• MARIE ANNICK (5/5): Juste l'emplacement correct, sinon pas satisfaisant, cela mérite une rénovation intégrale. - L'emplacement Les lits et oreillers pas confortables, les matelas étaient creusés, usés. Les têtes de lit avaient des tissus d'ameublement sales. Les draps et serviettes avaient des tâches. Manque de lumière, d'ampoules dans la salle de bain. Le bois qui encadre la douche était abimé. Les quelques endroits avec enduit n'était pas professionnellement faits. Le bruit des voisins comme ci ils faisaient partie de la chambre même.

• Fernanda Berasain (7/5): - La ubicación Las instalaciones del baño, humedad en el techo y el piso en mal estado. La cortina automática no bajaba bien. El enchufe de un velador estaba mal. No tuvimos contacto físico con ninguna persona y cuando necesitamos algo no nos contestaron de biena manera.

Совершенно не соответствует фотографиям. Фен для волос ужасный, видно что хозяева не заботятся о своих гостях, могли бы хотя бы фен нормальный купить. Хотела включить кондиционер, потому что было очень холодно, хотела выставить теплый режим, а дисплей на пульте сломан, не видно какой режим ты выбираешь, пришлось провозиться с пультом пол часа, чтобы настроить тёплый режим. Запах в номере не очень, открыли шкаф от туда воняет и на полке чья то старая одежда лежит. Вообщем это помещение оставило у меня только негативные эмоции, никому не рекомендую 👎👎👎
• Amisadai (6/5): I stayed for 5 nights and I do not recommend it - The location is really good to know the city by walking The bathroom door didn’t close properly (they fixed it later, but it still wouldn’t fully close). The toilet seat was broken (they fixed it after we told them). The shower water would get clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. The sheets smelled strange. At first it looked clean, but after a couple of minutes being there, you realize it doesn’t actually feel that clean. The host’s attitude was not friendly (I traveled for 15 days through different cities in Italy, and this was the only place where I felt they were unpleasant)

• pilar (10/5): Inmejorable - Para empezar, como ya lo habíamos leído, la ubicación es Trastevere es inmejorable. La atención es 100% virtual pero inmediata y eficiente. El lugar es perfecto, con todas las comodidades en la cocina, el espacio en común y las habitaciones. Todo super limpio, notable presencia de la limpieza del lugar porque todo lo que usas en Cocina lo encontráis lavado luego, y en 4 noches nos hicieron el cuarto 1 vez. Volveríamos. .

• Pablo (1/5): Mala gestión del dueño y de la habitabilidad del sitio. - El baño de la habitación 5 está lleno de moho negro más la humedad de todo el ambiente y con la poca ventilación del sitio hace las condiciones para que te intoxiques con dicho moho negro, la TV solo tiene canales locales,y además el aire acondicionado no funciona muy bien.

Cloisons ridiculement fines, quand vos voisins parlent, vont aux toilettes, se douchent, c’est insupportable. Le bruit est vraiment pénible. L’état de la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos. Mur en mauvais état, radiateur rouillé, champignons sur le plafond de la sdb … Pas de réponse quand je demande de changer de chambre.

• Sara (3/5): - La posizione va benissimo. La grandezza della camera è giusta. Quasi nulla di buono. La struttura non ha nessuna cura, così come la stanza e gli ospiti. La camera è vecchia e non c’è nessuna manutenzione: il bagno ha un pavimento che si stacca a causa dell’acqua che esce dalla doccia (porta che non chiude bene) e che allaga costantemente il pavimento che di conseguenza è pieno di muffa. Il materasso del letto non è stabile, ma peggio ancora è il lenzuolo del piumino che non è un lenzuolo ma una parte sopra e una parte sotto che avvolgono il piumino senza chiuderlo da nessuno dei quattro lati (ci si sveglia la mattina a diretto contatto con il piumino che fatico a credere venga lavato ogni volta che cambiano gli ospiti). La cosa peggiore è l’odore insopportabile di fumo di sigarette in camera. Abbiamo comunicato al proprietario per ben due volte che la stanza puzzasse e ci è stato risposto che lui era stato prima e non vi era un odore. Nessun impegno nel presentarsi di persona e provare a trovare una soluzione e nessun tipo di scuse verso una cosa assolutamente vera. Lezione per la prossima volta: meglio spendere qualcosa in più ma sentirsi a proprio agio per quattro giorni.

The mattresses are very uncomfortable and hard and the room was very cold (it got a bit better after using the AC at 28 degrees, but the heater was not working at all). It was very noisy in the other rooms and you can hear everything.

Cordialità del personale in struttura L’arredamento è un po’ datato e ci sarebbero alcune cose da sistemare come per esempio la porta del bagno che non si chiude bene.

