- Hannah (10/5): Lovely stay! - Lovely stay here, very friendly owner, delicious breakfast, excellent location! Provided us with a takeaway breakfast when we had an early tour.
Very tranquil feel to the place and very clean. Just wish we had had time for a Pegasus coffee! Nothing.

- Su Mei (9/5): My friends and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. - Excellent location - it is within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel is at the end of a little side lane, so it is quiet at night, and your sleep will not be disturbed. Breakfast every morning was a treat. I especially liked the Thai omelette. Mango with sticky rice was served with breakfast which ended the meal on a sweet note. Bottles of drinking water were provided in the room, and these were replenished daily. The hotel is managed/owned by Nom, who is always ready to help, and always has a smile on her face. I found having to take off my shoes before entering the hotel to be a little inconvenient, but being Asian, I do understand that it is the custom to do this.

- Ian (6/5): Dissapointing stay in CNX - Decor of the room.
Big bed but not so comfortable Not a Boutique Hotel by any means. Felt more like a cheap motel.
The fact that the property was locked by padlocked gate after 22.00
Expensive for what it was. Would have paid more to stay at a proper boutique hotel.
- Romain (10/5): - The owner and the team are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and homemade with many options. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the facilities are very charming and well decorated.
- Noritsugu (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing - Very good hospitality!
Good coffee at Pegasus

- Roel (10/5): Fantastic, small personal and quiet. - Lovely, idyllic and quaint hotel in the middle of the old town of Chiang Mai. A lovely couple who own the hotel and give very personal attention to each visitor. The husband runs a small coffee shop and he roast coffee beans himself. This give the courtyard a lovely coffee smell. They have laundry service and good breakfast.. The place is highly recommended. Nothing

- Michael (9/5): Nice small hotel for your stay in Chiang Mai. - Perfect hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Chiang Mai. It was very clean, our hosts were super friendly, the room was spacious and we had a good time. Plus: they have a separate coffee roaster on their property, where you can get perfect coffee (need to pay separately but worth it). Would definitely come back. Nothing, all good! :)
Nulla
- Ruth (10/5): Simply enjoyed everything about this place ❤️ - Loved the authentic Thai feeling it had to it! It was warm, welcoming and very clean. I addition, the breakfast was much more than we were expecting! Fabulous Thai food for breakfast, like who could ask for more!! Location is perfect as close to the night market and many restaurants and cafes. Another nice touch is that there is also a lovely cafe and roastery on the property called the Pegasus.
- Val Yung Chen (10/5): room is super clean and smell so good , love * 1000times - Everything is nice and perfect, especially free breakfast, I really love mango sticky rice , room is super clean and smell so good , love * 1000times No, Everything is nice and perfect,

- Emil (10/5): - Very friendly staff, the coffee shop was amazing! Loved the fact that they roast their own beans. Bed was comfy if a bit on firm side. Very quiet at night and very walkable to many things. Breakfast included was delicious with lots of options.
- Erik (10/5): Enjoyed every day! - Absolutely lovely! This place feels like a warm and welcoming home, staff is very kind and helpful, here you will truly enjoy! Breakfast was 👌👌 thaifood breakfast was superb, clean rooms and very central, this place is perfect! 👍
If you love coffe, Pegasus coffe (connected to the hotel) shop serves the best coffe I have tasted!
- Swantje (10/5): - Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It's not luxurious in the pompous sense but very clean and comfortable, the rooms are beautiful, all the staff endeavour to make everything run as smoothly as possible and that worked really well. For example, I arrived at the hotel far too early, but because the room was already available and clean, I was allowed to move in right away. The manager also made me extra vegan food for breakfast. That's the nicer kind of luxury. There are all the shops nearby and if you're looking for a really good restaurant for lunch or dinner, you should of course go to ‘So Sood’ just down the road. Just a great stay.
- nimrod (8/5): - The atmosphere of the place is great and unique. A place to remember
- Andreas (10/5): Sehr schön - Sehr familiär, alles sehr sehr schön.
- Marcus (9/5): - Welcoming host. Felt like home away from home.

