Łazienka i toaleta oddzielone jedynie ścianką działową.

- Donald (10/5): A wonderful relaxing night at a very cosy and welcoming hotel. - The location was great, in the center of the historical part of the city. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had no problem parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is a historical building with a shaded garden area where our dogs were able to hang out. The hostess was extremely accommodating and gave us a super recommendation for dinner. The breakfast, which you order the night before was served exactly at the time we specified. It was one of the best breakfasts we enjoyed on our trip. I really can't fault the hotel for anything.

- Marc (10/5): - Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie, ruime en hygiënische kamer. Airco. Lekker ontbijt en aangepast vegetarisch. Aanrader! Niets
- Liron (3/5): Poor - Startarting, the host was not pendient to receive people, we spent 30 min until she answear the door, she is not so friendly, we booked a Doble bed room(king size) and she just said that she didn't have it.. So she gave us anotner room with 2 litle beds, it was cucarachas (bugs) big ones I saw 5, internet super slow, not smart tv and very old, they don't have parking lot, they have an agreement with the front neighbor that is so rude, so complicated to park.. Beds not confortable, shower very small..
- Hansen (5/5): Lovely host; hot, uncomfortable bedroom. - The house was beautiful and in a good location. The A/C was completely ineffective in cooling the room, it ran all night and never cooled the room below the 80s Farenheit. I think the room being upstairs and not insulated was the reason. This made it really difficult to sleep at night. This was the only issue I had with the property, everything else was great.
- Julianne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely clean, quiet and beautiful. Nothing.
- Tom (9/5): Superb - The (present) staff was very kind and made delicious breakfast everyday. The room was super clean and light and the vibe around this place is super calm. We slept really well here. Check-in was a bit chaotic, we believe that the woman who checked us in wasn't running the B&B as she didn't know a lot of things. Staff other than the kind woman who made us breakfast and made our rooms was never present so nobody spoke English and could explain us a bit about the town.
- Laura (8/5): Very good -
- Amber (10/5): Casa de Zari is a quaint and comfortable B&B, beautifully decorated and friendly welcoming staff. - The location was excellent - close to downtown and the boardwalk. There were coffee shops and dinner places close by. Loved the B&B vibe and the host and staff were always welcoming and helpful with questions we had. No complaints from us.
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful hosts. Beautiful room, delicious breakfasts. Felt at home right away.
- Mareike (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about Casa de Zari! The house and the room had so much charm, it's super quiet and the hosts were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was very good and it was just a short walk to the center.
I would highly recommend staying there when visiting Campeche. It was just perfect!
- christian (10/5): Best experience in mexico - Great family, very welcoming, very close to all, private , no tourist trap, relaxed and very classy style. The main house is a beauty . All comfort but did not lose the flair. If you want to see all but in a private environment? This is the place. If one thing could be added? A simple suitcase rack.
- Judy (8/5): Very good -
- Leslie (10/5): We would definitely stay there again for our next trip. - The staff and owner. Friendly and extremely pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were lovely home cooked meals. We loved the historic architecture and decor. As a small B&B, it was perfect for our stay.
- Bennasir (10/5): - El lugar es muy agradable, excelente la atención, es un lugar ideal para ir a descansar solo considerar que no está cerca del centro y zona turística.
- Frederic (9/5): Go, enjoy and rest. - The house is remarkably well maintained. The rooms provide all the facilities you need. Quiet and peaceful place close to the center and the lady of the house is super nice! Nothing
- Jack (9/5): Superb -
- Manuel (9/5): Very pleasant boutique hotel - Very accommodating staff
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - It's hard to know where to start! The house.is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Our room was beautiful,, too, breezy and cool, with a comfy bed.. Ellie, who cooked our breakfasts, was delightful. She called taxis for us when my Spanish proved to be inadequate. She also kept our room and the whole house and courtyard pristine. Her giggle will be one of my best memories of Campeche. The location was very convenient for exploring the charming city. Nothing.
