I would tell my friends about their hospitality of the staff, Ms. August & Ms. Yi Min as they always make and keep the rooms clean, tidy and cozy space everyday. All the time we arrived back from outside just felt like that accommodation was our own home. Thank you for the best services and the outstanding staff in there. See you again.

The breakfasts were plentiful and varied, with international choices (Myanmar, Indian, Chinese) and friendly staff. Large swimming pool surrounded by plants and sun-shaded seating areas as well as a well-equipped gym. Good location opposite Inya Lake and near a good shopping mall.

737issaha (10/5): Amazing experience - The hotel is at a very good location with about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is very safe to lodge in this hotel. I have had splendid welcoming experience from the workers and it took me few minutes at the reception to be taken to my room. The rooms are big enough, standard washrooms, well kept, comfortable beds. Tv is working where you can catch up with local and international news channels, football experience particularly English Premier league and European Champions league. The internet is good and I could connect multiple devices. The housekeepers are amazing one of the outstanding housekeepers is Auguster responsible for 6 floor. She was so professional and showed positive attitude at all times. Good and variety of food at the restaurant with excellent attendants. In my apartment, I could cook from my kitchen.

JLEESingapore (8/5): Spacious Apartment Hotel, Good Location - This hotel used to be MiCasa, but was recently renovated and rebranded as Mercure, under Accor group of hotels. So, the rooms are apartments, which means they are spacious and properly equipped for long-term stays. My wife and I stayed in the One Bedroom Studio King, and it was very comfortable, with all the typical amenities provided for. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, with some Burmese dishes and the typical American breakfast items. In terms of location, the hotel is just an 8-min grab ride to the nearest mall (Myanmar Plaza; Central Boulevard is nearer but has much less choices), and about 20-mins ride to/from the airport (or town). I would highly recommend this hotel for longer stays. [Aside: There is a money-changer in Myanmar Plaza. Good rates for USD to Kyats]

Every time I return to the room, I always find the bed neatly made, with the sheets so smooth that there's not a single wrinkle. The desk is wiped spotlessly clean, and even the dust in the corners has been carefully removed. The bathroom is especially clean and bright, with toiletries arranged in perfect order. Her conscientiousness and attention to detail make the entire living environment extremely comfortable, and such dedicated service brings a special sense of warmth. I sincerely appreciate her efforts.

They clean the room everyday and fulfilled every single needs we demanded. Auguster is kind and helpful she always put on a smile in her face and observed we will need an aircon cover and provide it for my kids. Her Fellow colleagues Kyaw Zaw，Zarchi and Myo Min are all polite and friendly. Overall we are happy with our stay at Mercure.

I stayed at Mercure Hotel Kaba Aye recently, and honestly, it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed — nothing over the top, just simple and comfortable, which is exactly what I appreciate. The hotel itself is in a nice, calm area away from the noise, but still easy to get around. What really made the stay special was the people. The staff here are truly next level. I want to give a very special shout-out to August — she was amazing from the moment I arrived. Super friendly, always checking in to see if I needed anything, and genuinely just a good person to talk to. He made a big difference in how welcomed I felt. Also big thanks to Myo Min Thein, Kyaw Zaw, Zar Chi, and Wai Hein Khaing — everyone was kind, respectful, and helpful throughout. You guys made the stay feel less like a hotel and more like staying with friends. Would definitely come back the next time I’m in Yangon. Thanks again to the whole team!

As a Malaysian who have been staying this hotel nearly one year, all I can say is this is maybe the best hotel you can get in Yangon because of several reasons. The Hotel is good enough. Parking space is sufficient. The location is strategic and Myanmar Plaza is nearby (you can just walk). Hotel is clean. But during rain the roads nearby might traffic jam. And Mosquito can be a problem during rainy season but it's manageable . The WiFi is fast and stable. The Micasa cafe is a good place to eat. Lots of choice for breakfast and in room dining especially Halal food. The staffs are all friendly and good at maintaining professionalism .They are helpful and friendly .Their English is very good. Shared stories with them a lot. The Gym is good enough. All the equipment are well maintained by the staff. And she is kind enough to offer assistance. The pool is ok and clean but will get crowded especially during festive and weekend. The receptionist, admin, security, driver, bell boy they are all professional and friendly. They are helpful and committed to their job.Thank you to the man helping me about my lost wallet. (I forgot your name sir). The room is well maintained and clean thanks to the housekeeping team. Thank you for making my 5xx and 6xx room clean Ms. Auguster and team (Sorry I forgot your name for my room 5xx). The laundry service is good. They even repair my missing shirt buttons. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Food and Beverage…taste good, fresh and refill whenever needed. Special thanks to GM Mr. Michael, Restaurant Manager Ragan, Executive Chef Nyi Nyi and lovely Mona. There is a walk-in closet for the travellers with many luggage. The room service is terrific. My room keeper is Auguster and Kyawcaw. They are very nice people. Always clean the room carefully and get my stuff orgnized. Whenever I needed anything, they respond promptly.