- Sarah (10/5): - Best part of staying in Chiang Mai
- Angelo (10/5): -
- Kalani (10/5): - Amazing overall
- Griffin (10/5): A must stay in Chiang Mai - The homie atmosphere and the bed and breakfast vibes make this hotel a standout. The courtyard with a koi pond and coffee shop really make our stay an unforgettable experience. Our hosts were so nice and they cooked us the best breakfast ever!!! The bed was a little stiff for western standards and the room only came with a TV with cable.
- Kwok (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very good because inside the old town. Not very friendly for those who got big luggage and heavy bcoz need to climb the staircase. We need to walk all the way inside the alley to get into the premise. Layout inside the room is just a nice room, I don't really like the location of the closet in front of the toilet making the alley very narrow.
- Rick (10/5): Nice accommodation, very helpful owner/manager - location was in the heart of old town it was perfect
- Rebecca (9/5): Absolutely charming owners who went over and above to make us feel welcome and nurtured. - Lovely breakfast in charming courtyard. owners wonderful and very hands on. morning coffee in the owners special cafe, delicious lattes. would have like more dressers, places to put things. water luke warm.
- Yu (10/5): Definitely will be the first choice for us if we come back to Chiang mai - Good location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! A bit noisy during the weekday because of the surroundings
- Jerry (8/5): Good hotel let down by a few factors - Rooms were really nice. Great position .breakfast was limited with only cooked options available .no cereal or yogurt.had a problem with the toilet which took 3 days to fix. The courtyard could be lovely but currently filled with a car and motorbikes. Poor owners dog was roped up a lot.
- Rick (10/5): owner Nam works hard to keep the property looking good. She also helped us arrange airport transportation - quiet location within the old city it was all good
- Danna (10/5): The best-kept secret in Thailand - From the moment you step foot on the property, you can tell a lot of time, attention to detail, and love is put into the hotel and coffee shop. The owners are a very sweet family who make you feel welcome and like you’re a part of the family. Their excitement to share Thailand with you, makes your stay a delight. Some of the best food we ate every morning at this hotel and hands-down the best coffee in all of Thailand is served here if you’re lucky you might even get a pet a cute little bulldog or have your coffee next to the Koi fish while you watch the mangoes and the birds up in the trees above. The rooms are extremely clean and relaxing. The bathrooms are outstanding, and the showers are warm. I cannot wait to come back next year and spend another week with the sweetest family in all of Thailand. there is nothing on this property to not love
- Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. They had a separate coffee bar with great coffee. Location was great in terms of walking around the city. The choice of furniture and hotel decor was beautiful.
- Michelle (10/5): - This is was an excellent stay and it is a family run business. It is in the heart of chiang mai. Tons if restaurants, coffee shops and massage clinics near by. The morning breakfast is great and you choose from her menu. She is very accommodating and the husband runs the coffee shop. Great coffee. They have a mango tree and a nice dog too. She can suggest places to see and organize taxis too if you need.
- Adriana (9/5): Superb - Location is amazing and the staff were great and caring. The shower could have gotten hotter. It was hot enough but definitely never got very hot.
- Kathryn (7/5): This is no luxe-hotel but rather offers quaint lodging in the heart of the Old City - Quaint and charming; in the heart of the Old City; great breakfast; friendly staff Inadequate storage (no drawers, only a small cupboard to hang a few items); very tired/old furnishings; grey linen and towels; wifi that had to constantly be re-booted; small and cramped bathroom
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (10/5): - A very homely property with amazing accommodating owners. They helped plan our itinerary and made amazing breakfast for us each morning. Would highly recommend!
- Joanna (10/5): Great place to stay in Chiang Mai - Beautiful, peaceful, family-run hotel. The rooms are lovely and are around a gorgeous courtyard with a small cafe run by the family. Excellent coffee. He roasts his own.
They were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was superb.
- Dennis (10/5): Exceptional - Perfekt
- Ben (9/5): Fantastic spot in a great Chiang Mai location - Had a great stay here in October. The hosts were lovely - helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, home cooked each day with love (have the Pad Kaprow, the holy basil is grown on the premises). The small coffee shop on site was a fantastic addition, particularly as we could see the blending/roasting taking place in the mornings. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but this is a minor gripe.
- Lisa (10/5): - A perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai. Central to temples, markets, coffee shops, and restaurants, all in walking distance. The husband and wife who run the coffee shop and hotel are very friendly and helpful. The patio area is perfect for relaxing with a coffee or eating breakfast. Beds are firm and the area was fairly quiet. The breakfast was very, very good and filling. I would absolutely stay here again.
- Reetu (7/5): Good -
- Gabriela (10/5): - This place is amazing! It was our first time ever in Thailand and this small quiet family owned hotel cottage was an absolute dream! The family is incredibly friendly and really goes above and beyond to make your stay perfection!
Add on the breakfast! It is a limited menu but all do authentic and fantastic! A perfect way to start off every morning!
Everything is walking distance with a 711 less then 5 minutes away! The AC worked great and everything was so clean! A simple room perfect to sleep and get out and wonder. Do yourself a favor and book this place!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Couple Trip - Host and family were great and helpful. Cozy guestroom and place is neat and clean. Host does the preparation of breakfast while the family offers premium coffee for sale which my hubby enjoy almost every day. A must try coffee from them.
Just a little note that the pressure of the showerhead can be improved.

