thing is its location. Other than that, the room is tiny and the insulation is poor. We have a next door neighbor who always makes big noises, talking loudly and running around in the early morning.
• Anna (9/5): - Posizione eccezionale... vicinissima alle fermate metro e bus di Bayswater e Queensway. Zona centrale e molto vicina a ristoranti e market. Struttura pulita e fotografie assai fedeli alla realtà. La struttura non è chiaramente nuova ma rivisitata con arredi moderni. Gli ambienti erano un po' troppo caldi, soprattutto nell' appartamento che si trovava nell' underground e non era funzionante l'aria condizionata.

The floor had some cracks, and there were some stains on the sofa. On our first day, we had no hot water in the room, but the staff responded and changed our room.

• Ronny (7/5): Ausreichend für Kurzaufenthalt - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Hydepark. Die Ausststtung war mittelmäßig aber für einen Londonbesuch und nur zum nächtigen in Ordnung. Klimaanlage defekt. Zum Fensteröffnen in der Nacht ist die Straße zu laut.

Estaba limpio, era relativamente cómodo y tenía todo lo indispensable para mi estancia, quizás algo corto de menaje de cocina. La ubicación era óptima, con 2 paradas de metro de diferentes líneas a escasos metros, y varios supermercados y cafeterías/ restaurantes cerca. Escaso menaje de cocina Colchón muy blando

Ideal location for a single or a couple travelling and wanting to explore London. The front sash window rattled and being on the ground floor, I noticed it so I had to pack it out to stop the rattle.
• George (4/5): It is in no way value for money option! €500 for 3 nights!!! - The property is very close to metro stations as well as close to shops, restaurants coffee shops mini markets etc Also, the area is very nice and safe (close to city center) I booked 1-bed room flat so as to have a double bed and sofa to sleep. Instead, we were offered a 1 1/2 bed, and a small sofa (2 seats) on which you can t sleep. As a result, my son slept in the room and my self on the sofa!!! with the ‘help’ of a chair!!! This was our 3 night stay! They offered me to change to a bigger room but with extra charge! I asked extra bed, and the offered my foldable bed or £40 per day!!! Which ofcourse I did not accept. Last October I was in London, visiting my daughter. I booked a 2 bedroom flat for much less near city center! Flat does not have bench in the bathroom to put your staff. Flat does not have cabinets for the clothes. So we left out clothes in the bags and on the chairs. Lastly, they offered cleaning services on the 3rd day, upon our request. however, when I asked this service, they told me that they are very busy and they will only change sheets and towels!

• Hamza (1/5): complete waste of time and money didn’t even stay - the location nothing floor was torn up and dirty my white socks came out black at the bottom was definitely not mopped was given an “upgrade” but was most definitely a downgrade the sofa to watch the tv from was so tiny it barely could fit 2 people on it and was uncomfortable the windows were not able to shut properly the whole thing was beyond cramped the curtains were in a horror state the ceiling had some sort of stains on it or damp growing the stay was just so bad we couldn’t stay and to charge over 200 for a night is a robbery

• Francisco Javier (7/5): Bueno para visitar Londres - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de líneas de metro distintas . Y tiene una calle al lado con todo, tiendas, restaurantes, bares,… con el personal solo mantuvimos contacto a la entrada y la salida y muy bien porque al no entender mucho inglés tuvieron la paciencia de explicarnos todo. El precio es bueno para lo que es Londres. Estaba algo “gastado”, no viejo porque como tal las instalaciones se veían reformadas, pero no estaba especialmente bien cuidado, por ejemplo el suelo. El baño era mínimo, no había donde dejar nada. Éramos 4 y no nos dejaron el sofá-cama preparado. Limpieza solo si la contratas, si no cada 3 días. Un 4 estrellas no es.

