- Lori (8/5): - I stayed for one night, the property is quite old. It looked and smelled clean despite the age, but the bathroom had black hair all over the ground. The rooms were fine for the one night stay I used the hotel for.

- John (10/5): - KC’s Pub which is attached to the Inn has a fantastic menu. The food was outstanding! Extensive menu so plenty of options to choose from. Very nice outdoor patio which we ate on every night. Extremely friendly staff at the Inn and Pub! The rooms are very clean, spacious and the bed was good but not hard enough for me.
- Carol (6/5): Nice but has issues - Room and bed OK, a/C terrible, didn’t cool. There was an awful noise all night long. Sounded like a machine grunting off and on below us. It kept us awake. KC restaurant and bar next door was good. Check in lady was a bit rude but who cares!

I was suprised that I was able to irion my clothes in my room and able to make my own coffee on the morning. The price was right and the service was excellent. Give them a try you wont be dissapointed

Bar next door had excellent gravy for their poutine. Fish and Chips were ok, they need an electronic dart board to play remotely in the US and Canada. Location was great for Cornstalk music festival.
- Nicolas (8/5): - A nice hotel, just a little dated. Typical small town inn. The beds were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Just the hours available at the front desk are reduced compared to a big city, but that didn't impact our stay negatively at all. Good value, would stay again.

The instructions for returning after hours were well communicated and straight forward. The room was basic, but clean, and had all the necessary amenities.

- Claus (4/5): Lack of Properly Functioning Heaters in Rooms - Heater in the first room didn't work, complained and was moved to a second room. Heater in second room didn't work either. Moved to a third room with a "new" heater however, room was cold most of the night never got a comfortable temperature and luckly had two blankets needed to sleep. I believe the heater is undersized and couldn't achieve sufficient heat for a comfortable stay. Dials on first two room heaters seemed to function backwards and maintenance stated had to face point the black end of the dials to the appropriate settings not the white arrow end.

- Arlis (10/5): - The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. It is an older property and it seems to be well maintained. The restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and had good portions. The beds were comfortable. The 2 comments I have are the bathroom fan needs a little bit of TLC, needs to be vacuum as it was full of dust and management needs to replace the shower head. It is very old and it would have been nice to have different options on the shower head as it was suck on one mode. It would not move at all. Otherwise it was clean and staff very friendly.

We were only booked in for one night, but added another! Had a great breakfast in the restaurant and snacks and adult beverages in the pub. So didn't have to go far for food. Not many other options in Coledale. Will stay again.

The restaurant was good and so was the attached pub.There is a nice park just down the back alley path behind the motel to walk your dog or take the kids and an off leash park an 8 min walk down the road. Staff were friendly and the rooms clean

Bath/shower needed work and air in cold water tap made a lot of noise unless you started with hot water tap. Good for a one night stop but wouldn't again book more than one night here. Restaurant had delicious food at reasonable rates.

All the staff that we talked too, were friendly and courteous. I am definitely recommending this little spot in Coaldale. Also the restaurant that is attached to this place is pretty good including breakfast.

All the staff was busy working in the restaurant for Sunday bunch. Although we didn't partake in the breakfast it smelled amazing and it was full. Still waiting for my $300 deposit to be refunded on my credit card.

I may have missed it during the booking process but was unpleasantly surprised that credit card was charged $200 deposit above cost of room before I physically checked in. This was returned at end of stay.
