• Mathilde (6/5): Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix au calme sous les palmiers - La localisation est top. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. L’hôtel est joli et calme comparé à d’autres lieux de l’île. Nous avons aussi pu louer des vélos à l’hôtel pour 100k les deux vélos par jour. Lors de notre arrivée il y avait une blatte dans la salle de bain. Étant donné qu’il avait beaucoup plu de l’eau tombait dans la salle de bain, le lavabo bougeait ainsi que le robinet, le miroir taché, et la douche pareil très tachée au sol. La chambre en elle même allait, la climatisation faisait beaucoup beaucoup de bruit et rafraîchissait pas énormément alors que nous avions mis à 16. La piscine ne rafraîchissait jamais elle était brûlante alors qu’elle est très grande.

• Lora (1/5): Je ne recommande pas - La dame à l’accueil ne parle pas anglais, mais elle est gentille. La chambre n’est pas propre. Taches sur les draps.. Le payement par carte ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais, impossible de se comprendre. J’ai demandé à annuler la réservation de ma deuxième nuit et j’ai dû payer le tarif complet ! Le patron, pas content, a voulu prendre une photo de moi ?!

La doccia aveva una pendenza nella quale rimaneva tutta l’acqua per diverso tempo e faceva sì che tutto il pavimento del bagno rimanesse sempre bagnato. Durante un soggiorno di tre notti non hanno mai svuotato il cestino del bagno e ci hanno dato solamente un rotolo di carta igienica.

• Coline (10/5): - We recommend this accommodation, just a 20-minute walk from the port. We stayed there for 2 nights to visit the Gili Islands. The staff were lovely and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am and the juices are excellent. The room has air conditioning and a safe. The street is quiet, and the pool is superbly well maintained and warm (probably a mixture of chlorinated and iodised water). Further on, you'll find restaurants, a bar, a beach club, a market and shops: everything you need. Thank you for your stay !
• Júlia (2/5): Asquerós - L’únic bo és que el llit era prou còmode. Només arribar, a la recepció no hi havia ningú, pel que vam haver de buscar al personal perquè ens atengués. Quan vam arribar a l’habitació i vam entrar al lavabo, estava ple de formigues només entrar i hi havia 4 paneroles a la dutxa. Asquerós. Li vam dir al noi que ens havia atès i ho va treure amb spray i una escombra. Vam decidir anar a la piscina, però l’aigua estava molt tèrbola i tenia un color verdós. A l’eixugar-nos amb les tovalloles, una estava trencada i l’altra bruta. Vam anar a dir si ens podien canviar la que estava bruta, i ens en van donar una igual de bruta🤣. Més tard, a l’anar a la dutxa, hi havia un munt de formigues mortes (suposo que per l’efecte de l’spray que s’havia tirat abans per matar als altres insectes). A més, a l’anar al lavabo vam veure que no ens havien deixat paper de vàter i tampoc hi havia sabó als dispensadors. No li recomanaria a ningú i, per suposat, no hi tornarem mai més.
• Lucie (5/5): Établissement en mauvais état - Établissement un peu vieillot qui pourrait être bien mieux avec quelques travaux. Nous avons dû changer de chambre 3 fois en raison de cafards dans les chambres, de problème d’évacuation d’eau. Les transat au bord de la piscine étaient tous cassés. La communication avec l’hôte un peu compliquée car il n’était jamais là. C’est vraiment dommage car le principe des bungalows au bord de la piscine est vraiment sympa! Quelques travaux de rénovation feraient vraiment du bien

• Christophe (1/5): i won’t rebook here - Location, breakfast, bed, shower, this was all okay There was a small cute cat which is really friendly. Give him some love if you still go after my review. Staff wasn’t ok. When we arrived for check in, the guy didn’t seem happy already. Or high, no idea. When I paid, it was 729000rp, I gave 730000 so I waited for 1000 back and he said « oh what is 1000? » and didn’t gave anything back. Indeed, 1000 isn’t much, but it’s just the principle. Also, cockroaches in the room. Not their fault, but be ready to have some in the room. And obviously he doesn’t like cats, since he kicks the little cute cat that’s on his place

We arrived really late and the reception got in touch with us and looked after us, which we really appreciated. The room is nice and bed really comfortable. The hotel is a 20’ walk from the harbour but we didn’t mind, you can a always rent bikes with them to get closer to night life Toilet wasn’t clean and it was also really smelly. Breakfast could be improved.