• Ken (8/5): We had a great stay. Location is perfect for exploring all that London has to offer! - Location is fantastic. Two tube stations within a 5 minute walk and a High Street with everything you need just around the corner. Lovely area and street was quiet at night. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Apartment is showing signs of wear and needs a small bit of facelift. Balcony handrail was broken and very dangerous as these is a large gap that a child could fall through.
• Alejandra (5/5): Buena ubicación en unos apartamentos que necesitan reforma - La ubicación fue lo mejor de este alojamiento, buen barrio con restaurantes, supermercados y transporte público cercano. A 3 min caminando de Regent Parks. Los apartamentos no son como en las fotografías, están usadas y mucho viejas. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario pero los muebles estaban muy usados. El suelo de las habitaciones estaba levantado y usado. Las habitaciones están en pasillos escondidos, el ascensor no llega a la planta de cada uno de los apartamentos, tienes que subir y bajar escaleras.

• Antonella (5/5): Voyage a 4 ( 2 adultes,2 ados ) - L'emplacement est le point positif de cet établissement. De plus le personnel a été réactif quand nous avons eu des soucis avec l'eau chaude. L'appartement que nous avons eu n'apparaît sur aucune photo et nous comprenons pourquoi. Il est très vieillot. Les murs craquelés, parquet flottant gonflé et qui s'effrite,le manque d'équipement (seulement 3 cuillères pour 4 personnes). Pas mal de travaux à prévoir selon moi pour qu'il soit un bon rapport qualité/prix. De plus le gros point noir pour moi et l'absence total d'isolation, nous entendions le voisin du dessus ronfler la nuit sans parler ses bruits de pas qui résonnaient à fond.

• jordiplanagu (8/5): Ideal per a escapades a Londres - Tot el que necessites per estar a un lloc cèntric a Londres. Còmode i amb tot l'indispensable. Barri molt recomanable i aprop de dues estacions de metro.

También el Hyde Park estaba al lado justo llegabas bajando recto para dar un paseo. Tener que ir a buscar las llaves a la recepción de otro hotel, aunque estuvieran cerca caminando. Un poco viejo el apartamento y deteriorado, pero en general estuvimos bien y 8 noches, ya que solo lo usamos para descansar, dormir y desayunar.

Room was clean and the staff was accommodat - The location was ideal, close to bus and train station, Food, park and just a beautiful area. The staff was great and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage to go sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again minus the basement room. The only thing I didn’t like was the steeped narrow steps leading to our room. If you had bad knees it can be a little uncomfortable. The room location was like a basement so the only window was faint stairs. I also did not like the notice to do a fire safety check in our room. The lack of privacy due to this was poorly timed as we literally were there for only 2 days. It could have waited.

Buena calefacción y excelente ubicación (transporte público , supermercados, restaurantes a menos de 5min). El personal de recepción super amables. Buena relación calidad precio para los precios de Londres. Sin duda repetiría. El suelo estaba un poco levantado por alguna pérdida anterior de agua aunque no fue un problema.

• Marie Jennifer (8/5): Great value for money. - Fantastic location of the property - near stores, cafés, restaurants, underground stations and parks. Lovely staff. You could tell that some of the appliances were older and quite used (kitchen counter, cabinets, shower,...). The floor might have needed a bit more mopping.
• Perez Maestre (4/5): - Esta muy deteriodado del paso del tiempo sin mantenimiento ninguno. Hace mucho calor en el apartamento y no puede regularse lo que hace muy incomoda la estancia

• Giulia (4/5): Ma insomma…. - La posizione e la grande finestra con balcone Ho richiesto un upgrade camera per una persona in più, e mi è stato offerto a più del doppio della cifra pagate per due persone. Inoltre la camera era piccola, il bagno microscopico e il pavimento in certi punti cedevole.

