- Sayaka (10/5): Perfect place for a relaxing getaway - Such lovely staff, so friendly and kind. Hotel is surrounded with great bakeries and restaurants. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also very close. The balcony / terrace is lovely in the morning and evening. Beds are SO comfortable. The area is quiet and away from the busy beach area but is easy and cheap to get to by taxi. Great wifi - the suites are perfect if you need to do a bit of work while in Gangneung. Absolutely loved it here.

We stayed in a suite and the upstairs sleeping area can get hot if you do not manage the heat earlier and the beds we not super comfortable but they were actual beds! Parking was onsite under the building but there was also off street parking available. The staff could not have been nicer.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 다시는 안갑니다 - 위치나 주차는 편리한 것 같습니다. 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 좀 나더군요.. 창문열어서 환기를 시키긴 했지만 계속 나기는 났어요. 침구류나 화장실이나 청결 상태는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 방음이 어찌나 안되는지 시끄럽다는 컴플레인을 다른 방으로부터 들었는데 그 부분에 대해 프론트에서의 대처 방법이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 저희가 시끄럽게 소리를 지른것도 아니고 그정도의 방음도 안된다니 소리에 예민하신 분들은 다른 숙박업소을 선택하시는게 나을 것 같네요...
- Verified traveler (8/5): 그럭저럭 보통이었어요! - 금연 더블로 이용했는데 침구는 편안했지만 객실 청결은 아쉬웠습니다! 들어가자마자 담배+환기 안한 쾨쾨한 곰팡이 냄새에 침대 헤드 위 다육이? 화분은 하얗게 먼지인지 뭔지 잔뜩 껴있고ㅠㅠ 호흡기에 안좋을까 내려두려 했더니 고정식이라 옮길 수가 없었어요,, 입실하고나서 외출해서도 창문 열어두고 환기시켰는데 냄새가 안빠져요 냄새에 예민하신 분들은 참고하시면 좋을 것 같아요