Breakfast was included and the variety and amount of food given was very good! We hired bikes from the property which was a reasonable price and very easy to organise. N/A

• Adam (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff and a nice spacious room which was very clean and had a big bathroom, could also rent bicycles from the hotel which was very convenient The location was a bit far from the main street about a 20 minute walk but only less than 10 minutes cycle
• Brandon (9/5): It’s a good place to stay for a short period of time - The room was really cozy and they had chairs you can sit outside to enioy the stars at night. Breakfast was good too, and the staffs were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Would definitely love to stay again! It’s a bit of walk to the main areas of Gili T, but it’s manageable if you rent a bike. Water pressure was abit low and there were no hot showers, also no small fridge inside the room.
• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - Helpful and attentive owner who helped with everything, laundry, bikes etc (even helped when I had a flat in sorting a new bike). Breakfast was incredible and the salt water pool was a nice addition. Would stay again.
• Chandani (10/5): Little piece of heaven in Gili T - Extremely comfortable room and exceptionally warm staff. We were greeted with some welcome drinks. Tea, coffee was freely available at the reception. Pool was massive and beautiful. The bathroom was really cute with a pathway made of stone slabs and pebbles around. Good breakfast too. A bit inside from the main lane, so you can be a bit away from the beach and restaurants. But if you want some quiet time, this is the place to be.

• Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Calm and tranquil location, great room and great pool! Owner went WAY out of his way to correct an error (that wasn't his fault) A little bit further from town, but it's Gili T so really not all that far.
• Alexandra (5/5): okay for 1/2 nights, but wouldnt stay longer - pool was a good size and pretty, plently of sunloungers, it was saltwater so something to bear in mind. each hut had a balconony with chairs and a drying rack which was nice. location wasn't bad about 10 mins walk to the south side. breakfast was okay. aircon was very good. there was no hot water for the duration of our 4 night stay, and then in the final two nights, no water at all (couldn't even flush toilet). electricity also cut out for hours on the final day. the hygiene of the bathroom felt very poor due to the floor being made of rocks, and walking on the floor made your feet dirty. there was also only a single sheet on the bed. access to the hotel was also quite remote which was quite hard to find initally and no lighting at night.

There was no signage to find the actual hotel. There were no fridges in the room. We had no running water in our showers. The power went out for a long time, and the room got hot. Also the running water I did have in the sink was brown.
• Dean (1/5): Only stay is price is your main concern. - If you want a budget friendly option. Go for this place. Shower barely worked. Water would stop running or be discoloured more than normal for the island. My aircon leaked the whole time. Too far from the action in terms of location.

The bungalows were cute and cozy. The pool was salty and the water pressure in the shower and sink wasn’t the best. Also the ac was sometimes working and sometimes not. Otherwise all good :)

• Agustina (9/5): Recommended! - The place is close to the beach, and the good thing is that you can rent bikes there. The breakfast is delicious! And the staff is helpful. The bungalows are not as they appear in the photos. They have seen better days compared to what is advertised, but they are still comfortable. Honestly, we didn't spend much time there as we were at the beach all day.

• Zoe (9/5): first time in gili t and staying here and i was amazing, i will be staying at this bungalow again - Brekkie was really good, could swim at what ever time you wanted, even got to play our own music when we were by the pool, first bike i got the chain broke but then instanting got another one and problem solved :) over all very happy only thing is a mini fridge would been handy
• Gareth (5/5): We stayed in 6 hotels in Bali and the islands, all of which were better value for money. - The swimming pool was the redeeming feature of the resort. It was a lovely pool which was well looked after. This resort is very rundown, with almost everything needing some care and attention. The rooms are Spartan, with just a bed and a couple of bedside tables, the bathroom finishes meant it was impossible to properly clean and there was no hot water. However the bed linen and the toilet were very clean. The breakfast was adequate at best.