• Liaropoulou (2/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σε δύο στάσεις μετρό Βρωμικο, φθορές παντού, κατεστραμμένο κρεβάτι και βρωμικο όπου ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου καθώς ήθελαν εξαρχής 150€ εγγύηση για ζημιές, πάρτυ κλπ. Στο δεύτερο δωμάτιο είχε σπάσει ο μοχλός της θέρμανσης, δεν λειτουργούσε φωνάξαμε άνθρωπο όπου μας το άναψε κ δεν μπορούσαμε το βράδυ να το κλείσουμε με αποτέλεσμα να σκάσουμε από την ζέστη. Την δεύτερη μέρα ήρθαν ξανά και με το έφτιαξαν. Γενικά πολύ λίγο και κακό για τα χρήματα του.

• Kosimov (3/5): - I liked just location I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was nothing like what was shown in the pictures — they gave me a completely different, small and cramped room. The bathroom was extremely tight, making it uncomfortable to even take a proper shower. Cleanliness was also poor: I found a razor cap on the floor. The floor itself was damaged, making it uncomfortable to walk on. The charging sockets were not working, and the TV was broken. The bed was very low and uncomfortable, with gaps in it. The worst part was that the air conditioner was not working at all. Another issue — when I arrived, they took a £100 deposit from my card and said it would not be returned if anything was damaged or missing. However, I still have not received my money back. Honestly, based on their advertising, I expected a very nice, modern studio, but it was nothing like that. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all.
• Armin (7/5): Ambitioniert, aber mit Schönheitsfehlern - Die Wohnung ist super gelegen mitten im quirligen Queensway. Gastronomie und Geschäfte nur eine Straße weiter. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße .Der Check-In völlig easy, da die Ferienwohnungen zum Hotel schräg gegenüber gehören und man jederzeit dort zur Rezeption gehen kann. Schön ist dabei auch, dass man bei Problemen oder Fragen 24/7 einen Ansprechpartner hat. Das Personal ist wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein kleines Zweier-Appartement mit Wohnküche, das war für eine Person völlig ausreichend. Das Bad war modern und komfortabel. Das Haus hat sogar einen Aufzug. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien ist unterirdisch schlecht. In der ganzen Küche existiert ein einziger Topf, das war's. Das Appartement ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Laminatböden kommen hoch, die Oberfläche ist teilweise abgegangen und zwischen den Dielen klaffen zentimetergroße Spalte. Türen klemmen. Wirklich zum Wohlfühlen ist dieses Ambiente nicht mehr, die Hochglanzfotos sind wohl schon etwas älter.. Was schade ist, den alles andere war wirklich nett.

• Gianluca (4/5): La struttura non merita. A mio avviso sono scorretti - La posizione che è favorevole perché vicino alla metro e quindi a 3 linee diverse. Le camere troppo piccole, e vecchie. Ho prenotato tramite Booking una camera e invece te ne danno una diversa che è più piccola e invivibile. Lo staff si giustifica dicendo che le camere sono tutte diverse e che non è sicuro che si va alla camera che si prenota. La cosa ovviamente è assurda. Ci hanno cambiato monolocale dandocene un altro sempre piccolo, ma leggermente meglio.
• Mahier (7/5): Séjour sympathique et agréable. - L’emplacement et l’accueil. La literie : le matelas pas confortable et les draps ne semblaient pas trop propres. Peu d’ustensiles de cuisine pour permettre de se faire un déjeuner ou un dîner, ou encore un petit déjeuner.
• Nicola (8/5): - La posizione era eccezionale, vicino Notting Hill. C'era anche la cucina con forno a microonde e piastre ad induzione. Il letto matrimoniale un pó piccolo.
• Gianluigi (8/5): - abbiamo alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti della struttura. La posizione è eccellente: molto vicino alla metropolitana, in una via residenziale e tranquilla, ma ad un passo da una via piena di negozi e locali. La camera era pulita, abbiamo alloggiato in 4 perciò era un pò stretta, ma se fossimo stati in 3 sarebbe stata proprio l'ideale. c'è anche la possibilità di fare la colazione presso la struttura dove c'è la reception (noi non l'abbiamo fatta) Il materasso del letto matrimoniale era un pò troppo morbido, ma nel complesso si è dormito bene. Non abbiamo trovato il telecomando della tv