• Elodie (7/5): Nous reviendrons sans problème ! Merci encore pour cette bonne expérience. - Je trouve que les avis négatifs sont assez extrêmes et ne reflètent pas la réalité. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et tout s’est très bien passé : vraiment belle décoration, cuisine à disposition propre, salle à manger charmant, propreté de la chambre, salle de bain, linge de lit et serviettes. Les explications pour accéder au logement et aux clés en dehors des horaires d’ouverture sont très claires et simples. Le propriétaire des lieux est réactif, disponible, discret, et très gentil. Nous avons apprécié l’autonomie proposée. L’emplacement est top avec de très bons restaurants, des bars à quelques rues. L’endroit est vivant ! Je suis cependant d’accord avec certains points : - Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Nous entendons les voisins des chambres et la rue (malgré le double vitrage) si vous avez une chambre côté rue. Mais optez pour des boules Quies et tout ira bien, je vous rassure ! C’est ce que je ai fait et j’ai bien dormi. Mon amie a le sommeil lourd, elle n’en a pas mis et elle a bien dormi toutes les nuits. - Le matelas peut être renouvelé. Il n’est plus très jeune, très confortable et très moelleux. Cependant, après de bonnes journées de marche cela fait l’affaire pour quelques jours. De plus, je conseille aux propriétaires d’investir dans des alèses en plus des draps pour une meilleure hygiène.

Houve vários problemas com a limpeza, nomeadamente lençóis sujos, episódios de muito barulho - como se estivéssemos num hostel - e um episódio infeliz com um homem que as 19h nos bateu a porta e disse que tinha que fazer uma vistoria ao quarto, depois de eu ter contactado o alojamento a queixar-me da falta de limpeza. Este senhor, que se identificou como sendo o “inspetor” dos quartos, entrou-nos dentro do quarto e fingiu que recolhia “lixo” do chão. Tirou fotos à ponta do lençol para provar que estava branco. Não estava. Aliás, toda a cama estava um nojo. Além de não ter praticamente colchão, cheirava mal. O serviço prestado foi muito mau, muito agressivo e quase que nos culparam por terem o quarto um verdadeiro nojo. Nunca escolham este alojamento. Pode parecer atrativo por ser num bom bairro e por ser barato em comparação. Mas não compensa. É desconfortável, não é seguro, está sujo e não há privacidade nenhuma entre os quartos.

• CLAUDIA MATTHEY (5/5): - La ubicación y el tamaño habitación Limpieza deficiente ( polvo en mueble del baño), el suelo de la ducha estaba con suciedad pegada, una puerta del shower de ducha estaba suelta, había que tomarla para abrir y cerrar , la ducha teléfono arrojaba agua por varias partes, las sábanas estaban lavadas, pero tenían manchas . Entiendo que alojar en Roma es caro, pero estas cosas no tienen que ver con el costo, faltaba supervisón en el aseo y mantencion de la habitación. Las áreas comunes estaban muy bien.

• Mathis (8/5): Chambre confortable et bien localisée pour un city trip de 4 nuits. - L'emplacement est idéal pour la visite de la ville. Des bars et restaurants sont facilement accessibles à proximité. Un réseau de transport en commun (tram et bus) est également facilement accessible. La chambre était spacieuse et équipée d'une climatisation fonctionnelle. La salle de bain et la douche sont petites mais idéales pour un séjour de courte durée. La réactivité du propriétaire est également appréciée : disponible rapidement par message pour répondre aux éventuelles questions. Lorsque le logement est situé côté rue (plusieurs chambres disponibles dans l'établissement), la circulation peut être dérangeante pour les personnes ayant le sommeil léger. L'arrivée autonome et l'ouverture des portes via un site web peuvent également être perturbantes pour certain mais on s'y accoutume très vite.

• Jelle (5/5): Geweldige locatie, matige voorzieningen. - De locatie. Snelle communicatie met host. Dagelijkse kamer verschoning. Hevige schimmel in airconditioning, lawaai van buiten, oncomfortabel bed, kleine vieze douche, vochtige houten vloer die zich deed opbollen in badkamer in plaats van stenen tegels. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte (vooral de keuken) was zeer tegenvallend.

