• Holly (9/5): Lovely location, lovely managers. - Great location, lovely room, carefully chosen decor. On one afternoon and evening, there was a strong solvent odor in the hall and in the 4th floor room. Likely was unavoidable, but caused headache. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

• Anna (7/5): - Lokalizacja względem dostępu do plaży, do centrum daleko, chodniki tragedia aby ciągnąć bagaże. Kontakt był ale tylko przez booking. Było czysto. Blisko market. Mam mieszane uczucia co do tego obiektu. Hotelem bym go nie nazwała, bo po 17 trzeba było samemu się meldować korzystając z kłódki z kodem. Przez caĺy pobyt z nikim nie miałam kontaktu. W podstawowym wyposażeniu brakowało kawy czy też cukru, herbata była. Straszny smród z kanalizacji w łazience. Obiekt wymaga remontu, odpadająca tapeta czy popękane płytki. Dostaliśmy grube kołdry gdy gorąco i wilgotno. Ręczniki na wymianę na zewnątrz ale jak chcieliwmy skorzystać były tylko małe. Szczerze, nie zatrzymałabym się tam raz jeszcze.

• Alexandra (9/5): Ausgezeichnete Lage - großes Zimmer - Sehr gute Lage - direkt am Strand und ein kleines Restaurant genau nebenan. Weitere Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Großes Zimmer, sehr komfortabel, super nettes Personal. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war leider Baustelle, sodass es öfter nach Lack gerochen hat. Das war aber temporär.

• Rudovic Zvanut (10/5): - I had the best stay ever at the Gala hotel. 🫶🏻 Came here from Osaka after the intensive karate trainings (6 hours a day) and this was the perfect place to recover and relax. Placed right at the beach in a calm area, just far enough (half an hour walk) from the crazy city centre packed with herds of tourists. The bed was super comfortable and I have never ever had a bathroom this big in all of my stays in Japan and I am coming here for 10 years. There is a 24/7 grocery store 3 min walk away and so is the coin wash so everything you need is just there. The staff is super kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

• Tatiana (10/5): Great place, surely come back here. - Perfect location: near the beach and Naminoue shrine. 15 minutes from Naha Bus station and asahibashi station. Huge supermarket AEON in 2 minutes (where you can use a microwave). Very quiet BUT we stayed here in winter - not in the top season. Large clean room with very comfy beds (also fridge, hot water in a shower/bath). WiFi connection is good for a vacation (around 36/36 mbps), but if you need a high speed connection you have to think about this place. Also there is no microwave in a room, be ready to visit AEON for it))

• Maggie (9/5): Comfortable and super clean accommodation in good location. - Comfortable and super clean accommodation in good location. Although we had no personal contact to the hotel management, everything was explained and prepared perfectly. Also, due to ongoing facade/roof refurbishments (windows were protected with plastic material, but could be opened), that were not disturbing at all, we received a cookies present that we thought was very nice and considerate. Thank you very much for it! Koji of Nijiiro Café next door offers delicious fresh dishes. We specifically loved the clam chowder and mango curry. :-)

• Jorge (9/5): Kurze Aufenthalt vor einem Strand in Naha. - Es gibt einen Strand ein paar Minuten vor dem Hotel. Der Aussicht vom Fenstern des Zimmers war sehr schön. Das Badezimmer hat ein elektronisches Bidet. Wir bekam Schampus, Spülung, Duschgel, Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, einen Kamm, einen Rasierer. Die Dusche hat einen starken Wasserdruck. Die Betten waren bequem. Nicht zu weit vom Flughafen und etwa einen Kilometer von der Station des Einschienenbahns. Das einzige, dass es mir nicht gefallen hat, ist dass, das Hotel keinen Umzug hat. Es ist ein altes Gebäude, ohne Umzug. Das Hotel befindet sich ein bisschen weit vom Stadtzentrum.
• Uchida (10/5): 控え目に言って最高です。あのような立地で、リーズナブルな値段で、ケチをつける人がいるのでしょうか？スタッフの方ともとても気持ち良いやり取りが出来ました。心より感謝申し上げます、ありがとうございました‼️ - ロケーションがとにかく最高です。目の前がビーチであること、コンビニやレストランが近くにあること、また駅やバス停も近くて、車がなくても全く問題ありません。部屋も清潔感があり、プライバシーが確保されていて、満足しかありません。29泊させていただいたのですが 強いてあげるなら、電子レンジがあったらなぁ…と思うくらいでした。でもそれもコンビニやスーパーには置いてあるので、困りはしませんでした。パックご飯を食べるときに、そう思った程度です。

• Dedenise (7/5): Ok per una notte di passaggio - Il check in in autonomia è stato facile e veloce. La stanza era pulita. Eravamo al 4° piano senza ascensore, se avessimo avuto i bagagli pesanti sarebbe stato molto complesso e faticoso. Non affaccia sulla spiaggia e basta, c'è anche una grande superstrada che passa proprio sul mare.

