- 761enab (4/5): Not our favourite - This hotel smells of smoking from the moment you walk in through the door. Our room was really unpleasant for non-smokers. The room was full of furniture which we had to move to put down our futons. There was no cleaning service if you stayed more than one night and we stayed for three...no reduction for that. The outside of the hotel is not appealing. However staff we saw were polite and pleasant. My suggestion to this management is that they reserve some rooms for non- smokers.

- chieko (8/5): ベッドのコンディションがいい - 卓球台があって自由に使えるので楽しかったが、ピンポン玉が弾まない。高いものではないので、こまめにチェックしていいコンディションにしておいてほしい。 10分ほど早く着いたので準備ができていないのは構わないが、直前までショートステイに利用していたのでと言われるとちょっと気分がよくなかった。 お部屋は清潔で、ベッドは硬めのいいベッドだった。
- Cora (8/5): 地點方便，乾衣設備有待改善 - 房間有點老舊但乾淨，有大浴場，免費按摩椅、乒乓球等設施，鄰近網走景點，只需10分鐘便到，非常方便。 唯獨乾衣是一大問題，洗好的衣服乾衣4小時還是乾不透，有部份還是濕的，結果衣服要重洗

- Verified traveler (10/5): レンタカーなら観光地・空港へのアクセス良し - 一泊朝食付きプランでした。部屋も清潔でした。無料コーヒーサービスや漫画コーナーが充実していて飽きませんでした。夕食は網走駅近辺へレンタカーで行きました。少し距離を感じますが、行きたかった観光地へのアクセスで選んだので不満はありません。朝食はバイキングでした。北海道ならではの食べ物も多く、美味しくいただきました。 チェックイン・チェックアウトも待たされることもなく良かったです。

- Krishanthi (8/5): - This hotel was better than expected from the photos. It's an older hotel that is looking a little tired but was clean & functional. The breakfast was very nice & the staff friendly. The location on the hill was quite lovely & close to the museums that we wanted to visit. I would recommend it, so long as you're not expecting a brand new & shiny place.

- Chris (8/5): Peaceful hotel with a nice view. - The hotel was clean and quiet with a friendly staff and a great view it our window. The onsen was bright and inviting with a single large pool and a sauna. There was a free washer dryer available, but it's operation wasn't simple. You'll need a vehicle to take advantage of the surrounding tourist attractions as it's at least a 1km walk to restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was good with a standard selection of Japanese "Western Style" items.
- Shaun (8/5): Hotel with nice views - Nice hotel room, easily slept four on the tatami. Short drive to central Abashiri. Simple, but adequate, Japanese style buffet breakfast
- Al-Net-Olo (8/5): Decent hotel but a little out of the way - You need private transport to get here as it is a little out of the way. We got here at 830pm. All restaurants were closed. Placed was v quiet. Rooms were Japanese style - tatami mats with DIY futons. But we enjoyed the spa. Nothing grand but adequate. Dining wise, it was a short drive to the convenience store down the road. Breakfast the next morning more than made up for it. Only wished the wifi was better. Enjoyed our stay with good memories.
- Dorothy (6/5): Ryokan experience - We took the half board and found that breakfast and dinner spreads mediocre and nothing to boasts about. However, the kitchen staff was very accommodative and did not rush us when we returned late from our tour.
- Dorothy (6/5): Ryokan experience - Is is a 5 min drive from the JR station and only recommended if you have your own transport. We had to take a taxi each time we commute anywhere and that can be expensive. You are better off staying in town if time is an essence
- Verified traveler (4/5): lake view but inconvenient to get to and eat at. - Room had a great view of the lake and was clean and quite spacious if a bit bare and worn. Only essential amenities included in the room. The location is not very accessable unless you are getting to the hotel via car/taxi. Was not told this at check in but dinner was by reservation only and was pointed in the direction of several local eateries followed by the rough taxi price to get there and back which would have cost more than the dinner for two itself. The onsen style spa wasn't very nice. Breakfast was buffet style and a bit on the poor side in terms of quality.