- Louise (10/5): A brief step back in time. Loved our brief stay - Amazing history, quirky architecture. We loved everything
- Christine (10/5): Beautiful, traditional Campeche house. - Everything was perfect.
Friendly, welcoming hostess.
Stylish but traditional Campeche house.
Spotlessly clean and comfortable bedroom.
Beautiful garden.
Large, tasty breakfast with coffee ad lib.
Easy walk to the centre of the old town and the malecon.
We loved it and would recommend and stay again. Everything was lovely. Just book it!
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Van (8/5): Nice stay but this place has some room for improvements - Our room and the house has authenticity
The lady making the breakfast was very nice and good Very impersonal: it’s like a airbnb where there is in the morning somebody making you breakfast.
No drinks or coffee: this place lacks some hotel facilities. They have no honesty bar or coffeemachine, which makes it a bit weird in the evenings: you come back after dinner and you have no possibility to have a drink or so (while they have a very nice garden, patio!)
Location is 500 m too far from the Center.
- Linda (9/5): Great stay, warm and inviting! - Breakfast was delicious and prepared to order, great selections. No problems to report
- Alexandros (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked how spacious it was and the service overall, from the check-in to the breakfast and the cleaning. Also the breakfast was very tasty!
+1 for politeness
- Marco (9/5): A lovely spot in Campeche - Friendly and really helpful staff, the rooms were AWESOME, the breakfast really delicious. We felt like at home, thanks everyone! nothing to say
- Gretchen (9/5): We enjoyed ourselves. We are an older (mid-70s) couple who love Mexico. Campeche is interesting. - The staff was really the best part of our stay. They were quite patient with us and our requests. They helped us to organize a birding trip into the biosphere reserve that was just terrific!
The location is good...about 10 minute walk to central plaza.
They gave us very good advice on dining options, as well as things to see and do in the city. We ended up ordering breakfast every AM. Only the continental breakfast is included in the room price. This was a bit of a surprise to me, but not much of a problem as prices for more hearty breakfasts were reasonable. Also, the neighbors behind Casa de Zari have a dog that barks too much...not the fault of Casa de Zari, but a bit of an annoyance.
- Swann (10/5): Why stay anywhere else. Sweet Campeche authenticity. - Lovely breakfast, lots of choices. Plush bedding/towels. Great water pressure in a spacious shower. Clean and comfortable. A little far from town center but a pleasant walk. Great host. Beautiful common space with lots of great books. Would come back again and again. I didn't like that I had to leave!
- Diana (7/5): Good - My husband has trouble walking, so the location was not good for us
- Julian (9/5): Superb -
- Beril (10/5): Good place to stay - The lodging was great. The breakfast was excellent, a/c was good and staff were welcoming. The location is a walk from the Center, but that could be a plus as there was less noise.
- Carole (9/5): Cute and friendly b&b - Cute B&B close to the old town of Campeche. So welcoming, with a tasty breakfast included. We enjoyed cooking off in the small pool after a long morning in the heat.
- Harvey (9/5): Exceptional food; wonderful people; very comfortable - The two exceptional things were the people - those who work there and the family that owns it - and the amazing breakfasts. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them for a week - they are all kind, generous, helpful and interesting. Meeting other travelers at breakfast was a bonus. For breakfast we had poached eggs (technique they learned at a French cooking school); pancakes made with organic oat flour; and (among other things) incredible breakfast quesadillas you won’t find anywhere else. Although it’s a somewhat boring walk to centro, it turns out that the best restaurant in town is just a 2-minutes walk in the other direction. Our room was very comfortable. If we returned to beautiful Campeche we would stay here again.
- Sarahstarks90 (8/5): Very good -
- Kristy.m (10/5): Don't hesitate to stay at Casa de Zari B&B - The facilities are outstanding. Loved the kind staff, comfortable atmosphere, and lovely breakfast. The pool and lounge are so serene. Wonderful slice of comfort in a historic home.
