Es lindo pero mis expectativas al ser un hotel NOI y el precio de éste, eran superiores Si bien el servicio es bueno, la calidad de los productos (restaurant, desayuno, otros) no es la mejor. Considerando que los platos son caros, es más conveniente ir a comer a Santa Cruz

• José Miguel (3/5): Una estafa publicitaria. Fotos en booking que engañan. - SOLAMENTE EL ENTORNO Un engaño publicitario aprovechando el nombre NOI. Piso de la ducha quebrado y otros detalles que no son para un NOI. El desayuno…sin comentarios. Los jugos no eran naturales, aunque el rotulado decía “natural”. Se acabó el pan y al pedirlo manifestaron que se iban demorar mucho por que estaba congelado. Verdaderamente muy, muy malo y pobrísimo.
• Marcela (5/5): Cómodo para dormir, con aspectos importantes por mejorar - Las habitaciones son cómodas, confortables y muy agradables para descansar y desconectarse, lo que sin duda es uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel. El personal es amable y tiene buena disposición; sin embargo, se percibe que no es suficiente ni está completamente preparado para el nivel de huéspedes, lo que termina afectando la atención, aunque claramente no de forma intencional. En cuanto a los aspectos a mejorar, la mantención general del hotel es deficiente. Se observa falta de mantenimiento en distintos espacios, presencia de polvo y telarañas, lo que impacta negativamente en la experiencia. Además, el frigobar cuenta con poco stock y el bar ofrece una limitada variedad de vinos y espumantes, muchos de ellos sin la temperatura adecuada, lo que se traduce en un servicio que no está a la altura de lo esperado. Finalmente, considerando que se trata de un hotel de la cadena NOI, no se logra reconocer la experiencia ni el estándar que caracteriza a la marca, lo que genera una brecha importante entre las expectativas y la realidad. Con mejoras en mantención, gestión y capacitación, el hotel podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho más acorde a su nombre y categoría.

Sobrevalorado - La verdad lo único que valió la pena fue la habitación que si era cómoda, pero de la puerta hacia afuera no me gusta nada, falta de mantención, falta preocupación que clientes queden sorprendidos por ser un NOI creo que es es peor que he visitado Tienen botellas de vino como decoración como si fueran de viñedos pero en vez de polvo tenían telas de arañas y eso es preocupación Dependencias muy abandonadas, querer almorzar o cenar y no tengan cervezas en stock y digan esas no las puedo vender porque están reservadas y eran cervezas botellas sin ninguna maravillas , no me gustó haber pagado casi 100.000 extra por una pensión media ósea cena incluida y al momento de realizar mi checkout me dijieron lo que consumi en restaurant no era parte de la cena que estaba incluida y me cobraron extras sin saber nada Mala experiencia en ese sentido

We booked dinner in Santa Cruz (and they arranged transportation for us) but after having breakfast there, we should have eaten there! It was great. This place is a quaint, hidden gem!

Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis e o banheiro bem limpo, mas ponto negativo é a falta de zelo, garrafas de vinhos no restaurante todas sujas de poeira o que poderia ser um sinal de decoração na verdade transmite falta de higiene e cuidado.

• seanh493 (10/5): Relaxing, great location - Excellent hotel. Yes it’s a little outside of Santa Cruz but you know that when you book! Reception very happy to arrange taxis to go anywhere. Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do more to help. Some don’t have very good English but why should they? Try a bit of Spanish or use Google translate. Food was great. Accommodation was fab, great place to relax. Would highly recommend
• JoelleWarren (8/5): Comfortable and friendly hotel from which to explore the Colchagua wine region - Quiet location outside Santa Cruze, Noi Blend offered us a warm welcome, beautiful room and good breakfast. We enjoyed lunch here but didn’t try dinner. Contrary to other reviews, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings but agree you needed a car as it was in the middle of the countryside.

• paulwO9282MM (6/5): Ok but we won’t book again - Stayed 2 nights. Location requires transport so no food / bar options within walking distance. As we didn’t have a car our booking included dinner. This was ok but let down by the fact there was only 1 person on duty and we had long waits. Rooms were clean and well maintained but WiFi very patchy and no connectivity in the rooms we had. Staff were friendly but transactional. It’s a pretty place but not a hotel we would recommend.

The majority staff were not as attentive and 'on the ball' as others we encountered in Chile, but we still had a lovely stay. The pool area was a lovely space to chill out and it was always very quiet. The breakfasts were good, but the other meals were 'below par', I wouldn't suggest planning to eat your main meals at the hotel.