• akiko (7/5): 徒歩10秒で海！連泊素泊まりに最適！ - 娘と二人旅でした。ご飯や遊びは周辺で楽しむ予定だったので気軽に素泊まりできてよかったです。徒歩10秒で海なのも、そのまま部屋に帰ってゆっくり着替えなどができてよかったです。徒歩圏内にスーパーやコインランドリーもあって便利でした。 特になし。素泊まりで連泊する人はコストも抑えられてよかったです。

• chiba (7/5): 良かった。 - 建物は90年代くらいと思うが、ホテル入り口はオートロックにしてあり、外出が容易である。 立地はビーチと波上宮が近く観光ができた。また、イオンマックスバリューが近いので食材、飲料の調達が容易 レジャー目的、素泊りで利用するには十分 しいて言えば、アメニティでスリッパは使い捨ての物を準備してあればさらに良いかと。（清潔感）

• Wen (7/5): Overall it was good stay. - It's very close to the beach, and there's a supermarket just two minutes away. However, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Kokusai-dori Street. The smell of sewage.

• Kwok (7/5): Overall it was good for costs savings as rooms are comfortable and clean. - Don;t expect luxury but for the price it was good value. The hotel has total of 4 storeys and no elevator in the hotel. However the reception man was kind enough to carry our luggage up for us. Check in and check out was a smooth easy process. No housekeeping unless you pay extra but they will provide fresh change of towels everyday. Would be nice if the staff at least clears the garbage bin instead of guests having to put the garbage bag outside the room
• Alisa (9/5): Amazing ocean view! - The ocean view from this hotel is amazing! I could see the beach right from my window. The owner is very friendly and always responds quickly to any questions on Booking.com Chat. That night, my hairdryer didn’t work, and the owner replaced it for me the next morning. The bathroom is a bit old, and there’s no elevator, but that wasn’t a problem for me. The bed was soft and very comfortable—I slept so well! I also enjoyed a warm bath both nights. The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, so I could hear people on the stairs and in the nearby rooms when they came back at night.

• Mika (8/5): We had a lovely stay - The location was perfect. Walking distance (30 seconds) to the beach and the view from the room was great. Where the hotel is located - because it was near the beach, couldn't catch a train there, although it only took 30min via bus and walking, with 2 kids it was interesting. It also did not have any elevators and we travelled with a pram so it became a nuisance. However we were there for only 3 nights and the staff were really helpful.

• Nick (3/5): Security was not taken seriously. Worst situation I've had in 15 years of travel. - The beach view out the front window was very nice. A view wasn't worth it by a long shot though... as you'll read about what I didn't like. There was belligerent and abusive guests staying on the same floor as us. We could hear them scream at each other for about 3 hours our first night. The hotel owner acknowledged the problem when we reported it, but did nothing about it the first night but issued them a warning. The second night, it happened again, this time with the man yelling and the women's screams broke our heart when the disruptive guests started hitting each other at 2am. Knowing this, we left for a new hotel first thing on our 3rd day of a 4 day pre-payed stay. We have not received a refund yet for the nights we chose to leave early due to this...but it was worth it to us to check out and double pay to stay somewhere else to avoid the unsafe situation that the owner appeared to care little about. Booking com at least should not reward this lack of security and refund us our 3rd and 4th nights. Honestly, this was the single most traumatizing stay I've had after 15 years of traveling. The owners did nothing two nights in a row. After several guests complained!! No calling the police, no kicking the abusive party out of the hotel. No refunds when we're close to leave when they choose to do nothing. Nothing. What a shame.
• Miho (10/5): Best location in Naha City - The location was awesome, close to CBD, beach, a supermarket and the airport. The beach was in front of our room and we could see people enjoying swimming and a cruise ship was coming and going. The bathroom was large. It was a spacious room with nice lighting. Since the room was in 4th floor, the view was great. However there was no lift and it was difficult to carry a heavy luggage to 4th floor. I also wanted to have more coat hungers and a microwave.