- Anna (7/5): Nice building - The building is lovely Our room was above the jacuzzi and the stairs are very steep, especially with luggage. The room is described as deluxe but it has saloon style doors to the toilet so there is no privacy. The aircon unit was noisy and kept us awake and then the dogs started barking. The B&B is a fair distance from the old town and the walk could challenge some people. We have travelled to lots of different regions in Mexico and don’t think the B&B is particularly good value and is definitely not deluxe
- Amélie (9/5): Very central location, the house and the rooms were very clean and everything was there which is needed. They also have -
- Evan (10/5): Beautiful building with fantastic staff who will make you feel like family! - What a cool building! Breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room steps from the rooms. The staff was so friendly and worked with our limited Spanish. There is even a tiny gift shop we bought presents from for our friends. We’re definitely coming back. Hot water can be a bit spotty, but that’s normal for a lot of Mexico.
- Ralitsa (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely nice place with super nice people running it! Sofia and her family did everything for us to feel comfortable and at home! Delicious breakfast and it is close to the center and the Malecon. I highly recommend it!
- Alexandra (6/5): Cute, but can’t recommend. - Beautifully decorated charming old colonial home, with comfortable bed and yummy full breakfast. Breakfast includes coffee, toast, jam, fruit, and eggs of your choice. There are veggie and non-veggie options. Ely was great and super friendly, helpful and cooked a great breakfast! They tidy your room daily while you are out. The little pool was cute and clean. AC and fans work fine, but AC does not get very cold in case that is an issue for you. There is no staff in evenings and this is not explained at check-in. You simply arrive at 4-5pm and there is no one there (unless you are checking in). If you have any needs or questions they are simply not there and can be reached by phone only.
Besides Ely the other staff seemed pretty indifferent. When I arrived (at my scheduled check-in time), it was pouring rain and I called the front desk for a good 10-12 mins and no one answered to open the front door. I had to go out and get soaking wet to ring the doorbell. Thankfully a staff did open right away, but when I mentioned the phone she gave an indifferent apology and said she didn’t hear it ring. The phones were inches away from where she was sitting...This was the attitude about most things.
As others have mentioned the B&B is a good 15 min walk to where the tourist action is. There are no restaurants immediately close to the hotel, and nothing is offered at Casa de Zari in the evenings. It could be a good fit for a couple or small family looking for absolute quiet and that doesn’t mind walking or driving farther for things.
Although it’s just as beautiful as the pictures I the hotel is ultimately not a great value for the price. Without better customer service I couldn’t recommend Casa de Zari to a friend.
- Ninya (10/5): a lovely base from which to explore Campeche - lots of history, character, personal touches and the little pool in the lovely garden nothing
- Tomislav (10/5): Enchanted - This is one of those places that charm you and make you wish that you could stay longer. Everything is done with so much attention to details, good taste, and love. My room was in the garden at the first level, right above the whirlpool – it was small but so well appointed, washed by natural light, views of the garden, neighborhood roofs and gardens, mango trees, with super comfortable bed and supplied with everything that one might need. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was super-delicious. The dining room and the rest of the house is worth your time. While the B&B location is outside of the strict center, the walk to the center is about 10 minutes and you go through nice and interesting neighborhoods. Campeche is a small city, slow and somewhat sleepy and this is how it is meant to be enjoyed. The parking can be arranged, but also there is enough street parking next to the B&B NA
- Diego (10/5): Great stay in Campeche - The stay at Casa de Zari was really good. We loved our hosts and we loved the concept and the stay at the house. The owners are very hospitable, friendly and well educated. Would definitely come back when time permits.
- gary (8/5): A good deal - Very good place on a residential street. Steps to room are a bit irregular. Solicitous hostesses. Barroom doors on toilet. Room is drafty, but pretty quiet anyway. Trouble getting hot water. Overall a good deal.
