- TingYa (4/5): - 這裡走路到城隍廟約20分鐘，斜對面就有youbike，騎車到巨城、城隍廟、新竹火車站約10分鐘，地點還算方便；早餐是和早餐店搭配，餐點還算好吃；平日住宿價錢便宜；浴室水流強且有免治馬桶。 窗戶在廁所且是封死的，等於沒有對外窗；房間濕度高，沒有除濕機且冷氣很冷，濕度加溫度讓被子蓋起來像是濕的；裝潢為輕裝潢，但細看會發現設施老舊，例如鏡子下緣已出現黑色霉斑；有3小時休息或月租服務，出入人口複雜，不建議帶孩子同住；入住期間深夜11點，火警警報器在半小時內誤響四次，然當晚工作人員無法立即處理，嚴重影響旅客休息；隔音差，隔壁開關門都能聽得非常清楚。整體而言不推薦，下次不會再訂了。