M. (10/5): Exceptional hospitality - The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large with necessary facilities like fridge, microwave, laundry machine. Water was refillable at the Lift area The bed was very comfortable Unfortunately I didn't take a dive in the pool...which looked so clean and pristine. The receptionist, Htet as well, Phyo, the manager were very helpful. The receptionist assisted me in making telephone calls to my spa...as I didn't have a local Simcard, neither could I speak Burmese. The lady manager also allowed my late checkout. My appreciation to the nice room service guys from the bar. All in all, everyone was friendly and great in their service. At the bar, I ordered a glass of wine, and it was shockingly so little. It was just about a shot. I have never had such little wine in my wine glass ever before

Minilism (7/5): Friendly Staff and Spacious Rooms, but Needs Updates - The staff at Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, making my stay very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, which was a definite plus. The hotel's location, while not central, is conveniently situated on a main road in Yangon, with a community mall just a 5-minute walk away, offering various dining options. However, there are some areas that need attention. The bed was quite old and too soft for my liking, which affected sleep quality. The furniture in the room is also aged, and the air conditioner had a noticeable unpleasant smell.

This hotel has a group of very delegate team to assist you once you arrive at the hotel. I would like to share my thought and compliment the following members in your organization. 1) When I reached the hotel gate, the security officers. Mr. Ohn Thwin and Aung Myo OO will always greet you and welcome you back. 2) Once you alight from your vehicle , the concierge Mr New Nwe is always ready to greet you with a big smiling face and carry your luggage and lead you to the front desk. 3) At the front desk counter where I check in. Mr. Aung Aye or Mr Phyo Mgmg Ohn are readily to assist me. They knew my prefer room and at prefer floor. E.g.: Always 2 sets of room keys. This little gesture and arrangement which I ready appreciate. a. For Mr Aung Aye, he goes one step further by explaining to me, the current nice place to visit, the country situation and the facilities in the hotel. Which I had already knew, but I appreciate his input and sharing. 4) Mr. Cris Zed from the Banquet is always at your service even he had to attend to many diners. 5) Chef –Mot Myint Myat.(breakfast) Never forget your fried egg preference. Less oil and fried both sides. Once she sees you and with your acknowledgment , she will prepare and serve it to you. a. My biggest applause goes to the House keeping team. Mdm Auguster and Mdm Cinderella (These 2 ladies have a super brain power. They know your preference. Example. Big size bath towel. Extra cloth hangers. And after each housekeeping, your room is as good as fresh. Thank you for your prearrangement during my stay. All the members of the above have made my stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. My comments. The homely kind of welcoming and treatment from Mercure Yangon hotel has made them different from another hotel. This feeling is difficult to describe, but you can feel it. Almost all the staff would greet me whenever we met, and they always took care to ensure there were no inconveniences. Moreover, having Ms. Hsu Myat Khin Khin, who is proficient in Korean, made my stay at the hotel even more comfortable. Once again, I thank all the staff and Ms. Hsu Myat Khin Khin. This hotel is conveniently located near Myanmar Plaza and The Central, making it easy to get to the city center and access the airport. The always well-maintained rooms and delicious breakfast always made me happy. Although I didn't use them, the hotel also offers convenient facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool. If I visit Yangon again, I plan to stay at this hotel.

Barry (9/5): An enjoyable break somewhere to re-visit - Check in very easy staff very helpful organised taxi for me and arranged pick up to airport even though I changed the pick up time the taxi was there and they organised my early morning take-away breakfast and coffee. The room was a very good size and comfortable, the bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom was a good size with a very nice shower. The bar staff at MI Casa were very friendly which created and nice atmosphere. For such a hotel the toilet could of been of a higher quality
