• Adriana Del Rocio (10/5): Comfortable, nice service and staff. - Closed to Lucio Blanco International Airport. Good installation. Real breakfast. Nice staff and free transportation to the airport. Just you have to request it with anticipation.
• Jazmin (10/5): - The electricity went out and the staff was on top of the situation right away and they got someone to fix it in less than 20 min. That was great. I didn't like the crib. It's hard to get a 2 month old out of there. Even my husband who is tall at 181cm had a hard time getting her out of the crib.

• Hafner (4/5): - Mit Billiard kann man sich wenigstens die Zeit etwas totschlagen Es war nicht viel gutes am Hotel. Bestenfalls bucht man es nur fùr einen ganz kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war beispielsweise katastrophal. Ich musste mir das meiste selbst herrichten, da um 6:30 noch nichts hergerichtet war. Das Frühstûck beginnt um 06:00. Da würde ich schon gerne das halbe Angebot haben

• michael (6/5): Not the best - Wifi was slow and useless most of the time. Hotel is not in a great location with nothing nearby so if you want food/drink you need a car. Menu was average Some areas of the hotel was stifling hot and smelt bad. AC only blows directly at your head in bed so regulating heat during the night was not ideal Dangerous area after 6pm and most food delivery services stopped late afternoon. If I have to go back to Reynosa again I won't consider this hotel.

• Philip (3/5): Terrible - This hotel knows immigrants stay there often. The hotel knows that taxis don't run at night from the airport. My friends called the hotel and said no shuttle service. My friends slept in the airport even though I paid for a room. I will let all of the social media know how bad this hotel is.

Service is always kind and expedited - This property is well maintained and the morning breakfast buffet is really delicious. The area where the hotel is located is away from everything. Food and basic items are not available.

• Anna6881 (5/5): Passable - The room was clean, dark and quiet. It was very minimalist, if you're looking for just a place to sleep it's perfect. Someone did deliver beer to our room at my husband's request and that was very nice
