- Latisha (10/5): LTL stay - Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. I like the space built-in for luggage. Great location near several food/ store options. We were in town for Louder than Life and it was an easy drive to the festival grounds. The staff was very helpful at check in.

- Tomasz (6/5): Average - We stayed in Aloft many times, and all together I like those hotels, and the smart layout of their rooms, so I was very surprised to experience what we experienced in Aloft East Louisville. The room was wore out, furniture had scratches in the surface, but that wasn’t the reason for negative opinion. We left a blanket behind, and called the hotel right after we left, we were told to call the next morning, so we did, spoke to a lady, she never called back, we left a few messages - no response, nothing!!

- Camie (10/5): - We arrived very late with our dogs in tow. Check in was fast, the room was cold, and the shower was great. We all slept extremely well after a 15 hour drive from Texas on our way to WV. Would definitely stay again.

- Jeanne (6/5): - Pro—Bed was comfortable. Cons—The room lacked sufficient lighting for reading unless in bed. There was only one light switch for the bathroom area. If you turned the bathroom light on, the light over the sink shone into the bedroom area. The light in the toilet room illuminated the bed area through a frosted glass panel so you ran the risk of waking up your sleeping partner if you got up to go to the bathroom during the night. Big shower BUT you got soaked trying to adjust the water temp as the door was to the far right so you had to be in the shower under the shower head when turning on the water—not a good design. Closet was an open area but not deep enough for hangers so it was a post about 8-9 inches—couldn’t hang too many pieces of clothing. Free Breakfast was not available. Room was small. We won’t be staying at a Loft again.

- nateb587 (10/5): Service and Rooms are Great - Really friendly service with very clean rooms and facilities. They celebrate their locale with artwork and fun touches. Plus, lots of fun extras. A nice pool, courtyard, pool table, lots of games round out a full wxperience. Breakfast was fast and tasty, too.

When we contacted the front desk they showed another room that had the same issue. The hotel knew about the issue and put us in an unacceptable place anyway. Will not return

- christine (6/5): - Convenience to our site. Nice bed and good size of room. The room faces the busy road and it was extremely Noisy til late in the evening which went on til 3 r 4 am. There was no sound machine and the insulation was insufficient. The bathroom shampoo and soaps were nice The evening staff were decidedly unwelcoming and that was odd and in stark contrast contrast to the morning and daytime staff. Not sure I would revisit.
