• Sandrine (8/5): Great deal if you want to explore the city. - Cleanliness of the hotel and helpful support staff. The Location a bit far from the centre and some renovation and upgrade is required.

• Charley (4/5): My Stay Was Very Unsatisfactory. - The only things I like were the lobby, the public toilet downstairs, and the convenience shop within the hotel. Also how close the hotel to the Mall Bang Kapi. The attitude of one particular front desk woman just sucks big time. During the check-in, she just bluntly asked me this, " You are 5 with 1 room?" She did not even checked the bookings in the system before asking such as stupid question. I told her no, I have booked 3 rooms, one for me and mrs, one for my daughter and 1 for my 2 sons. That shut her up. And when I asked for the rooms to be adjacent so I can monitor the kids, she just spoke Thai to her mates and mumbled. Bad, bad, bad attitude. In the morning, there is so much noise from the house keeping ladies. Their 2-way radios were so loud as alarm bells to wake you up. Toilet rolls that were distributed were like the ones you find at public school toilets, very small and it just run out. The bathroom just wet the whole toilet and the bathroom sink as a typical Asian toilet and bathroom. The road leading to the hotel is very narrow and quite far from the laundry shop, market etc. Just outside the front door, you will smell very strong cigarette smell as the ash trays are full and never emptied for days. THERE WERE NO WELCOME DRINKS OFFERED DURING THE CHECKED-IN AS ADVERTISED. THE FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE HAS SO MUCH CIGARETTE SMELL THROUGHOUT. THE RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS EMPTY MOST OF THE TIME.

• Morgan (8/5): Nice Budget Hotel - This is a budget hotel, so I wasn't expecting much. The room was fine. Nice to have an inexpensive restaurant next door and a 7-Eleven too. If you want to eat when the restaurant is closed just ask the hotel reception and they can order for you to eat in their dining room. The staff were helpful.

• Marijke (9/5): - Qua prijs-kwaliteit is dit een goed hotel voor een a twee overnachtingen. Kamer is ruim en schoon. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed. dicht bij een metrostation, klein half uur rijden naar het vliegveld, dichtbij supermarkt en in een redelijk rustige buurt. Wij hebben er de eerste twee nachten geslapen na aankomst en dit was goed. Onze boiler ging kapot tijdens ons verblijf en we kregen direct een andere kamer aangeboden.

Номера по нашей просьбе дали рядом(напротив друг друга).Номера чистые, большие, есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания(шкаф для вещей, столик, диван ,стул, холодильник, телевизор, балкон. Очень мягкая и просторная кровать, чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. В душе горячая вода. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, в столовой чисто ,удобные столы и стулья. Предоставили место на парковке. Отель стоит потраченных денег. Нам не хватило полотенец для рук. Так как наш выезд из отеля был ночью, при оплаченных завтраках, нам не выдали ланч -боксы. Хотя при прошлом проживании в этом отеле в апреле в такой же ситуации эта услуга была нам предоставлена.

• michael (10/5): - A great budget hotel. Very nice staff and professional. Some really good Thai food and a few western food dishes if wanted. Great prices and a nice firm mattress. In a local Bangkok neighborhood which is nice to meet and see the locals mixed in with tourists. Really was happy with my stay here

• Mikah-Leon (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is a 7Eleven within walking distance and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.
• Pinchu (8/5): Very good - The staff was very polite. The food was good, but everyday same food. Reasonable hotel with pleasant ambience. Nice reception, and a stationary store is inside the hotel. Nearby, some small food corners are there. The food in the hotel is cheap. Overall, it was a good experience. The swimming pool is not there. Every day the same food is boring.

The room had a strong strange smell, I found ants on the desk every day, don’t now where they come from. Shower didn’t had any curtains so after shower it was water in the whole bathroom. Reception personal look grumpy all the time. The cleaning personal forgot to clean my room. Drunk people who mistake their room and knocking on the door in the middle of the night. Breakfasts was mediocre.

• Josh (9/5): Superb - The room service from the hotel restaurant is awesome. the food is good, the prices are low and it is delivered quickly. The staff were kind. The room was big enough for a couple and a toddler and the balcony is nice. Cleaning staff were great No shower curtain so you're basically taking a shower on the toilet

• Jenny (10/5): Great hotel, friendly staff, highly recommended. - Lovely big room, nice artwork, helpful staff. I was leaving early and needed 6.15 breakfast. It is not normally available until 6.45am. However I was told it would be an egg, rice and meat. I said no meat please as I am vegetarian. The breakfast turned out to be an egg plus only meat: ham and sausages. So lack of clarity in comms there. Also I was very gripey later that day on the plane but cannot be sure it was the breakfast though.

I think the hotel has no laundry service. I asked one of the staff in night duty. Though I'm not sure if she understood me.
