- Marly (2/5): - They don’t know how to clean when I entered the room the bed line was so dirty me the bathroom all wet also is was a razor as someone use just before we enter. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. There are others with better conditions at the same price. It’s a DON’T
- SAFIZA (6/5): - The level of hygiene is low, especially in the toilet area. lack of facilities in the toilet and the walls and doors are not repaired properly. the cleanliness of the toilet floor is not scrubbed as clean as possible. no place to hang towels and clothes.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The price is right. I would love to book this place since i get the riverview (and the balcony!) compared to other places. But they need to step up on the cleanliness. I found a cheese snack on the side of the bed and the comforter got pen stain. I even found some hair from the previous tenant on the bed. The room is spacious this time and i think i will book the same room next time.

The tv is only 2 channels but i don’t really mind since i’m hooked on laptop. Overall is satisfactory. And i’m grateful the hotel is still open for people like me who is from out of town. I come here to get my first dose vaccine and most probably book the same hotel for my second dose around 8-12 weeks to come.

- Ricardo (6/5): - 1. Floor mat not available and not clean. 2. Comfortable room. 3. 2 bottles of water must be given per day without the need to request and remind by room guest. 4. Quiet room and good for resting. 5. Lightings is adequate for a good night rest. 6. Staffs are new but work hard, especially cleaning staff. When rooms are fully booked, the standard of room cleaning services deteriorate. 7. Exterminates 1 x crocroach during stay. Love the river view and will stay here again during my next visit to Kuching. Please keep up the good work.

Bathroom matt, towel & bed sheet are not that clean to begin with but was not changed when I requested housekeeping (I stayed 4 nights). Bottled drinking water was also not replenished; I had to ask the front desk for it every night. TV in my room was not clear due to busted antenna cable.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Poor condition hotel.Should effort for improvement - I had booked 2 rooms. 1 of teh room is near to lift and another room is at the last of the corner room. wifi at the last corner room is superb weak but wifi near to lift is strong. so better to get a room which is near to lift. The bathroom is very dirty and mossy. 1 of the room's bathroom is smelly. The bedsheets are dirty and stained, seemed like din't change after used by customers before.(forgot to take pic) Towels provided looked dirty. Hair dryer is not enough for customers. Get the turn to use hair dryer at the night before checking out. Should record the borrower of hairdryer before lending. add plugs near to beds. The service to help in keeping luggages is good Although this is a bussiness hotel and not starred hotel, it is still important to maintain the cleanliness (basic service).

- nurul (4/5): Bad experience with place2stay waterfront - I arrived at 2.30pm but im not allow to check in as the room is not ready yet. But in policy the said 2.00pm check in. I have to wait until 3.05pm to check in into my room. And i asked for late check out at 1pm as refund. But the staff said they follow the policy n i have to check out at 12. But i am wondering, if they follow the policy, they should prepare my room at 2pm not 3pm. And the room.is not properly ready for the guess.

- jack (4/5): good location inn the city radius. - my experience at room no 233 need to improve about the cleanness the glass wall of bathroom because so dirty and water outlet drain so slow almost get flooded in the floor. Tv signal also get lost every 2 minutes, i dunno maybe the tv or decoder got problem. Air condition also got blowing the dust.Room service also not collect rubbish in dustbin everyday since im stay 5d4n.

- jax (8/5): Nice budget hotel - For muslim traveller, halal food is within walking distance to moms laksa petanak and kings curry. You may walk to waterfront or padungan too. Minus : towels are yelowish and worn out. Unadvidable to walk alone at night esp for women.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible staff terrible service - Avoid this hotel!!! I booked 1 triple room for my parents (50 yrs old and above). However, the cashier asked my parents to pay for the room even though I already paid the full amount in Hotels.com. After my parents told me this issue, I called to the hotel, the staff answered me rudely, they asked me what I want from them? Of course U want them to refund my money that they charged to my parents. They somehow told me that my parents aren't complain any thing when they paying. How funny is this? The staff already have the booking vouchers but still ask my parents to pay. Until today still no representative from the hotel call me as promised. So I decided to call them again, but the same cashier told me this is already old issue why still bring it on? I was mad, because they are the one who keep ignore my request. All i want is my refund! Now i still have to wait for their manager to call me to tell me when they will refund to me. Will never come back again!!!!
