- Haesook (8/5): - Unfortunately, my room was located near the lift and group of foreigh tourists were making loud noises in the hall which made me woke up during the middle of the night. Obviously, not the fault of hotel but growing number of tourists with inappropriate behaviour.

- Oya (9/5): We loved this hotel. Perfect place to stay! - It was very close to the Haneda airport. Very cleans and staff were kind and helpful. I love the pjs, it was great having a pair os pijamas for each of us. Everything was great!

There were no hotel shuttles offered in the mid afternoon, so I took the train.

- Catalina (10/5): Muy conveniente para estancia cerca al aeropuerto - Es muy fácil el traslado desde el aeropuerto de Haneda, en mi caso no usé la opción de traslado que ofrecía el Hotel pues no se ajustaba a mi horario pero el staff del hotel me explicó cómo usar el tren y la estación está a un par de cuadras, así que muy bien incluso viajando con maleta de bodega.

Some of them were but when we got there early, I knew we wouldn't be able to check in and ask if we could leave our bags and he just grunted which I thot was very rude. Others gave us maps which I thot was helpful.

- rémy (9/5): Bon hotel , bien situé à proximité de l'aéroport - Proche de l'aéroport d'Haneda, , très bon petit déjeuner ( se rendre dans l’hôtel principal, pas de restaurent dans West Wing), accès facile par le train, la station Anamori-Inari se trouve 3-400m de l’hôtel. Navette de l’hôtel uniquement disponible le matin. Partant un soir j'ai pris le train pour me rendre a l'aéroport, mais le transfert a été rapide. Disponibilité navette le soir

- SAYURI (8/5): 泊まって良かった - スタッフの対応が心地良く、お部屋もきれいに整えられていて、清潔感を感じが良かったです。それに私は部屋の匂いに敏感な方で、ホテルに泊まる時はここが心配な点。でも不快な匂いがなく、部屋もゆったりとしていて、とても居心地が良かった。あとは羽田空港まで無料シャトルバスがあったのもうれしかったです。今回、利用しなかったですが、朝にパンとドリンクの無料サービスがあるのもステキだなと思いました。 部屋から見える景色。都会だから仕方ないことなんだと思いますが。
- Manuel (8/5): - Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet gefallen, das im Nachbarhotel (2 min Fußweg) angeboten wird. Hier gibt es eine Mischung aus Kontinentalfrühstück (Rührei, Würstchen, Toast etc.) und japanischem Essen (Miso Suppe, große Auswahl an Fisch etc.) Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, auch wenn japanische Hotels allgemein kleine Zimmer bieten. Mit zwei Personen, die viel Gepäck für einen langen Japan Urlaub haben, gab es kaum bis wenig Platz. Ein Schrank oder Regale wären hilfreich statt den geöffneten Koffer unter dem Bett lagern zu müssen und bei Bedarf vor/zurück zu ziehen.

- hoshina (4/5): ダニかトコジラミに噛まれたこと以外は良かったです。 - 出迎えがあり、そこで施設の説明をしていただきました。丁寧でとてもわかりやすかったです。 ラウンジの飲み物が無料で飲めること、朝には数量限定でパンが食べられること。とてもパンが美味しかったです。 友人と二人で泊まったのですが、ベッドで寝ているとダニかトコジラミ（おそらくダニ。友人曰くトコジラミらしい）に噛まれてしまい、せっかくの旅行ががっかりする結果に。JALという信頼できるブランドでしたし、他のサービスが良かったからこそ、悲しかったです。

She was the one who wouldn’t let us check in at 14.59! Room tiny and not enough space to put more than one suitcase. Air conditioner not working. No bottled water!
