• Michael (10/5): A beautiful flat in an amazing location, we would not hesitate to stay here again! - The flat was so comfortable, we felt right at home from day one. The location was incredible, metro, cercanías and bus stops were all just a few minutes walk away. The neighborhood has amazing shops and restaurants that are away from the usual tourist attractions. Housekeeping was courteous and thorough. The only improvement would be adding basic cooking items. There was plenty of cookware, but no pantry essentials like oil or simple seasonings. We were able to buy these easily at the market, but it would be helpful to have them available in the kitchen.

We have to move all the mattresses and lkids to the living room which is noisy and there is no way to avoid the light in the morning. The support staff was kind but the company didn't offer us to move to another apartment nor refund any money. We have to move our kids to a friend's house.

• Bill (7/5): Central apartment but needs serious work - Clean and relatively quiet Bathroom is dangerously designed requiring a step on to the slope of the bath to exit the shower. There are no towel rails and minimal storage space. The basement bedroom has brick dust raining down from the ceiling and power points are on opposite side of the room to the bed. The stairs are steep and narrow. No tea was provided or milk.

Tuvimos que cambiar de apartamento siendo este segundo menos cómodo al tener una cama doble no demasiado grande donde tuvieron que dormir dos adultos. El contratado inicialmente tenia dos camas individuales. Se trataba de un duplex.

The system wasn't working, we were able to call and get someone to manually enter our information so we could retrieve the key cards. Took about 20 minutes.

We couldn't figure out how to get in through 1st door and she was sitting behind a windowed office watching us and never got up to help. Then we couldn't figure out where our room was and she rolled her eyes when she had to get up again to POINT to the direction of the room. She was extremely rude and not helpful.

As We were just 3 adults we prefer the bedrooms to be a bit bigger with proper windows. The apartment is clean but tired, especially the bathrooms.