• Luciana (3/5): Dueño poco cordial y Chinches en la habitacion 3. - El apartamento esta muy bien decorado, lindas instalaciones. Antes de tu llegar, debes hacer el check in. En mi caso llegábamos a las 3:00 am por lo que era clave realizarlo antes. El dia previo no pude ver los mensajes puesto que estaba trabajando y le respondi al dueño sobre las 4:00 PM, ya que tenia 3 mensajes de el pidiéndome que me registrara. A las 4:00 pm lo llame porque me dijo que el numero que esta aqui en booking no servia, le explique que mi numero de llamadas es diferente al de whatsapp y que agradecía que si me podia enviar la información a este numero. El señor fue un grosero, me dijo que éramos personas que no colaborábamos y que no contaramos con el al llegar porque lo íbamos a llamar a su celular a las 3:00 am a pedir indicaciones (cosa que nunca haríamos y no hicimos)y lo íbamos a despertar y que no se hacia cargo de si podíamos entrar al apartamento o no. No me queria reenviar las instrucciones al nuevo numero y despues de que por cinco minutos estuve diciendo que cuales eran las soluciones? que aun faltaban mas de 8 horas para que llegáramos.... casi que no nos deja quedarnos en el piso. Entiendo que tenia que darnos las instrucciones antes y entiendo que el hecho de que no me haya podido contactar fuera incomodo para el, pero no era necesario la grosería y la falta de cordialidad y empatía. Asi mismo, nos quedamos en la habitacion 3 y tuvimos que ir hoy al doctor porque llegamos a Madrid con unas ronchas por todo el cuerpo y nos han dicho que son picaduras de chinches......

• Foteini (6/5): Pleasant - The location is perfect, with bus stop nearby. The room was not clean enough, with the couch even having stains on it. There was daily room "cleaning" which included making the bed and probably vacuuming but not mopping, so as a result just in a couple of days our white slippers had turned black, because of the dirty floor. Also although it says that personal hygiene products are included there was only one "shampoo & shower gel 2 in 1" and no hand soap for the bathroom. We asked for hand soap and the answer we got is "we don't use hand soap". I think it would be a pretty decent room if it was cleaned a little better and had better products included.

When I arrived, the first thing I tried to do was to switch on the AC and the lights. There was a slot for a card on top of the switch which was empty. When I informed them, they said that I have to put the card in the slot which was nowhere in the room. They said they will send someone. When the guy came, he was accusing me that I removed the card and took it. I informed that I just reached the room and there was no card when I arrived. He insisted that the housekeeper sent him a photo in which the lights were on after cleaning so he was sure that the card was there (as if the housekeeper couldn’t take the card after taking the photo). He still argued after that and insisted that the card was there, as if I will take the card. For what?? I did not expect that kind of treatment for the amount I paid. I got very stressed on my first day in Rome. Because of that experience, I did not contact them even after finding the bathroom dirty with molds as I was afraid of how they treat their guests. On my last day of this stay, I came back and found the window widely opened. The housekeeper came to change just the bath mat in the bathroom but also opened the window. Because of that, some mosquitoes entered the room.

• Renato (3/5): Poor maintenance and cleaning - The location is convenient but it’s not worth to stay there due the bad maintenance and cleaning as you can see the photos. The maintenance is very poor in the apartment. There is mold in the whole shower. The AC is very dirty. I had to use flip flops to take a shower and didn’t turn the AC on to avoid getting an infection or sick. And the cleaning is also bad. Under the bed was all dusty and found lots of long hair from previous people.

• Dana (9/5): After a busy day in Rome, it's fun to get to Nina! - The room is spacious, beautiful and inviting, there is a comfortable kitchen and a really comfortable place to eat outside the room. At first we were afraid to book because of the reviews, but we did it and really enjoyed it. Every day they made our bed like in a hotel, the hosts were kind and available, the key was waiting for us in an envelope with our name on it. The location was excellent and it was very easy to get to and from. It's time to change the mattress, the shower is very narrow, there are two floors to go up - one without an elevator.

• Lorraine (3/5): Poor - Location great, response to messages was prompt The auto key system on mobile phone without any actual key. One evening phone had run out of charge and no means of re entering building. Fortunately I know Trastevere well and small local bar recharged my phone!

The location is ideal—right in the center of this vibrant neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and attractions within walking distance. At the same time, it’s quiet and peaceful, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Rome. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming. • Andie (10/5): It was quite and comfortable after a long day. - The location of the hotel is awesome. There are great restaurants nearby less than 10 minutes away. My room was so cozy and I slept so well in the beds. Having the ability to adjust the thermostat was also great. My bathroom wasn't the cleanest when I arrived, but someone came in, without me having to ask and cleaned it after my first night.

• Daniela (9/5): Convenient location - The property is on a main boulevard, very close to many bus stations and restaurants. The room is getting cleaned every day which is great! We had no issues getting in and out of the property although there are 4 doors you have to unlock (super secure). We found the bed comfortable. There is hot water, so no issues getting showers too. The only downside is because it is located on a main boulevard there is much noise coming in. Rome is a very loud city so there is not much you can do. I advise you to get some ear plugs and you will be set for a good night sleep:) Overall we liked our stay!