- Chris (10/5): - Super helpful family running it, made us a breakfast to go for our 545 am departure. Nice, clean, quiet.
- Pavel (10/5): One of the best private hotels in Thailand - Excellent place to stay if you prefer a quite place but still close to restaurants and shops.
It is not located on the main street, but it a is huge plus.
We had very good breakfast, in Thai type of food. It is not a buffet style but it is still very nice and you get sticky rice mango every morning.
Room is very spacious with good air conditioning and amazing view at evening.
Near by there is tourist center, souvenir shop, restaurants.
Enough bikes parking place and it also has a excellent coffee shop that people are coming from outside to drink Nothing
- Annette (10/5): Highly recommend. Beautiful property and clean rooms! - From the moment we got there, everyone was so nice! The room was clean, bathroom was perfect (love how the shower is separated by a glass wall from the rest of the bathroom. The location was great too! They even gave us fresh beautiful flowers for our honeymoon🥰 I highly recommend to anyone!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Couple trip - Host were fantastic, great stay at chiang mai. Place is clean and homely. A few choices of breakufast that is prepared by host.
Coffee is superb and brewed by host.
Host is very friendly and assisted with our tour. She will advise which option to go for, a better deal.
The only thing to note is the water pressure for shower may not be as strong, and toothbrush to be requested if need be.
I would still recommend this stay to my friends/family

- Sharon (10/5): Charming family-owned hotel - Charming oasis in the heart of Chaing Mai! Proprietors are devoted to guest comfort and relaxation. Home-made breakfasts are delicious and enjoyed in a beautiful courtyard. Their coffee shop “Pegasus” makes awesome drinks from beans roasted on site! Would stay again in a heartbeat 😊
- Kendra (10/5): Perfect Chiang Mai stay - This is a gem in Chiang Mai! The rooms are so comfy and clean and the breakfast is unbeatable! The family running the hotel were so helpful and sweet. So glad we got to stay here
- Nicholas (10/5): If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable place, this is it - The friendly owners made us feel very much welcomed and at home throughout our stay None
- Grace (10/5): Great experience overall 😁 - The green environment with lots of trees and ferns, friendly staff and helpful, location was perfect for what we needed to do, healthy breakfast for great start of a day and well run family business. The room decoration was very inviting. The bed was too hard for my liking. Tiny bit softer would have been better for my shoulders.
- Ivo (9/5): Superb - The owner was very kind.
- Stacy (10/5): Fabulous! - The atmosphere and attention to detail were amazing. Place is immaculate. Friendly staff and good coffee onsite. Mint helped us find a ride when Grab fell through and went out of her way to help us. Walking distance to the festival and lots of things close by. The bed was too hard.
- Xiaodong (10/5): Great ambiance, the host family was so nice . - Quite, clean, and beautiful
- Sophia (10/5): Haven in Chiang Mai - Wonderful guest house in a quiet private courtyard set back from the road. Great location to explore Chiang Mai. Nom and her family make the stay memorable, great breakfast and helpful suggestions on what to do and explore. They kindly helped us organise a day trip with a driver which was highly appreciated!
Very much recommend this lovely place!
- Claribel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsten (10/5): Wonderful welcome - small haven in Chiang Mai - We were made to feel welcome from the time of check in by Nom and her daughter. They were extremely helpful with our questions and went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay.
Nom cooks a lovely Thai breakfast according to your tastebuds, rooms are simple but very clean and the front area of the hotel is truly a nice place to escape to, away from the busy streets of old town. The cafe provides well for guests and tranquillity sets in, before venturing out to see another formidable temple. A stay at this hotel is highly recommended.