The place is far from the main road and located in a rural area without roads. The room was not cleaned since II WW. For all Italians, like me, please avoid this place if you would have a good place to stay in GT

• Jillian (5/5): Passable - the breakfast was pretty good, portions were okay and tasted fine. the staffs were also very helpful there was a weird noise under the room, i think it was some sort of animal living under the bungalow which made that noise every hour and so which was a bit annoying. the bathroom was open air so it was a bit stuffy and there was a big hole above the shower which did not feel great.

• Anonymous (4/5): Wish I hadn’t booked such a long stay.. - The location was quiet The staff didn’t seem to clean ever (pools, rooms, etc), some of the photos are not the real photos of the accomodation, and the real ones are very outdated. I would not pay to stay here again, there’s many better options on the island in the same price range.
• Mitchell (6/5): Place with potential just a little disappointing. Needs some TLC - Insane breakfast, you get to choose both eggs on toast AND pancakes AND juice, tea and coffee also available all day from reception. Bikes were easy to hire also from them, one wasn’t in the best condition so they changed it for us straight away. Nice pool area, very quiet but central location, ideal to access both sides of the island. Very outdated and feels like the place needs a little love, electric tripped 5 times the whole time we were there, rooms weren’t the cleanest, bathroom was open air so mosquitoes can get into the room when you open the door, the pool turned my girlfriends hair green yet it looked very clean. We stayed 5 nights and they didn’t once clean our room or ask if we wanted it cleaned, also had to ask for new towels, usually wouldn’t bother when staying a shorter time but 5 nights meant we needed too. No running water on our last night and no hot water the whole time we were there. Owner was lovely but the other staff sometimes came across as if they were being a little patronising (could be completely wrong with this just the way we felt). Felt more like glamping than a hotel which I guess is okay but wouldn’t stay longer than a couple of nights.
• Frank (4/5): Not what we were expecting, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone - The staff were lovely, and was away from the main hustle We were disappointed with this property. It has not been up-kept since covid. Pictures on web site are deceiving and mosque noise irritating starting at 5am. sheets on our bed had holes in them, the toilet seats were discoloured greyish looking and bathroom on a whole needs to be re done. someone has painted a ‘green for sale’ on the outside wall and the kitchen the guys prepare the breakfast in would not pass many regulations. Overall not what we were expecting on this property

• Ben (6/5): Pleasant - very comfy beds in the cool Indonesian style bungalows little far from main strip staff friendly. the pool is not described as in pictures it was very dirty and unclean when we arrived many bugs and grime in the pool was very disappointing to see that they never cleaned the pool during our stay which gives us a very mixed review if the pool is maintained everyday as it should be for guests to use then we would maybe stay again but unfortunately not again due to this
• Madeleine (8/5): lovely staff, nice private rooms, a little bit far from town but all-in-all a nice place to stay on Gili T :) - the self-contained bungalows are nice. simple but nice. the staff are really lovely and helpful, and the breakfast is good. it’s also in a super quiet area, which is good because Gili town can get pretty rowdy! the location is a little out of the way, and the pool definitely could’ve used a bit of a clean (I didn’t use it as it was a bit slimy). but other than that, it’s a good place to stay.

• Jirka (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation in walking distance to the main street Gili Trawangan. In the accommodation you can rent a bicycle for a small fee. The price includes a very good breakfast 👌
• Blathain (8/5): great place! - this is nice place to stay. the individual bungalows are nice and spacious even though they are small. each bungalow has an outdoor area which is nice and looks out at the pool. the bathrooms are nice and the beds were comfy! breakfast included was great they give you choice of eggs / pancakes or fruit and juices and they can make it for you from 8am to 12pm, which is good. they also have a laundry service & bike rentals. the staff are so friendly and helpful. it is a little bit from the main beach strip so you will need to rent bicycles to get around. also the air con wasn’t that powerful in one room (we had 3) and then over powerful in another.