Piscina muy agradable e ideal para regrescarte del calor y puedes pedir algo de beber tambien. Desayuno fin de semana mas variedad y frescura que el lunes. Fuimos con paquete de media pension y es un menu con 2 opciones en lugar de poder escoger de la carta como en otros hoteles de Chile. El staff muy amigable y servicial. • ivarjohan (4/5): Dont eat at the restaurant - Charming hotel, not very professional staff, but very local chilean standard. Room is clean and nice. The welcoming was not very good. The receptionist could not speak english. The food at restaurant was not acceptable at all. We had pasta….very not what expected. And ordered hamburger, was not hamburger but some strange fried meat….the waiter seamed embarressed of the quality of food. I would not recomend to eat at the restaurant.

Breakfast & dinner were delicious with freshness and tasteful. Very nice and helpful people working there. As I speak spanish (french and english and my husband speaks Italian) was so great to talk with all the staff. We enjoyed every moment at Noi Blend, Colchagua. See you !! xxx

• Adalberto (8/5): - Lugar muito lindo e com pessoas atenciosas, porem encontramos algumas areas de oportunidade: - No check-in não conseguiram passar meu cartão para segurança (acredito que problemas de comunicacao, seu internet era informado como "oscilante"), porem me permitiram ficar sem fazer este deposito - Quarto tinha no frigobar uma coca-cola aberta, semi-acabada, provavelmente dos hospedes anteriores que não foi limpado antes de nos entregar a habilatcao - Colocamos identificacao que não queriamo que o quarto fosse limpado, porem quando voltamos do passeio o quarto estava arrumado (nossas perteces estavam abertas e por isso não queriamos que fosse acessado o quarto, porem não tivemos nenhum faltante - Na segunda noite o garçom nos serviu um espumante "quente" quando solicitamos que estivesse refrigerado.... depois nos infoirmou que a ozinha ia a fechar, porem informamos para ele que ninguem foi nos tomar o pedido.... pontos para considerar - No checkout não me aceitaram o cartao internacional pre-pago (saldo em dolar) e quando informei que podia pagar em pesos eles informaram que não podiam dar troco, que a conta so podia ser paga em dolar em cartao de credito.... pelo anterior uma conta equivalente de 34000 pesos chilenos tive que pagar 40000 pesos chilenos, ja que não tinha pessos trocados
• Felipe (10/5): Una sorprendente y afectuoso recepción - Si bien hace algunos años me había quedado en este hotel, esta ocasión fue especial ya que fuimos con un grupo de parejas a celebrar un evento especial. El trato por parte de todo el personal fue excelente, la habitación era limpia y de buen tamaño. El desayuno es bastante bueno y hay diferentes opciones. Sin duda, volveré.

Then there was a roof leak and our clothes got wet. Staff was very helpful but we had to move to another room which was not prepared and was cold. The room was even less attractive. Not a destination to go when it rains. The lobby and common area in winter could use more heating. We were all wearing jackets while lounging.

• Pablo (10/5): Super buen hotel para parejas - El personal, el lugar y el entorno hacen de la estadía un relajo total :) Estuvimos 3 noches y cada día fue mejor que el anterior. Tiene acceso a una parte de la viña Estampa, así que se puede caminar por los viñedos. La piscina la teníamos casi para nosotros acompañados del sonido de la naturaleza. Volveríamos de todas maneras! Es un excelente hotel! Peeero nos faltó el factor WOOW para ser un NOI.

O valor é alto para o que é oferecido...o quarto é ok, mas antigo e conservado porém ainda deixa a desejar um pouco a questão da limpeza e conforto. Como ficamos apenas uma noite, isso não nos afetou...mas mesmo assim esperava mais. O jantar esta super bom, mas o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar mesmo. Funcionários queridos e prestativos, como eu disse o lugar era bom mas pelo valor teria que ser muito melhor.

• LAURA (10/5): - The property is charming! the rooms were so peaceful and warm enough for a chilly night of winter. we were a large group of 8 couples and loved to be able to sit by the fire and be treated super nice by our bartender Cesar. we will definitely come back in the future, maybe during summer. if there is one thing i would change would be the coffee. I could not understand why they would have a commercial machine instead of freshly brewed coffee.

But what is also unforgettable, is the Team that give the most friendly and customer driven attention. I am very sorry that I don’t remember their names, but from the team at the reception, the ladies that get your room done, the team at the breakfast and serving at the gardens, all of them so friendly!! I would give them a 10/10!! That I could not stay longer ...
• juan (10/5): - Beautiful scenery and excellent customer service. Very good breakfast buffet. Makes you feel like you are disconnected from the city. Marcelo was extremely helpful. Would definitely return to this gem of a hotel.

Bathroom ceiling was dirty Service didn’t refill minibar A/C unit leaking inside the room Not bad overall but too expensive for the quality. There are better options for the money today in Colchagua
